Great personal response to renting A U-Haul pickup truck. Gin set us up with a nice truck..w/ purchased insurance for $21so we would. be covered just incase something

Truly a great place to take your car/truck. The folks at Gin's were outstanding, honest, with integrity, and attention to detail. They set up the appropriate expectations for a very difficult and unique challenge, for our beloved 1954 Chevy 3100 truck. They have the right connections to get quality parts and work accomplished. You couldn't ask for nicer people. My truck will always be serviced by Gin's. My friend and I were visiting the area and lets just say, we had an interesting few days of unexpected surprises thus leading us to needing a uhaul cargo van. Gin was very helpful & thorough in explaining all I needed to know about the rental process & I really appreciated that! But even before that, she called to check in with me when I hadn't shown up for my rental & gave me advice on a reliable taxi service. When it was time to return, Robert was equally as helpful as Gin with the return process. I just want to say that I have never encountered a business that really goes above & beyond customer service as much as these folks. They genuinely care about helping their customers. Thank you Gin and Robert for being a breath of fresh air for us in our week of obstacles. I'm so glad I chose your shop! I HIGHLY recommend renting a uhaul through them if youre in the grass valley/ little valley area . THANK YOU Gin's Little Valley Auto Care!!

Rented a truck for half a day things went bad with what I needed the truck for ended up needing it for a full 24 hours and miss gin was completely understanding and worked with me thanks gin your awesome and if I ever need to rent another truck I will come rent from you

The people that run it could not have been nicer! I rented a U-haul truck from Gin's and she made it an easy flowing process. Usually those things are a mess of rules, regulations and lots of extra hidden charges. I got none of that! The charges were out in the open and fair- the truck was ready and Covid-clean, and, like I said, the people in the office (Gin and another gentleman) were as friendly and nice as they could be! Highly recommend!

Gin's Little Valley Auto Care, was referred to me by a trusted friend and I've been thankful every since! Gin is a wonderful person who runs an exceptional shop. Everyone there really goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of.Gin is very good at communicating with her customers on a regular basis and all work, time and cost is always accurate, fair and right upfront.I've been badly burned by another local shop so being able to trust another shop took some doing on both sides.Gin's really is a good honest shop. I won't go anywhere else and will gladly recommend her shop any chance I get.

Would not recommend this place unless you know exactly what s wrong with your car but just don t have the time to do it yourself. My girlfriend has an older SUV. It seemed like there was a problem with the fuel injection and then the transmission started to act up. She took it in and told them her concerns. They told her it needed a new transmission. She specifically asked if it was worth replacing. They did not look at the vehicle any further and just said it was up to her but if the motor was good it should be ok. Over $5k later there was still problems with the car. They gave it back to her with the odd suggestion that she change the fuel filter herself. When a friend went to change the fuel filter come to find out that everything is corroded and the next trustworthy mechanic to look at the vehicle said it is not fixable. The mechanics that work there may be fine but I wouldn t trust them for advice of what to do with a vehicle. I m sure it wasn t malicious but the end result was taking $5,000+ from a women and leaving her with a broken car.

Would not recommend this place to get a uhaul.... they charge you up front for your "estimated mileage"And are fairly rude when you inquire about it. The uhaul on Locksley ln in auburn doesnt do that and the old guy is much much nicer.

Recently I took my Escalade to "Gin's Little Valley Auto Care" to have them diagnose what I thought was a vibration while driving at highway speeds. I needed to know if there was a problem since I was giving this vehicle to a very special lady, my daughter, for her birthday and I wanted to be sure that there were no problems and that the vehicle was safe for her to drive. Gin's mechanic inspected all the running gear and even test drove it at highway speeds. They then inspected the vehicle from bumper to bumper and gave me the results. I was evidently being overly concerned as all the running gear turned out to be fine and the car was given a clean bill of health. I was charged less than originally quoted. I'm glad I discovered "Gin's Little Valley Auto Care" and I would recommend them to my family and friends for their professionalism, their honesty and knowledge of their trade.

Gin s Little Valley Auto Care took care of my 2004 Toyota Corolla very well! I went in for an oil change, and paid for the $10 extra service fee. So glad I did! Gin called me back and had a number of suggestions including a transmission service and replacing both the engine and cabin air filters. Thank you to Gin! I feel so much better being out on the road knowing everything is now up to par!

Very friendly and professional. I had my truck towed to this business after it broke down. The diagnostic and repair process was explained clearly and the prices were very reasonable. Work was done competently in a timely manner.

I rented a pickup truck from these guys during the River Fire in Colfax. I needed to evac. They were very helpful, flexible, forgiving, and friendly! I highly recommend for Uhaul rentals.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a car checked out that I was possibly going to buy and they did a thorough job. Easy to get an appointment next day. Prices are super reasonable and products they use are the best around.

All my interactions with this shop have been good. On a rainy day in March, they were informative and helpful when the other "neighborhood" shop wasn't. A simple problem needed a simple solution and they stood up without hesitation to help, without needing a work order. Will always go here first when needing work, info or correction.
