I had my windshield replaced last Friday. We let it sit in the garage until today (Tuesday) just to make sure it was fully cured. I m disappointed that I got into my car today and noticed the mud they drug into my car, and that there are tiny pieces of glass all over my dash and even on the door arm rests. The service was nice, and the timing was great. But the courtesy for my vehicle interior is upsetting. To leave tiny pieces of glass all over and take no care in someone s clean vehicle is unacceptable to me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are on point. They honored a 3 year old gift certificate, repaired a serious rust issue around my windshield at no extra charge, and provided excellent advice in regards to a smog/registration issue I was having. Dan and the team at Fletchers are awesome! Not only did they get my windshield replaced quickly but they re price was much less than Safelite! Proof yet again that local independent businesses are the best value! Nice job guys! Thank you for your essential service!

They seem like nice people, but they screwed installation twice. First time they 'forgot' to install the spacers at the bottom of the windshield and the whole thing I'd down 3/4" the second time he left an open gap on the passenger side. This didn't seem to bother him. He kept blaming his poor work on the rubber trim. Had to take it to Reliable Auto Glass to have it installed correctly. I'd give them no stars.

Totally amazing! Had my car broken into at the river, next day these guys had it fixed!! Not only did they have it fixed, they dropped it off at my work!! And offered to drive me to work if he had availability!! My dad has gone to them several times as well for older more precise needs, ALWAYS have gone above and beyond! Thank you! You made my bad situation into something with ease!!

This spring we took our car in to see if they could find where the water was getting in and creating white mold and wet passender side back seat, floorboard and trunk.They discovered and sealed the antennae mount and a back tail light that hadn't been properly set by another company.I am happy to say after the downpour last week that lasted days, no water made it into the car! Thank you Fletchers Auto Glass!!
