Ramiro and Eric at O'Reilly's in Gustine are absolute lifesavers! My truck broke down, and Ramiro not only provided the tools for me to swap out the thermostat but went the extra mile by checking the vehicle himself. We discovered a hose issue, and he expertly pointed out the part needed. When the truck still overheated, I returned, and both Ramiro and Eric diligently troubleshooted until we replaced the radiator cap, solving the problem. Their dedication and expertise deserve recognition I can't thank them enough! These guys deserve raises for their exceptional service!

Best customer service ever!!We got stranded in the middle of the freeway and tow truck took us there ,they were far and beyond to help us find a mechanic, who can help us after 5 pm everything was close,making calls for us and comparing prices truly best guys ever find on a O'Reillys store, I regretted not get they're names to thank them , the place was sparkling clean and everything on the correct place easy to find

customer treatment is really bad. a staff member was supper rude when trying to get a warranty on an item purchased at that location blaming the mechanic for the part not working and saying he should not have to give the warranty for it. it seemed like he had a bad since from the start he was rude even before getting to the issue and wanted to pick a fight for no reason. they just lost customer.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Super helpful don't try to push sales on u and when possible they even help u figure out the problem possibilities based on symptoms. Not to mention they send me coupons periodically and every year for my birthday..(good coupons too! Like $5 off of $5)

I have them quite a difficult time replacing my alternator in a 85 pace arrow w/ a 464 chevy engine. They really bent over backwards searching for one bcuz their system doesn't carry any info on RV's. I already tried to get the motor part of the home into a RV shop but they all said they only worked on the home part and told me to go to a Chevy dealer who told me to go to an RV shop and back & forth I went. By the time it was over I felt like a ping pong ball. So went to 3 auto shops and they couldn't help me so I tried O'Reilly's and was almost at the point of giving up and forget about rv'ing. When finally they found one in their computer that was the right one. (I guess the difference from a car is that the RV has 2 deep cell batteries plus the regular battery. So it has to charge all of them cuz it's on some battery regulator silinator, isolator dilly bop.Idk I'm just lucky I had these guys who could help.

Coming from Newman because auto zone employees are so s*** a water holes for a 97 they want to give one for2007 ... They need to get employees that really know what there doing ...O'Reilly employees are nice and know that there doing .

Great service *HONEST HELPFUL STAFF* . We were on a trip and our car broke down near Gustine, these guys pin pointed my exact problem and offered a quick repair to get us back on the road and to our destination. These guys are the bestThank You

I believe his name was Omar he saw that we were having a problem taking off our windshield wipers and came right out and helped us very very good customer service. Nice place very helpful

Walk in there to get a check engine light check out they are soooo rude about.... it. The Manager Customer service is very poor over face mask just because i was fix it on my face .. By the way Auto Zone is way better service
