Came here to charge our Tesla on our way to the campground in the middle of the night. It was quiet and empty. We could not find any open restroom nearby. The charger is 150kW. It was clean and tidy all around the station.

Charging was fast on a Sunday afternoon in February 2021. The car was charged at up to 50kWh and it took only 35 minutes to full charge; from 66 miles down. Maybe, we just got lucky. The surrounding area is cute. There is a public garden, a free little library, a mini jailhouse museum and an Echo Coop store. There also is a little mall across the street.AirBnB lodging is less than 2 minutes away at 11815 Powder House St.

Great supercharger location! Most stalls in-use midday, but all available mid to late morning. Few shops and restaurants nearby to enjoy while juicing up before getting to Yosemite :)

Nice stop on the way to (or through) Yosemite. Great little rest area or better yet, explore the cute town. When I arrived the chargers were not working, but it turns out that the whole area had an extensive power outage. Luckily power went back on and I was able to charge quickly.

Beautiful location. There's a beautiful garden and a historic jail in the lot. No restrooms/or at least were visible easily.

Great place to charge on the way to Yosemite. Grab a good sandwich at the meat market across the street

Good location, on way to Yosemite Valley (50 miles away). We were the only car both times this weekend. Tiny 1895 jailhouse next to parking lot makes the spot a bit of an historical site.

The public restroom is located a short 5-minute walk away down the road, right next to the parking lot of Mary Laveroni Community Park.

Although this is a small and quaint supercharger, its location is super convenient and scenic. Hidden just behind downtown Groveland, it is easy to walk around and get some fresh air, coffee, and a snack while you are charging. Definitely recommended as a stop before you get into Yosemite.

Perfect location to charge your Tesla if you are heading to Yosemite. I charged my Model X 75D on the way to Yosemite till 210miles and it was good enough to drive through Yosemite and back with still about 80miles left. Both times, the stations were empty, so only wait is the charging time. This is in a little town with a couple of cafes and restaurants at walking distance. The route descending towards the Bay area is downhill and you burn very less battery, you may even reach your destination without having to stop at Manteca sc. Also, remember, the supercharger at Fish Camp is nearer to Yosemite village as well.

If your bladder is full and you're planning on rectifying that matter once you've arrived at this charger, I have a suggestion for you. Stop at Mary Laveroni Community Park, just down the road, first. There is a sign directing you that way from the parking lot the chargers are in. What the sign does not tell you is how far a walk this is. Let me tell you it is a distance that becomes increasingly more relevant the fuller your bladder is.Coming from Yosemite the park will be on the right, before you get to the chargers. Coming from the rest of the world, flip and reverse the above. The chargers are located in the parking lot of a cute shop with a cute sign. Sadly the cuteness of both is rather undercut by the clear notice that the bathrooms therein are not for the public to use.

Tesla's superchargers are all good, then how do you compare them? So I had to take off a sorry. This SC makes trips to Yosemite possible from all places West and North. It's strategic location should be acknowledged. That said, no restroom, esp after hours is, IMO, enough to cost a star.If you are charging during business hours, the eateries nearby are pretty good. Just don't need a bathroom after-hours

Stop and visit this place even if you don't have a car that needs charging and especially if you do. There is an old jail that the garden club refurbished. Super interesting facts and beautiful setting.

I don't own a Tesla, but the group I was with did! This is a popular station tucked away in a nice area, right next to Echo Adventure Coop. There are about 6-7 chargers in this lot, with a good amount of shade, access to picnic tables, very close proximity to Groveland's businesses as well as a very pleasant garden an arm's reach away. The wonderful folks that maintain this area do a phenomenal job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Let's help them out by throwing our trash away at the nearby trash can that's provided.

Great SC charging station on way to Yosemite. About an hour from the fork. Nice little downtown with small bars and a couple pizza shops. Good way to recharge and get going.

We stopped here twice going to Yosemite. A couple of cars there both times. You won't see it from the street, but just follow the directions and you will get right there. They charge fast (just don't share a stall with another Tesla on the same number, i.e. 1A and 1B).We ate at Kevin's and Randi's for lunch, amazing sandwiches and a great small town feel. On the way back we ate at Cocina Michoacana, which had great food! Little bit of a wait but was worth it!

Very nice charging stations. Next to a nice shop with bathroom and great selection of fishing and outdoor gear. The lady in the shop is super nice. Around in within 3 blocks you can find little shops, places to eat and a park.

Convenient location (a must for going to Yosemite). This charging location has a small garden where you can sit under shades and enjoy your own food. It even provided plastic bags for ckeaning after pets. Nice job , Tesla!

In lodge parking lot right below lodge. Area very nice and clean. Restrooms located in lodge and pet area close by. Slow charger at 150. Great location to charge when leaving Mariposa Grove.

Went on a hot day (110 degrees out) and the supercharger handle got really hot after charging, but I guess that's expected

This is a very fast charger. There is a public restroom about a 5 minute walk at Mary Laveroni Park. There was a portable toilet next to the charging station When traveling from Groveland back to the Bayarea, you can charge enough to get to the Pleasanton Charger (opened Apr 2019) and skip Manteca. Charging at Yosemite is difficult so plan to have enough charge to either return to Groveland or to charge at fishcamp.

Top off here before entering Yosemite and you will have plenty of range to explore the park! Easy to find supercharger, only 100' off the main road. Just opened in December 2016.
