They are all so nice and are always patient with people even those how don t deserve it and if you want to get your stuff back really quick I recommend going in the fall and winter months because you can get your stuff back sooner

Had B&S starter cylinoid in stock! Saved my weekend. Polite and helpful. They do small engine and lawnmower repair. Located right off Hwy 49, in old town, downtown Grass Valley. Just 10 Min from Penn Valley and 5 from Navada City. Open on Sat.Thanks.

Helpful hint to have a superb experience: Bring your equipment in January or February for a tune up so that when May and June explode with everyone in the county dusting off their equipment and draining forgotten bad gas in their motors and demanding immediate service, you are happily enjoying your BBQ amongst short grass with friends instead of complaining about a 4 week turn around.

Used to be quality service. I don t know what happened since 2020 but we have taken multiple generators, diggers, and tillers there and all have come back worse than we dropped them off. Not a single repair done well or at all. Better off doing it yourself. Will be faster anyways. Sorry! Love to support local businesses and Pearson s used to be quality but not anymore.

Customer Beware! Was quoted 3days, $110-. It took 1 month & $250-,and taking it back since they didn't do anything to it at all. Lesson learned: DO NOT do business with these thieves! They don't deserve even 1 star. Stealing from senior, disabled people is sickening.

This place did a carburetor rebuild for me.When i got it home it would not idle and smoked..I had to readjust the carb myself to make it run right.

I highly recommend piercings. They are very good people they help you out when you're in need. I need a coil today for my weed wacker and there was none in stock so they sold me an old weed wacker that had a good coil. On it and I had spare parts for 20 bucks. I got my weed wacker go in because they had the carburetor. That I needed I got everything I needed for piercings and they are.great Thanks again Pearson's.

They are always helpful. And can help me get my stuff fixed quickly. Most any small engine can be repaired here. I buy whatever I can here. Thanks for all your help Paul over the years. You know how to do it right!

A great place to have your chainsaw repaired. They gave me good advice on storing small engine's that use gas, and what is the best product to use in stead of that stuff you buy at like Home Depot. I value that kind of information.

Ive been a long time customer and today I pulled in the back for 1 second to turn around and the guys were super rude, yelling at me and pointing very aggressively. I mean I was blown away by how rude. I will never come here again.

Excellent place for small engine repair I take my chainsaws in there all the time the best thing about them is they will help you fix your item if it's something they can do quickly without charging you instead of having you turn in your item for repairs and charging you

Worst service ever they have been ordering parts for my mower for 4 weeks now everytime I call they say we haven't ordered it yet. I wouldn't go there if I was you not friendly rude and act like they hate their job smh
