I purchased used Ram 2500 truck from Gridley Country Ford and it was a pleasant and non-stressful experience. I live 2.5 hrs away and was hesitant buying a truck without seeing it in person first. They were very accommodating and took additional pictures, answered all of my questions and we had a video call to show me the truck. We didn't finalize the sale until I was onsite and could test drive it. They were straightforward without the gimmicks and pressure tactics that I had observed elsewhere. Graham and Matt took great care of me, and I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently moved to Washington and no dealership can compare to my old gridley country ford who has always gone above and beyond for their customers. They have always been professional and are extremely friendly and from experience have always had their interest suite their customers.

I wish more dealerships were like this! Phil, the salesman we were working with, was very chill, and very patient while my husband went over every single inch of the truck we were looking at. At no time did we ever feel pressured into buying the truck, or any other vehicle. But we did buy the truck and the whole team was awesome and explained everything and had no problem answering our questions during the process. If they didn't know the answer they wrote it down and called us back on Monday with an answer. (We were there on a Saturday) We would definitely buy from Gridley Country Ford again, even though they're 125 miles way from us. Thanks again Phil and Graham!

The service department is the absolute best. I had a long drawn out complete engine replacement (thanks to Ford itself). Chuck and Miguel made sure they were in contact with me all of the time about it. Chuck went above and beyond to help me out with a rental and getting my engine as quick as possible. I live 30 minutes away and I will absolutely use them every time. Hopefully I don t need them again but if I do.

It was a wonderful surprise to know convenient mobile service was now available here in Yankee Hill, Butte County. It enabled me to have other jobs accomplished while staying home that day and not lose part of the day to driving into Gridley Ford. Thank you Gridley Ford!

Gridley Country Ford is one of the best dealerships I've dealt with for service, purchases and scheduling. The service department works hard to accommodate my schedule and not theirs. Their pricing is responsible and not inflated and they complete my service items and repairs when promised!

Gridley country Ford was a hidden gem. My local cities Ford dealership was not able to get me in for over four weeks. But Gridley was able to get me in the next day. Everybody from the service department to sales department was spectacular. I wanna give a shout out to Miguel, In the service department for taking excellent care of not only me but my car. Keeping me up-to-date every step of the way.I definitely will be back for future issues if they arise.

We have purchased one car and four trucks from Gridley Country Ford since 2017 due primarily to the relationship established with our sales representative Marcus; personalized service; fair pricing; integrity; and service after the sale. We recently moved from Chico to the Lincoln/Roseville area and still buy our vehicles from Gridley Country Ford and make the one hour drive to have our vehicles serviced by them. The vehicle is only as good and the dealer and its staff behind the sale and service. Personally I would not own a Ford if it was not for the Gridley Country Ford because of bad experiences with two other Ford dealers.

Gridley Country Ford helped us acquire a unicorn Maverick. Our salesman Phil was great throughout the more than yearlong process. Ford had a new order system for the Maverick and GCF was able to place my order correctly, and Phil kept me constantly updated. He always responded promptly to my emails and texts, there were many, and talked me off the ledge regarding the crazy delays with the build and delivery processes. Despite a small pricing issue, we're very satisfied with all of our interactions with GCF and love the Maverick. Next time we're looking for a new vehicle, our first stop will be Gridley Country Ford.

I have been a customer of Gridley Country Ford for over 4 years now. The team over there is outstanding across all departments! I live in Yuba City but we go to Gridley for service on our trucks simply because they high standard of service across all departments.Thank You guys!!

Sevice was great, people were nice. I got a cheaper rate than other shops which says something about the dealership in general. Unfortunately because of the reliability issues with my current Ford, I don't think I will ever own another Ford again. But, this is not a knock against the people that work at Gridley Country Ford. Great service, timely repair and fixed my issue.

In the process of acquiring a new battery for my Explorer, the non-Ford installer did not adjust a number of settings and I experienced multiple problems. I live an hour and a half from Gridley Country Ford but I called Chuck to set up an appointment, brought the car up and in no time Chuck and his service crew had things fully resolved. It was well worth the drive time.

To say my experience was great is an understatement! Came across this dealer as I was in the market for a Mach 1 and so happy I did! Jake was genuine, transparent and an all around great guy to work with. I had limited time and him and the team made it all happen without a hitch! Also had the pleasure to work with the President, Curt (real stand up gentleman) along with Jeffrey the Finance Manager! These guys were firing on all cylinders and most importantly were fair in todays greedy market. If you want to work with a stellar crew, don t look elsewhere!

I just recently purchased a truck from Gridley Country Ford for the first time.I have had a lot of bad experiences purchasing vehicles from shady dealers around this state and I can honestly say that the experience I had here was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had from a dealership. If you're looking for a vehicle, you should consider buying here. And, if you do, ask for Jake Richins to help you. He's awesome! He's the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. I called with interest in a certain vehicle. Jake had the vehicle washed and he sent me the Carfax before I arrived. He was very welcoming and absolutely no pressure. The whole process was quick and painless. Even the finance guy and the forms weren't that bad. Gridley Country Ford will be the first place I look next time.

Absolutely the BEST service! I was having issues with my 2017 Ford Edge I have not even owned a year. I went back and forth with the dealership (not Ford) I had bought it from for a whole month and they kept telling me they could not find or fix the issue. I had also taken it to another auto shop who could not help me either. From the very first day I dropped my car off at Ford, Chuck and Miguel were very helpful. Chuck kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He went back and forth with my warranty company to fix the issue and also worked hard to get my warranty company to cover more of the costs. I needed an engine replacement. The technicians found more issues once the engine was replaced. They kept me updated and made sure my car was in the best of conditions before I took it home. I couldnt be more thankful. I would definitely recommend this Ford location.

I bought a truck here a couple of months ago. My salesman was Jake, he did a great job communicating everything with me. I flew in from Wyoming and was picked up by the dealership. Once at the dealership I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. Great overall experience!!

Yeah I took my car there to get fixed and they're all right but didn't fix the problem but I bought my mat my car mats there they told me that the Ford on Ford Escape was going to be on there the mats and it work

We purchased our 2006 Mercury Marquis at Gridley Country Ford many years ago and have used them exclusively for purchase and other needs ever since. Our experience has always been great; very pleasant and courteous reception, immediate attention to our needs, timely and thorough service, and reasonable pricing. We are very very happy and plan to continue taking our business there for long to come!!
