Been taking my car's here since I found out about R T's. Everybody that's employed there has pretty much had their hands on one of my vehicles and they have not disappointed!!!ALLWAYS comes out looking magnificent and flawless, from the paint just to light Body work with small touch-ups. They do an exceptional job! and they are in a new much bigger building so more work for them I guess

Yep. I smashed up my car. RT's made my poor car look like brand new, and ahead of schedule. I was kept apprised of the progress on my car's body work, and they made sure I was completely satisfied, even to cleaning the interiror and exteriror before they sent it home with me. Very pleased with their friendly, competent service. HIghly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole family at RT's are awesome.. They take the concern and weight off of your shoulders and give you the confidence that your car will be restored to off-the-lot condition and actually follow through with that. Amazing people and service. Took my car in to get a dent fixed that was roughly the size of three hands lengths. I was immediately told how much it would cost and the time it would take. I was worried since it was my first auto body repair but these guys did an unbelievable job. My car door looks brand new and you can tell they really care about the work they do on your vehicle.

I highly recommend RT Auto for any collision or body work your vehicles may need now or in the future. I assure you it is well worth the drive to Gridley from wherever you are. This family owned and operated body shop provides superior customer service. They took care of car like it was their own. They made certain that the body work on my car is seemless. They went above and beyond by not only washing my car they cleaned and vacuumed the interior. I was happily back on the road faster than any other body shop I've used in the past. Chad and his father Kevin are professionals at handling the insurance side as well as helping me with my rental car situation. They have access to direct phone numbers which saved me time and frustration.

Hands down the best body shop I have ever worked with. Gentleman working the office was very polite and knowledgeable! My truck was in and out in the time line they estimated looking better than new! They handled all the paper work and repairs flawlessly. If your in need of a great body shop I highly reccomend RT's Auto Body

I have used many auto body shops over the past 40 years or so. By far the best overall job I have ever had on a repair, and paint matching.The repairs and paint was exactly as quoted, plus.....I would highly recommend, especially if you need some custom matching.
