Simple stuff like you get a pair of pliers and a package for for a oil filter. You go to your vehicle. You try it on the oil filter. It doesn't work to get the filter off. You wipe it off. No discoloration. No broken nothing. You put it right back in the package. You bring it back well guess what? What do you have the receipt or not? You bought it. I have never experienced that with any other auto parts store and I was in auto parts for 10 years with city automotive and I was a lead guy there. So no I wouldn't go here to get auto parts even though they do have a nice variety of stuff there I would head down somewhere else

I recently had the pleasure of visiting River Auto Parts and I must say it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. The store layout was immaculate and well-organized. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Despite the exceptional level of service and top-notch quality, the prices were reasonable and often more competitive than other stores I have visited. The best (and only) in town!

I purchased 2 deep cycle die hard batteries, with in 1 year one went bad, exchanged them again, this is all while we re trying to camp with my toddler now. We live in the Bay Area. So today I tried to return them because defected. Mind u it s only been less than 2years I ve purchased 4 die hard batteries and the chick today wouldn t give me my money back.

Outstanding customer service, staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly for getting correct u-joints, inventory was unexpectedly present. I couldn't have hoped for any better. Can't wait to return. Thank you.

Every time I have come here I have received a smile, helpful information, and speedy service. The manager helped me order the right part for my car and even helped me know what to do to make the part last longer. Been on the river for ten years and am so glad they re a part of our community.

This is where I go to get what I need and get things done. Whatever I come in for is always in stock and the people who work here actually enjoy their job and are always happy to help make sure Im getting the most for my money. Always 10/10

My family has a cabin out here in guerneville. We drive past this cute little mom and pop part store all the time. The one day we need them they're not open on time at all. Sat at the front door for 45 minutes waiting for the store to get opened up. Ended up having to drive all the way into town to O'Reilly Auto parts. As I was driving back to Guerneville found that the store was barely opening two and a half hours later. Don't have much else to say than that

Sarah , Luna and Erin are totally awesome employees and have the best customer service. They knew exactly what I needed when I had an electrical / mechanical failure on my trailer. With there customers service, I was able to get replacement parts . Repairing my trailer with my daughter turned into the best mother daughter date ever!! Thanks ladies!

Seeing these guys are the only show in town, they are my go-to for auto parts. They have a nice selection and are very helpful. I toot my horn every time I drive by. :)

Great help, well stocked if you have an average vehicle. Definitely see classic car guys shop here too. This is home of the Russian River auto show where you'll find top notch classics...

Horrible customer service and won't stand by the products they sell when they are faulty out of the box. I will be making the drive to O'reilys in Sebastapol instead of suporting this local business from now on. I gave them one star because I couldnt give them anything less and still post my comment.

They have so much more and then if they don't have it they can order it for you. Employees seem to know their parts. And are helpful

Little shop, but big variety. Needed motorcycle battery and they had the one I needed in stock! Didn't have to travel miles to a larger store for what I needed.

Low inventory and priced high. It is close by though.
