I recently had 6 patio chairs re-upholstered by Ron. I found Ron to be honest and affordable - exactly what I was looking for. He didn't over promise anything to me. I dropped off the chairs and once he had the material in he finished them within 2 days. They look great. I would recommend Ron to anyone looking for good value and good service.

I love Talbott's work! He fixed a Motorcycle seat for me a few years back! his work was flawless and the seat was BETTER than NEW! His price was very reasonable. He was busy but that's a good thing! He is a true craftsmen. I don't know what that other review is talking about... there is always people you cant please. But talbott has always taken care of me. I HIGHLY recommend anyone go check him out.

Poor customer service, poor communication.So I was trying to get a simple repair to my sofa done, and the owner, Ron, missed two appointments with me. The first missed appointment was a phone call to talk about the problem, and to schedule a repair date. He was supposed to call me the same-day. After waiting 2 weeks for his call, I eventually had to reach out to him and jog his memory about the repair and who I was. He said he remembered me but was really busy at the shop. I let it slide. While on the call, we proceeded to make an appointment for him to come out to my home and fix my sofa a couple weeks later, but he was a complete no-show the day of the appointment! After waiting 30 minutes for him to arrive, I called the shop and sure enough -- Ron himself answered the phone. I said "hey, you were supposed to be here a half hour ago, Im waiting on this repair" and he said he "I'm really busy with a customer. Im gonna have to call you back. We're gonna have to reschedule". He then hung up. He called me an hour later and said that my appointment had been cancelled by the secretary, and that she had failed to call me to inform me about it.I do not intend on making another appointment with Ron, nor hiring him again. I dont have time for the runaround. The shop just seems too unorganized and unresponsive. I took off work for our scheduled appointment, and he seemed to barely care that he missed it, he just pushed the blame on his secretary and expected me to bare with him.I have since made a new appointment with a more reputable company and I recommend you do the same. Don't waste your time with this place. The new upholstery shop also informed me that they have heard similar horror stories about Talbott from other customers, and they frequently have to fix Talbott's repairs.

I've had two vehicles that were both upholstered by Ron and they held up fantastic. Great guy with great service.

Came in for a small canvas repair of my Bimini top, Ron fixed it while I waited! Exceptional service!
