It is rare as diamonds to find an auto shop that brings a smile to your face and peace of mind and this is one. Integrity, follow through, anticipation, and going beyond expectations. Thanks again, Sierra Auto Body! Excellent customer service and very reliable. This family owned business feels like coming home and being taken care of by people you trust. They provided a rental, supported helping me find an honest car dealership, and made a difficult and painful situation much easier. Thank you so much again & again, Sierra Auto Body.

best shop around. as busy as they were they found the time to secure my daughter's car bumper till she can a new one on.i have been going there for over 20 years. the owners and the crew are just wonderful.

I made an appointment for an estimate. Brought my car in, and to replace the bumper and paint it would ve been well over $1,000 which I wasn t to excited to spend. He was able to readjust a few things, add in some screws and did a repair on the spot free of charge!! So appreciated! They were also very professional and well managed office. TWICE now I've gone in with a very minor issue, mainly to get advice on how it might be fixed cheaply. In both cases the owner said hold on, went back inside, grabbed a tool or two, maybe a washer, then came out and fixed it on a handshake. Wouldn't take my money. Yes, people and businesses like this still exist.If I ever need *real* bodywork done, this is the only place I'll ever consider.Service: Body & Trim

I had bodywork done on my car and they did a great job. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. At my request they did extra work my car, cost to me was very reasonable, and the work well done. The car was ready early in the day when they said it would be. It's a family run business and they are very nice and professional. Grest experience!

I am so overwhelmed and almost speechless by the kindness and compassion of Mike and Sierra Auto Body! I lost my home in paradise and when Mike heard that my window didn't work on my car he generously offered to fix it for me . He not only fixed it, he fixed it in half an hour! Not only that, but he saw I had a break light out, that I didn't even know about, and he fixed that too! He was very humble and caring when I showed my gratitude. He just told me he was sorry for my loss and to hang in there. I was in tears as I drove away. They are wonderful and I can not thank them enough!

Was sent over from Plaza Tire to have my wheel well looked at. Not only did Sierra look at it but they fixed it while I waited and didn't even charge me. These are great people and I will highly recommend them.
