My daughter s car had a very loud squeezing noises from front left side. Took the car to the dealer and another Benz certified repair shop, all recommended to replace lower control arm, but the cost was very high with part and labor. I took the car to this Charlie s Auto Service in Hacienda Heights to get a second opinion. The mechanics here checked the car thoroughly, not only did they find the problem but also fixed it right on the spot without replace any parts. The cost was very reasonable, saving me a ton of money compared with that of other shops. I strongly recommend this auto shop because of manager/mechanic s skills, hard work and, last but not least, their honesty.

Had to have my car looked at after having driven over a median I thought I had cleared and being concerned about breakages or leaks. They gave me an appointment at short notice and thoroughly examined the car to assure me that everything was okay. No nonsense, kind people who didn't try to charge me for something that didn't need servicing. I paid a very small amount even though they took about an hour to inspect the car. David and Antonio are top notch. Highly recommend them and would come back again.

The first time I went, I had a very good service and very helpful and I trusted him to fix my car. The second time I went because my car lost the interior lights, no radio and I was not able to lock the doors, the owner of the shop just sit in my car and just turned the car on and like nothing he said he had to replace the computer and I had to do right away so the car could not be more damaged, and he said the price was 400 dollars. I do not know much about cars, and I called a friend and my friend fixed my car for 2 dollars. It was a fuse that needed to be replaced. It is sad because he seemed like a good mechanic, but he tried to take advantage like that. That is not right.

I really can't not Express how I appreciate this shop!!! Honest & genuine hard working mechanics I have ever known. They get busy may take a little time but well worth it when you can trust them. My AC and power steering belt tore. I called several other places including pep boys and other local auto repair shops all charged 146-180 for parts and labor. Charlie charged $70 for both and had it done in 30 min. Sweet gentle man. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you Charlie

Went to this place multiple times because of the convenience being close to work. Prices are not that bad. Service is a little slow even when it's not that busy. The owner, Charlie, is a little rude and doesn't take the time to hear what you need to say. And a few times, since I work close by, I walked over to check and see how it's going and he says, "oh.. yeah.. it's done." (my car was in the same spot for about 20 minutes with nobody working on it)The main reason for me not going anymore is the last time I had my car worked on, he left my car unlocked overnight. I noticed a few things were missing inside my car when I came back the next day. As I confronted him about it, he seemed unsure that my car was locked overnight. After I filed a police report that my things were stolen, I asked Charlie if he had security cameras and if so, can I see them. He claimed to not know how to work them and will call me later when he figures out how. Later, after he called me, I see the tapes and my car was conveniently placed between the camera view and wasn't on video. Since my car wasn't in view, there was nothing I can do. After this whole mess, I didnt feel comfortable having my car worked on in the future and with someone so unprofessional being the manager. I would advise to not go here if you want someone like Charlie working on your car.

They are very honest when they fix your car. They don't tell you to change whatever that are not necessary to be changed.

I live nearby, and all three of my cars were repaired here. Each one was repaired until it was almost scrapped... I have been in LA for ten years and this is the most rubbish car repair shop I have ever encountered... a liar... choose carefully. LA
