Roadrunner has worked on my Lexus in the past and did a terrific job at a reasonable price. This time my Nissan truck needed a smog certificate -- dropped the car off at the appointed time, took a walk around the block, and the job was completed when I returned. This is a very ethical company that does excellent work. I will continue to bring my Lexus SC430 and Nissan truck in for any and all repairs. Thanks for the terrific service!

I love this shop. I took my truck in for an oil change and they did a thorough inspection of my truck and let me know of a few issues that needed to be addressed. I took care of a couple things but waited for my next oil change to have Roadrunner change the oil pan gasket. These people are friendly and knowledgeable and their shop is super clean and organized. Great place. Highly recommend.

My first visit for a smog check. Brian is very nice and friendly. One of the best and clean shops in the area.Very professional. I do recommend this shop. Update. Went in and had them do my my brakes. First time I have paid to have them done. I always used to do my own but decided to pay this time and save my knuckles. Brian did an excellent job. Stops on a dime. 4-16-24 went back for another smog check. Passed with flying colors. I have and always will do my own mechanics but when I need work done on my vehicles that I don't want to do or can't do. Roadrunner will be the auto shop I will go to.

Roadrunner came well-recommended by several of my co-workers and boy were they right! Brian is a very professional and friendly mechanic/businessman. The office and waiting area was very comfortable and clean and his crew had me in and out his very well maintained shop within 20-25 minutes. They smog checked my wife's car (it passed) and they replaced one of her brake lights in a snap!We will definitely be going back for all of vehicles' needs in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were great!! They fit me in the same day and while I was there I over heard them do the same for another person. Don't know how but they did it. And so kind, I called them back because I was going to be late after they had fit me in and they let me come in anyway and they were still very nice. They were fast too. Seriously a very enjoyable trip to the Roadrunner Auto shop!!Thanks again Roadrunner!!

NEW NORMALBought my 2001 Ford Escape 4 years ago, it has been unreliable ever since. It is a powerful drive, though, electrical problems with anti theft system. I had my car back 2 weeks and has been a reliable ride. A "New Normal"! Brian and his crew are Ford mechanics so I am super pleased they know what they are doing and my son feels confident that I have found an excellent automotive service!Service: Engine repair

I've been to Roadrunner twice, and both times the service has been great, the work excellent, and the price very reasonable. We had taken the car to a local dealer because a warning light had come on, and the dealer suggested some very expensive repairs that ended up not being the real reason for the light. Brian was able to diagnose the real issue and fix it, as well as do additional work we needed for a lot less than what the dealer wanted. Most important is the fact that he's honest and straightforward, and being able to trust your mechanic is everything. Highly recommended.

I started using Roadrunner to get my cars smogged. They have recent replaced my suspension, brakes, and preformed a tune up. I would highly recommend them. I find them to be very honest, responsive, and reasonable.

Failed to replace single use torque to yield axle bolts with new bolts after removing axles while servicing my Ford van resulting in dangerous situation where the axles could come loose and wheels fall off as known to happen. This is a MAJOR safety issue.I discovered this later after a friend noted the single use replacement bolts should have been on the service invoice, but were not. The manager Justin said he was not aware of this until I brought it to his attention and he then found it in the service notes. He did not apologize for his mistake or for endangering my life and the lives of others on the road with his negligence. He is supposedly a master Ford mechanic, which was why I brought the van there. I replaced the bolts myself since I was traveling. I cannot recommend this shop!Service: Brake service & repair

Take the money and run is unfortunately my experience with Brian. I asked him over the phone if he thought he could help my vehicle meet smog. I let him know at the time that we replaced one of the catalytic converters with an aftermarket, as well as O2 sensor, and was trying to fix without exceeding the cost of the vehicle. He charged me $160 to plug in his graphing code reader and tell me to replace all catalytic converters and O2 sensors with Toyota parts for a bill of $3k. Obviously I can't do this for a car worth $2k, and I already have a live data code reader. I asked him which O2 sensor was the worst (to start with that one) and he would not tell me other than "all including cats". Went back home and used my reader to find the worst O2 sensor, replaced it for $40 and voila it passed. Thanks for charging me $160 to be no help whatsoever is my bad experience. Might be a different experience for those with newer vehicles or custom jobs instead of an older car near end if life.Update: I should be honest and add that the owner is correct in that the smog shop did tell me it was passing but unless I had "paperwork" for the rear cat, I would need to have a new one installed. I did go ahead and have a Toyota brand cat installed for that purpose. However, my 1 star rating is for the mechanic charging me $160 to plug in a graphing code reader and then tell me that the fix is to replace the entire exhaust system. And then not even tell me which o2 sensor was the worst one.

Above and BeyondI made an appointment for my 2004 Toyota Tundra truck to be "Smoged" and have the oil changed.Brian checked me in and had everything done in a timely manner. However, they went the extra mile and vacuumed out the inside of my truck. I had made a mental not to do this little chore at a later time because it was filthy. When I picked up the truck it had been done for me. This is the kind of extra service you don't see very often anymore. Roadrunner Automotive is a cut above in the automotive maintenance industry. Thank YouServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

It is so rare in this day and age to find a company and owner who understand what customer service and quality repairs are all about. Brian went out of his way to help me save money on my smog check by taking the time to go on-line and find the parts I needed and suggestions from his experience about how to do the repairs preparatory to my smog check. That alone saved me over $300 in parts and labor!I can't say enough good things about Roadrunner. I would recommend them to anyone who asked; confident they would have a great experience. g

I live in Nevada and my truck broke down on my way to CA. Roadrunner was recommended by a friend and my tow service got it there about 730 at night. By 815 the following morning, Brian had an initial diagnosis on it but was swamped with already ongoing work & told me he couldn't get to it till Monday. I had business in the area so not a big deal. Monday morning he called me with a full diagnosis that was a much happier outcome then Friday and by 230 Monday afternoon had me back on the road! I cannot praise this place highly enough, kind, professional, honest, quick service. If I lived in the area, they would be my full time shop.

Absolutely the best place to get your vehicle in tip-top shape. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. Their work is promptly done and is always right the first time so you can rest assured that you won't be making return trips for the same issue. Brian and his crew are Top Notch!!!

The best service, and honest mechanics. I had a quote from roadrunner and it was about $400 less than the local Ford dealership. They do amazing work and are honest and fair. They are ford certified mechanics for a lot less.. wonderful place and also have a cute fur baby mascot:)

Satisfied customer, quick and friendly servicePleasantly surprised by the quick service, knowledge and friendly service. I selected this place on line with no referrals or experience of Roadrunner Automotive. I was satisfied and would return. I also love the dog friendly atmosphere where the family "pug" who was soaking up the sun on the floor mat greeted you when you entered the place.

So I found this roadrunner on yelp. 5 star can't go wrong. So i reached out and right away I got a response to have my car serviced. Unfortunate for me . I would have to have my check engine light checked out befor my smog. But thank goodness for people like Brian. He updated me on what needs to happen and how much. I eas very pleased on how well and smothly everything went. I get to go back and get my vehicle smog. Salt of the earth family man and father and boss. I would recommend his services to anyone. I was referred to Brian at Roadrunner Automotive by Bob at Karl's Smog and Repair.Brian did what was required to make sure that my car would pass the smog test when I took it back to Bob.While I was at Roadrunner Automotive, I told Brian that my car, a 2006 Nissan Altima with 123,000 miles, was making noises and that the steering wheel vibrated badly when I applied the brakes. Since I know nothing about cars, I told Brian that I would have to rely on his expertise. He put the car on the rack and told me exactly what the problems were. I needed brakes, front and rear, the left front wheel bearing needed replacement and several other items needed to be fixed. Brian did everything that was needed at a very reasonable price.I was very impressed with Brian's knowledge and his commitment to make sure that all of the necessary repairs were done to make my car safe to drive. I also appreciated that he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. I had confidence in him, and I knew that he was a person of integrity who could be trusted to do what was right for me..I would strongly recommend Roadrunner to everyone who wants to get their car repaired by an honest, reliable and reasonable mechanic. Brian is NUMBER ONE in my book.I would also tell anyone who needs to get a smog check to go to Bob at Karl's Smog and Repair; he is the GREATEST.

Needed smog check for my car and found Roadrunner with a google search. Drove over, at about lunch time no less, and the owner managed to scrunch me in before the next appointment. Professional and courteous in the bargain. Highly recommended, based on my experience.

I am so glad that I discovered Roadrunner Automotive. Making an appointment was easy and fast and the service was done while I waited in their very comfortable and clean waiting area. It is conveniently located too. It is very professional. It will be my go to shop for any of my automotive needs.

I recommend Roadrunner because Brian's honesty is impeccable he let me know that he has to buy the most cheapest parts he can possibly find from CHINA because he can't make enough money on quality part's. So if you want quality part's and bring in your own parts he will let you know that he's again not making enough money on just his labor even though the two hours he supposedly spent fixing my vehicle was more than what the dealer quoted me. It sure looks like he's making pretty good money to me he can afford to hire a secretary that can't even staple a receipt to the bill.Service: Engine repair

We have taken several of our vehicles to Roadrunner Automotive for service and repair. Brian, the owner of Roadrunner Automotive, is extremely knowledgeable and focused on getting the job done right the first time. We especially appreciate his skill at diagnosing and troubleshooting errant problems that crop up on our vehicles from time to time. We've recommended him to friends and have heard only positive reviews back. In short, Roadrunner Automotive does a good job and is also fast and affordable.

The owner is a great business person . He's friendly and anserws questions in a positive, knowledgeable way that doesn't make a person (a woman) feel uneducated or belittled about a vehicle, which is hard to find in todays society. The people who work for him also have a pleasent attitude and genuinely care about the customer. Their work is of the best quality and done in a very reasonable time. I am happy with what they have done for my vehicle, I will be a return customer and recommend them for anyones vehicle problems. I'm glad that I came across this place and these people last winter. Thanks Roadrunner for being honest and trustworthy cause knowing you did the work right took alot of worry off my vehicle stress.
