I'm the bozo that showed up at closing time to learn about the new model year Sea-doo's. Chris took the time to explain the changes and even threw out some quick costs. She didn't rush me and answered all my questions after hours. If and when I purchase a PWC it will be at this store from these folks. Job well done, Gridley Honda.

Took my can-am to Gridley Honda for a warranty issue. Parts are very hard to get, but they managed to get the part in a couple of days. I am on vacation with limited time. A huge thank you to Gridley Honda for such wonderful service! I would recommend them to everyone!

Hi,It's been a long time since I have been in Gridley Honda or any Honda for that matter. The whole team there was outstanding. In todays world I felt like I needed to rush along and not take up their time as if maybe they would not have time for me. That was definitely not the case the whole team was great. Made sure I was being taking care of, took the time to go above and beyond to answer question and simply just talk about motorcycles. Gave praise to my 15 year old daughter for purchasing her very own bike that she worked very hard for. It was such a great experience I will be back Saturday to purchase another crf 110. Thank you

Great time working with Adam, everyone was extremely helpful. Didn t know much about Seadoo but left with a great amount of knowledge and was the easiest process purchasing I ve had!

Just seen a review about some shady business practices and I myself have been a victim of this business they tell you one price and all said and done they change paperwork or something I will never walk on the lot again I will buy from anyone else first. Or don t buy at all I think I will report to better business bureau as well as send email to Honda directly

I really hate to do this review but buyers should know ...so I went to gridley Honda a few times I usually buy Polaris and have for years but I felt I would give the dealership a chance and buy a can am well after a back n forth about what model I wanted so I end up picking the top of the line and chris was actually pretty good about working with me and I felt we had made our deal. Well she went out to deal with another customer actually really not following through with my deal first ..I kinda felt like she bailed on me..but the young man she left me with seemed capable..well he definitely was ..he was so on it that he had found out the the owner had made a costly mistake she quoted incorrect amount financing rate ..well i could just pay cash but thought with the super low interest rate I would finance it and pay it off in 6 months most know that 6 months gets your credit score lifted a bit so why not it would cost just a bit more ...so long story short becuse her mistake it would cost me almost 8 hundred more for just 6 months . So I try to make deal with her anyways I eat alittle and they eat alittle of the 8 hundred..seemed fare to me I didn't make any mistake at all she did but I was willing to help out ..well her answer for this is well I can sell it to someone else ..now mind you I spent time filling out credit paperwork and time going there to deside on model...she as well says I will provide all other locations so u can get a older model...well this sounds kinda shady to me ..I even called her and tried again to figure something out again she says I can provide you locations to buy one somewhere else..WOW JUST WOW now I'm am easy guy to work with I said what ever you need just tell me at the beginning of all this back n forth model deciding..so her answer for her mistake was buy at another dealership..WELL THATS WHAT IM GOING TO DO AND I Suggest everyone else do the same thing becuse after this kinda shady business practices I and you all really don't know what they are capable of ..maybe more have been lied to and are paying more then they know please check all your paperwork if you purchased from gridley Honda !YOU MAY BE SUPRISED WHAT YOU WILL FIND ...SHADY SHADY SHADY !!! SHAME ON YOU CHRIS AT GRIDLEY HONDA..

Great staff and customer service. Drew got everything taken care of for my motorcycle purchase prior to me being in the store and all I needed to do was show up and sign a couple documents. He took his time going over the motorcycle with me to ensure I understood the bike. He also provided me with some recommendations on rides in the area. Highly recommend this shop and will be back for any future needs!

It s a great company for maintenance, support and parts. This summer Jacob, in parts, was kind enough to UPS some small parts to me in a remote location in Nevada. After returning, I made an appointment for an annual inspection for my Outlander and Shelby ask that I bring it in a little early. This gave them the time to have the parts in stock and the work is on time. Especially, with the COVID craziness I enjoyed a remarkably good experience.

Service department tried to bill me for work that was not done. Another customer was there at the time & shared with me that he has had similar issues at this dealership. I gave two stars instead of one because the sales guy was professional & their pet dogs were friendly lol!Went home & re-did the work myself. It is what it is...

I had an awesome time buying my new monkey bike at Gridley Honda. From the phone call, to a nice drive to a cool little town.All the folks there were very nice and helpful. l felt welcome from the first step in the door and as they waved good bye after loading and securing the bike..Thank you Gridley Honda..Very much.

We didn't start out today looking to buy, but Christine made this whole process so enjoyable. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, didn't pressure us at all. Last year I purchased two new ATV s at Gridley Honda and was very pleased with that experience. However, it s become my opinion that their Customer Service ends with the Sale. I ve just had a horrible experience with having one of the ATV s serviced. I would not recommend their Service Department to anyone.

Hannah is the reason we chose this dealer over anyone else in Northern California. She was extremely knowledgeable and set our side by side up for us exactly as we had asked and laid out all of the costs for us so there were no surprises. We highly recommend them over any other Can Am dealers. Big thumbs up to whoever the service guy was that stood out in the cold to cover every feature of the car before we loaded it up to!

I purchased a new CanAm Maverick X3 from Gridley Honda. Hannah made the process very easy and we were able to get a great deal. I would recommend to anyone, try Gridley Honda first before settling on a dealer. Just go and asks for Hannah.

Rudest customer service I've ever had in my life take your money to Northstate Powersports still give you better prices anyway.I almost bought a talon x4 from these guys, I went with northstate since they were closer to me and gave me a great price. I stopped by Gridley Honda to get a windshield for it since they were the only ones around. The older guy at the parts counter was very nice and knowledgeable. He told me the windshield would be $700 and I asked him if there was any wiggle room. He went back to someone at a desk to ask, the guy at the desk asks if I bought my machine there. Old guys say no, guy at the desk says word for word "well, sucks for him"I walked out, I had planned on ordering some tracks through them which are about $7000, but I wouldn't but a bike tube here. I guess if you haven't spent $30k there, they don't care about you.

They are nice enough in the sales but aren't good at returns. I ended up finding helmets for the kids at Cycle Gear that fit better. I would suggest the drive into Chico and visit the folks at Cycle Gear. They have a better selection and much more accommodating.

We were very pleased to deal with Hannah and the service gentleman. We have went to other shops and felt we were inconveniencing them. Best experience at a dealership and we have from Reno,Chico and Gilroy and inbetween.

Always got what I need in stock....! Jarrod is an awesome go to guy that will take time out of his busy day to come to the parts counter and speak one on one with ya. Dont be afraid to stop in and pick up all your needs. Keep up the good work Gridley Honda.....! If I could ever wear out my honda quad I would definitely buy @ Gridley Honda....
