The line was long but the awsome staff moved us through quickly. They checked a error code for me and helped me to resolve the non-issue. The dealership would have wanted my first born as collateral just to look at it. I have always found O'Reilly to be much more helpful then other places a d that is why I will drive further to get to one of their stores.

Came in for some spray after getting referred here by another O'Reilly's store. Staff here was friendly and knew exactly what paint we needed. Came in got exactly what we wanted with no troubles.Store was well organized and well kept.

I Have a shop account and was trying to expand and due to there slow service and due to an employee not ordering a part that I needed I lost a contract and money never again will I go to this location I am going to stick to where I am treated right in the good Long Beach aria

Crazy but someone stole my master cylinder called all over even junkyards no one had one called O'Reilly's Xavier answer the phone said we had to generic ones come and see which one fits. Cindy put one on didn't work next one fit perfect. Love that they did not only sell me a part but put it on my car thank you very much

Stopped by O Reilly Auto Parts to replace a turn signal bulb and decided to replace the windshield wipers while I was there. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Cindy who gave me a warm and friendly greeting when I walked in. She was not only helpful in recommending the best wiper blades and turn signal bulbs, but she personally installed them and ensured that they were working properly. I greatly appreciate that she went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely happy when I drove off. Thanks Cindy. You re the best!

Horrible service! No one knows what they're doing. The manager has no idea how to help and is absolutely disrespectful and downright offensive. My recommendation is to go to a different O'Reilly's as I have never encountered such blatant lack of the necessary BASIC knowledge at any auto parts store.

Hugo is the best! All about helping, well versed and informed, and all around decent fella who is just made to make people comfortable and is definitely willing to go above and beyond to help! Went their today we had an issue with our car and Cindy helped us out wow amazing customer service very nice and helpful I'm going to stop going to auto zone and make this place my go to auto parts store thank you Cindy that manager needs to give you a raise

First want to say this post doesn't reflect the employees because they all have been friendly and super helpful. My problem is i ordered a new item for my car and I recieved the NEW part damaged. Even the box is damaged and it looks like I've been sold a used or renewed part. Kinda takes away the trust for me.

Called for amazon price match. Sergio said come on in and show us the price on your phone. I asked if manager was there to approve it. He said yes. So I drove to store. The "manager" Raul rung everything up and wasted my time to then say he couldn't approve all the items because he wasn't the manager. To go back the following day to speak with the actual manager gerardo. I call this time instead of driving in, gerardo says he will not price match anything but will deduct 40$. I told him Raul had discounted more than that and only needed him to ok the other items. He refused and said no. I called customer service. They said Mario the regional manager said he could discount is further but not the full price match amount. I agreed so they ordered all 10 parts I needed. I called about 3 times on different days and asked to confirm the recieved all my parts and even would tell them the exact parts I needed. So I finally go in store on Saturday a couple days later to once again waste my time because they didn't have 1 item. Then manager gerardo did not once apologize for anything and had an attitude that he didn't care at all and said they were already "accommodating me"!!!! What was that supposed to mean?? Made me feel as if I were paying full price they would be on their a game to make sure everything was correct. But since I got a discount they simply didn't care at all. So at this point I drive over to another store to pickup the part that was missing. Then I get home later on to find out the gave me 2 wrong parts!!!!! When I specifically gave them part numbers that I needed!!!! Over the phone they said this time it was raul fault because he ordered the wrong parts. Correct Part had to be ordered. You would think gerardo the store manager would have made sure the order was done correctly since I had already complained to customer service and they contacted Mario the regional manager. But seems like gerardo couldn't do the correct thing And make sure the order was done right since I was already upset. This point its totally gerardo fault!!!! If the employees fail that's what the manager is for. He might as well just be a regular employee if he can't get his job done correctly!!!!!

There are some good honest people right here! I came in asking about leaving some type of silicone or something for a gasket and these guys could have easily got me for 8 bucks for instead they gave me the truth let me know I didn't need anything extra just use the gasket that I purchased and sent me on my way feeling like somebody looked out for me today I didn't catch your name but I took a picture of them my brother with the beard is all right along with everybody else in the shop one of the guys was even apologizing that I didn't get it by anything LOL I'm trying to save money not spend money I told him thank you

O'Reillys has been a good experience each time I've been there. Being a woman I always fear they will take advantage of my naivete, but no, they have always taken good care of me. The coupons I receive from them come in very handy too.

Headed there yesterday to buy headlight bulbs for my car. Salvador was a great help and even offered to replace them for me. He did this and also dealt with a difficult customer who was clearly upset. The customer ended up thanking him, apologizing and purchasing products from the store. Great work Salvador!Only thing that may need upgrading are the ropes that have been installed in front of the cashiers. They're basically boxes and rope instead of some nice stanchions with nice ropes. There is also no plexy glass installed in the cashiers for protection, so the ropes are necessary but could look better.

I've really come to depend on the O'Reilly Auto Parts people. Not only for the quality parts they sell but also, professionalism in every stage of business; from friendly folk helping u find the 'Right' part; to offering a few suggestions here & there, that might save u a cpl of dollar's! Y'know, "a penney saved, is a penney earned" right? In times like these, its good to feel like u can count on neighbors like those at O'Reilly's!

Bought tire chains, the item was defective. First 5 minutes and the item completely broke. They sell you broken stuff, then when you try return or replace it they point at warranty and say the product has to have never been opened for return, so they void the whole warranty. It s an expensive mistake to buy at O really, rather buy from Amazon or etc.

Went go get my battery tested that i originally purchased there. And that i had already had replaced there with the same issue. The guy had the audacity to argue that the battery was still good just needed a charge and i politely to him that the battery wouldnt take a charge so he said well have to charge it to prove it's ok. Well 3 hours later i call back. Because obviously there so busy they dont have time to call a customer back. And yes im being sacastic. They tell me the battery has gone bad again. Oh and theres no warranty on it anymore. So if i could give you no star for a rating i would. Do now they've wasted half my day and now i need to go get a battery somewhere else.Last time i buy anything at Oreilly.

This incident time happened at 9:25pm on February 6, 2019 at this store. I bought a car air freshener from the 99 cent store and the lid opener broke on me so I went to the orilleys store next door and asked the only guy there. Young guy. Asked him if he had a knife or anything to just open the lid a bit and he said no I dont. Then he grabbed some scissors and proceeded to stab the top of the can. He then Made a comment I don t even know if I should be helping you. You went to the 99 cent store and got a air freshener when we have them here. So I told him it s cool give it back. What a rude little boy.

This place always has what I need. They will take waste oil and price match if you ask. Most of the time you can get different quality levels for the same part so you can find something to fit your budget and the car's age.

People here are knowledgeable, in my experience they never suggest dumb things like most auto parts stores. I like that they get out from behind the counter to help me out. Most of the time its an in and out type of thing so theres not much more to say

I was here buying a power steering fluid for my BMW. The sales staff was very rude. He has no customer service. Very impolite, rude, insensitive. I will no come back again. I don't recommend any one to come here.

Lazy staff false advertisement they had full staff members and didn't want to Install wiper blades like they say they do on the radio. I'll continue sticking to auto zone in that case.
