A Huge Thank you to Darrell Tripp and crew. I'm a week away from a 2 week ski vacation back to Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. A deer runs into my truck on the passenger side. It jacks up the hood and the length of the passenger side of my new 2021 Chevy Colorado... Most concerning is the passenger head light. It's busted open. I called Gold Rush Chevy in Auburn and was told Chevy doesn't make replacement headlights yet, your truck is to new. I file a claim with my insurance company and they have 3 recommendations for body shops. I check customer reviews and Tripp's was at the top of their list. I take it to Tripp's, Darrell greets me and does a thorough walk around the truck and takes photos. I told him about my upcoming trip and that I can't get a replacement headlight. He calmly says, let me make a few phone calls. 5 minutes later he tells me How's 3 o'clock sound. I reply for what? To have a replacement headlight here so you can go on your trip! I literally get up and bow several times in appreciation. He replaced the headlight the next day and off I go on vacation. I brought it to the shop upon return and they began work on it. They kept me posted on progress and it was delivered on time in GREAT condition. I would Highly recommend Tripp's Auto Body if you are in need of their service. Absolutely wonderful. If your vehicle is a hunk of junk or a Maserati, these guys can really do it all. No, I don't work for them. They are certified by many like Ford and GM and many others. I have an Acura TL, it got deep scratches by a Tesla, thanks for that Richard, anywho, Tripps made it look like it had just come off the showroom floor. The paint match, the clear coat, the attention to detail, it's all done to perfection at Tripps. I worked with Rick M. Now don't get me wrong, there are cheaper places, but none can touch the quality and personal connection Tripps offers its clients. If you want your vehicle to remind you why you fell in love with it, take it to Tripps for any repair in auto body world. They are truly 5 stars.

My driver's side door handle and mechanism was broken. Was told to go to an auto body store rather than a mechanic. Called Tripps and she said come on in, the boys will take a look at it. An hour of work later, Steve fixed it! He had to take the whole mechanism out to fix, reinstalled and would not accept any money! What an outstanding business!!! Good old fashioned help! I no longer have to crawl over my passenger seat, should have come to them a long time ago! Please give your business to this awesome establishment! THANK YOU TRIPPS!!!!!

So far so good but they are so good there is a long wait to get car fixed. We have had other car s work done there and it has been excellent. So worth the wait.

Great experience getting my bumper fixed.Todd was very helpful in answering all my questions and made sure they took the time to color match the paint.Will definitely go back if I need any further repair work done.I highly recommend Tripp's to anyone who needs auto body repair.

I scheduled my car to be physically repaired back in November 2022. My appt was unable to get scheduled until May 2023. I understand that this is a popular place and very busy however the multiple times I had to deal with the front desk lady, I think her name is Ramona, she was condescending and rude. Since it has taken such a long time to schedule the repair the person who originally damaged my car decided to basically ghost me and when Ramona called to confirm I let her know the current situation and she couldn't have been more rude. It's unfortunate to deal with someone with this kind of attitude as a customer and I do not recommend this business based on this person's poor attitude alone. Treat your customers with respect!

I am incredibly grateful to Tripp's for the work they did on my Forester. Not only were they able to turn around the car quickly with the repairs but the quality of work they did was outstanding. From getting an estimate to renting a vehicle and then picking up my car upon work completion, I was treated very well by everyone I came in contact with - they have excellent customer service. I could not be happier with them and their business. I highly recommend them.

Something hit my car and damaged the front end, Tripp s work was immaculate- my car looks brand new! Not only is their work top of the line but the people that work here are all beyond helpful and extremely nice. State Farm never sent over any of my information for my claim, including my rental car reservation. Tripp s switched around already made reservations to ensure I had a car and could get to work. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Highly recommended!!

The very best. The detail they pay attention to is outstanding. My car is like nothing ever happened. They even noticed my clock & radio weren't working & fixed it. Wasn't even part of the claim. Thank you Tripps.

Backing up with a short trailer, jack-knifed. My goof. Not only torqued rear bumper, but buckled right rear quarter panel. Luckily, did not crease the sheet metal or crack the paint.Asked Tripp's to do what they could to straighten it out without replacing parts or re-painting. Picked up the truck yesterday. If you didn't know what to look for, you would never guess that anything had happened. They estimated it would be about a 70% fix. I would say the result was more like a 98% fix, given I wanted to go the cheap route. Better yet, final bill was less than the estimate.Jon had told me with the right guy working on it, they should be able to do an acceptable job. I'd say the right person worked on it, and they did a fantastic job. Very pleased, highly recommended.

Wonderful experience always. I been a customer for over 30 years as a resident of Grass Valley. Tripp's has a reputation for beautiful work and the customer service is beyond professional. They go the extra mile for sure. Everything is done in a timely manner. The three generation family business are experts in their field including their knowledge of and relationship with insurance companies.Many years ago I had a classic 1963 sport car that needed specialized attention and the work was perfect. I have also had car repairs form accidents that went perfectly well along with the rental car provision. The staff is kind and courteous and very efficient.The owner Darrel Tripp is a very nice man and business reflects his personality. Thank You...

My wife brought in our Ford Focus after it had a rodent nesting in the climate control system. It was an extensive and complicated repair involving the complete removal of the dashboard and airbag.Tripp s Auto Body took care of of everything . The process was well explained and the scheduling and insurance claim was handled professionally and kindly. We highly recommend this shop which has been a local family business for many years.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Air conditioning

I brought them a tired looking full-size van with a old company logo all over it. It was with them for only a couple of hours and I got back a van that I am proud of. You can't even tell it had stickers on it. To top it off, it was less then the quote they gave me. You won't beat the price, quality, or customer service. They nailed it

Took our 2005 RAV_4 with dents and dings on ever door and 1/4 panel made it look like new, then I swiped our garage doorjamb took it back and they fixed it gratis! The car looks like new not joking new!Thanks, Darrul, Ramona and of course the artist that are the crew!

Great people, great job, work guaranteed for as long as I own my truck. Plus they arranged a car rental for me with unlimited milage, at a very reasonable price. I live 4 1/2 hrs away and will make the trip if I need additional work.Thanks Tripps

John offered me several solutions to fix my car door at different prices. Then made several calls to find a replacement. It looks really good! They were nice, kind and did a wonderful job.

Tripps has always treated us great! Terrific people who care and do great work. I've had them work on 4 different cars, everything from deer damage, fender bender and a complete re-spray of a classic car. All the work has been excellent! Can't say enough about the quality of work and people here.

I took my Toyota Tacoma in for the first time, for body work from an auto accident. As a single mom, I m always guarded about being taken advantage of.I was greeted by Jon and he was incredibly kind and showed so much care in making sure I understood the process and went over the top with repairs and extra TLC to my Tacoma.I recently returned with my tailgate unable to open (apparently pebble jammed) and Jon again handled it with first class care and customer service.While I hope I won t ever be in another auto accident, Tripp s is the only body shop I trust. There is not even a close second!Their stellar customer service doesn t waiver.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Tripp's Auto Body is the Premiere auto body shop in 5 counties as far as I and my family (& friends) are concerned. They are truly a Full Service (down to the Keurig in the lobby) professionally run, client oriented shop with concierge services covering a possible needs of its clients. My rental car was ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my car; my insurance company had no qualms about using Tripp's whatsoever; Tripp's had my estimate and parts ordered within 30 minutes of my leaving the car on their lot; they promised it would be ready today 12/23/2020 and it was!! If you want worry free, hassle free perfection on Auto body repairs and all the attending red tape eliminated, that your nsurance company will be more than happy for you to use for repairs, and that even your son, the off roading, rock crawling mechanic insists you go only to Tripp's, then TRIPP'S IS THE BEST, FASTEST, MOST PERFECTIONISTIC SHOP FOR YOU!! GO. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET DOING SO (but you probably will if you don't Go.).

After having them work on my car I can say they care about doing excellent work. Their work is great. I would suggest Tripp's as a place to get you vehicle repaired or up graded.I worked with insurance to get the work done and they made this process easy and stress free.

I would definitely go back to Tripp's! Long story shortened, Darrell's honesty and personal involvement saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, and my car is back on the road.Another shop told me I needed possibly $2000 in frame repairs after a minor accident. I took my car to Tripps, and the owner, Darrell Tripp, came out himself and crawled around on the ground, looking under my car. After a few minutes, he told me it did not look like it needed any major repairs, and then called another local shop to set up an appointment for an alignment. He explained that he could do the same in his shop, but that with his equipment, it would mean about $300 in labor, rather than $70 at a place specializing in alignments. He said he'd even bring my car back to his shop if the other place found too much damage. Thankfully, the alignment was all I needed.I would recommend Tripp's to anyone. Their family values are reflected in the pictures of family all over the office walls, and they understand the needs of their customers.

I know how to wreak a car, just ask my husband. I'm a mess of a driver, but Tripps was able to right all the wrongs I had inflicted upon my poor little car. They got it done in a timely fashion and did a beautiful job. They arranged for a rental for the week. Yes, I had done enough damage that it took a week. It was not on them. The people were all pleasant and prices were reasonable, except a $10 filter fee that was added because of county regulations, which sucks. Government doesn't really need another ten bucks, am I right? They may be broke but man would I like to be broke with that money. Lol

For me, getting the car fixed is like going to the dentist. I don't like it, but it needs to be done. What a pleasure then to have two fenders repaired at Tripp's and be so happy with the results. Superb craftsmanship, friendly and considerate service and excellent results. They're terrific. Highest recommendation.

Jamie at the Hertz desk is really helpful. Also, even though our vehicle was a total loss, we received a very fair evaluation from our insurance company based on the information and pictures they received from Tripp s. Much appreciated!

The work us excellent but the customer service is poor at best. Clear mostly interested in insurance jobs, renting cars and turning 3 hour jobs into 4 day jobs. Not woman friendly.

5 stars! I hit a deer on my way home to Oregon, totaling my vehicle. Tripp's staff went above an beyond to helped me not only to help me the insursnce run around but also with everything else to do with communication about the vehcile. Being 700 miles away made an already stressful situation even worse. Tripp's made me super comfortable and really explained every process all while I was a state away. Thank you SO much to the staff!

Took car in for a dent in the bumper, car looked brand new when I picked it up, washed, waxed vacuumed out. Only took a few days....technically less than 72 hours for repairs.
