Cannot give Jeff at Action Towing HMB higher praise! He was so friendly, fast and helpful with our car needed some expert attention to get back on the road fast. Would highly recommend Jeff to anyone that needs tow and road services in the area!

Locked my keys in the trunk of my Camry. Security features prevented us from opening the trunk once we got the doors opened. Car went into theft mode and Jeff went above and beyond to get into my trunk to get my keys! This guy was Awesome! I thought my son was going to have to bring my spare key all the way from Modesto! Bottomline: The driver came timely and did tow my car. However, I was in Pacifica and wanted a ride back to the auto shop where my car was being towed. The driver was super rude and refused to give me a ride. He said he doesn't give rides. He looked grumpy that I would even ask. Um, okay, would be nice if the call center would let people know that when they are calling the tow truck. He just left and I had barely a signal and had to call a friend and wait another 45 mins. Seriously? Where is the friendly service. I have ridden the tow truck several times in my life. Can you imagine the difference if he would have nicely said, "Oh, I'm so sorry, I'm not allowed to give rides, but I"ll wait and make sure you can contact someone if you want?" or if he had said, "why not, hop in!" He was literally going to my neighborhood. Really frustrating experience. Will avoid action towing in the future.Service: Local hauling

These guys were in the same parking lot where my car was, it needed a jump, battery was fine just was a bit low to start my vehicle. They must have been 20 feet from my vehicle. I asked if they could help me out and give me a jump since they were already there. His response "Service calls are 165$". Even though he was already there he wanted the full service call cost for 5 mins of work.... Not friendly, not helpful, not community minded. Wont be using if I need a tow.

Worst experience with towing. Had a flat tire, driver showed up with a bad attitude and wanted to drive it on the rim. He parked far away even though there was plenty of room to back up to the car. Driver said we were lucky he came out in the rain, refused services, and stomped off within two minutes.

I only wish I had the opportunity to leave nose stars at all. These people left me for 3 and 1/2 hours in front of Spangler's market, then when I called fuming because I was freezing cold, they told me they would be there in 20 minutes. I had to call a friend pay her for gas to come 15 mi from Pacifica. Take me home and bring me back to my car after grabbing a spare key. This was on the champion game night and I truly believe that somebody was somewhere else watching the game and not doing their job. Needless to say I waited 3 hours and would have waited more if I didn't call my friend. These guys are terrible. By the way this is a super card holder, and my bills are paid to them on time.
