Worst most unsafe experience ever they sent a completely untrained driver that said she doesn't know what she's doing then can't even get the truck in reverse. She continued to almost smash her hand in the mechanism and asking me to do her job and be right next to traffic and then when i had to call the company and have them ask her to stop she continued to mess with my trailer moving everything dangerously around while im inside trying to get my things out after asking her to stop so i could. I called to complain and see about them sending another driver and they tried to act like me fearing for my safety was an attack against her so they left me stranded on the freeway next to traffic in an unsafe situation and said they weren't sending anyone else when i waited 4 hrs already for all this to get towed. I will never use them again and I'll strongly discourage any one else to. You're lying she's lying i was put into unsafe conditions and tried to ask her to stop and she would not do yes when I'm on the side of the road and it's loud I'm going to yell so she's stops putting my life at risk you can try to gas light me all you want but your at fault and she's incompetent to the point she can't even wait for me to get my stuff out like i asked to do in the beginning and she said yes. I just want to give a big shoutout to Triple M Towing. I don t know the Driver s name but he was a Godsend this morning. Incredibly kind and caring, he fixed something dragging under my car so that it was safe for me to drive without needing the tow. Very grateful for this kind and generous gentleman.

I called AAA towing last Saturday when my starter had died at an Airbnb and they sent a woman out from Triple M. It was THE BEST experience! She was there immediately- got my car on the truck bed with zero problems even though it was parked in a pretty steep and difficult driveway- and had it dropped off at my mechanic in minutes. Super professional and prompt.I hope I won t need another tow for a while but if it happens I won t hesitate to reach out to Triple M and will be recommending their service to everyone.

We were leaving for a cruise to Mexico when we went to start our car and it was completely dead...it was also blocking our second car so we could not get out of our driveway. We called AAA & Triple M Towing came out within 20 minutes. The driver, Kristy, immediately did an assessment and was able to diagnose what was going on, got the car onto her truck; she then said she would take it to our mechanic, drop off the keys, and we could get going on our trip. WOW, I can't say enough positive about Triple M Towing and Kristy!!! They are totally amazing and are more than a 5 star service. Kristy was calm (I was very anxious and not calm!), knowledgeable, respectful, and extended herself to help us to head out for our flight....the next day I spoke with the mechanic and they advised Kristy had done an excellent job positioning the car for them as they were closed at the time; they had the keys and were going to get it fixed before we returned from our vacation. Major Kudos to AAA for this service and choosing Triple M Towing for our local provider and please pass on our gratitude for Kristy.

January 3 we had a snow storm and needed emergency assistance for our Jeep!! Triple M sent us a great driver, forgot his name, but he truly is awesome!! We got Jeep stuck in bad spot by fencing going over edge of road!! The guy is awesome, kind and helpful!!! Thank you Triple M GREAT JOB!!!

Triple M is an awesome towing service. Last week a pregnant woman locked her keys in the car. I stopped to help her because she was crying. She had been there for over 3 hours,not o e person stopped to help. I called AAA, Triple M was there to save the day in 20 minutes. This was the first time I've used them. Every time they have been super efficient!

They drive recklessly and speed. Just passed one on 49 going way too fast and it's super windy right now. I've witnessed this for years and it still has not gotten better.

On August 12, 2023, a really nice man named Henry, from Triple M Towing, came to help me in response to my AAA roadside assistance call.. He was able to show up within 10 minutes of my request for help. He was able to help me quickly, so that I could be on my way. Quicker than expected. Really enjoy the new owners. When it waa Fishers, we used to dread a tow due to wait time as no one enjoyed working for Fishers so limited drivers. Triple M gets the job done.Excellent customer service and drivers.Thank you Triple M !

I parked on a red line painted on the asphalt oops my fault and I got towed . But this tow company Triple M are absolute creeps . Please do not use this company. They take advantage of people! They practice extorting money and property....KIA SOUL ..5 mi. Tow $350 + 12 HR. Storage fee 100.00 + $200 gate unlock fee = TOTAL $650.00 .. Very unethical!!!!

We blew a tire on Christmas Eve about 7 miles from our house. Spoke to someone over the phone and they sent a driver out instantly. The driver was supposed to get off work about that time from working nightshift and he came regardless of his shift ending soon. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and towed us home so we could make it to our parents house for Christmas Eve. Best towing experience we have ever had. Everyone there is courteous, extremely helpful and works on your behalf to get any problem resolved! They definitely go beyond what most people will do. Owners are very rude and unprofessional!! After towing my vehicle and having it arrive with damage the husband Chris said he would email me footage of one of their tow trucks while they had my vehicle in their possession, said I would have it the following day. After having to call them almost daily with no footage the wife Alisha calls me, practically yelling and would barely let me get one word out. Hopefully AAA drops them so I don't have to go through them again when using our AAA membership.Correction, because it was not MY car but MY brothers car which I was borrowing and had MY friend tow it they would not call be back and refused to send footage of the vehicle on the tow truck because I was not the owner& I (called them too many times). So they are withholding the proof that they didn't damage it because they did!Super shady business!!Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. After calling AAA who they are contracted with for 2 1/2 days and sending pictures of the truck, inside and out, paperwork for registration and a few other ridiculous things they wouldn't come out because I didn't have proof of insurance as we were evacuated from the mosquito fire and I didn't grab those papers in the 5 minutes that the police gave us to get into the car to be escorted out. They were coming for a tow. Worst experience ever.

Driver arrive within minutes of call. He was courteous, professional, and personable. And though new to the company knew his stuff! THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR COMMUNITY!!! GREAT COMPANY MUCH BETTER THAN THE LAST OWNERS!! Courtney in thee office dispatching was a Gem and very good at what she does! You can hear the irritability/frustration in her voice (my heart goes out to you!) and as a woman, someone that's worked in customer service and as a human being... I UNDERSTAND LOL YOU FOLKS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!! TO OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS:... The reality is: You're gonna get impatient and frustrated people EVERYWHERE that's a fact BUT.. THESE NEW business owners are working 7 days a week 365 for little pay just trying to keep their doors open and bills paid, yah know LIKE ANY SMALL HARD WORKING BLUE COLLAR FAMILY DOES! So... To anyone that has a **it review or negative to say about these hard working folks mabey... You should set your feelings aside and look at the situation from thee others perspective! A little compassion and understanding goes along way!! The world is a hateful place... Don't add to it! So.. My driver Robert was very communicative and fast. I've never seen anyone, not even thee most seasoned of veteran drivers... secure a vehicle so fast and efficiently with such care, confidence! He was very kind & knowledgeable (easy on thee eyes & an absolute DELIGHT to watch ) I just might like these new owners better than the last! WELL DONE FOLKS!! My car lost all functionality while driving my father from a blue grass festival, my dad has Alzheimer s and I was very concerned about being on the side of the road. The dispatcher, Melissa got a driver out as quick as she could and Cory was very personable and efficient. They never showed up after 3 hours I got a ride to a place I had cell reception. I called and tried to get them to come back out and she refused I had to call another service. They came out in 20 min. I have connect Insurance and for 10 bucks a year I get unlimited tows, Aaa has lost my business because of this company Mmm towingService: Car towingService: Car towing

Our battery died & It was probably 99 degrees and I called AAA. Within 4min she was there and had us going in just 2min. Very professional and quick. See I come from placerville in El dorado county and there when u call for any service help they take 45min to 3hrs always! Unless they are making cash or you know them personally. We needed AAA service and AAAM towing responded immediately and were on their way within 15 minutes. Just so happened we got a jump from a Good Samaritan and we drove to Autozone and they tested our battery,(bad battery) and they installed it for us.!!!!!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Unbelievable personal service and care from owner Alicia. Car had broken down 35 miles out of town on a windy busy mountain hwy. Due to mobility issues - I physically needed transport other than the truck and she drove up in her personal vehicle to pick up me and my passenger. Then took the time to make sure we got some dinner, personal items from my towed vehicle and taken to a motel. Beyond customer service and kindness. Thank you Alicia.Service: Special vehicle towing

The woman who came to jump start my battery was quick, professional and knowledgeable. I think her name was McKenna. Good experience! Because of that interaction, I ended up buying my battery from Fischer's after researching 3 other places in Grass Valley, CA. Great job, Fischer's!

Our SUV broke down and had to have it towed from town to home to repair. Office staff kept us updated on the trucks arrival time and operator was both professional and courteous to my wife (who was at point A) and me (waiting for our vehicle at point B).
