Caliber Collision is just the best! They did excellent work. They kept me informed of my car s progress daily. It was done on time as promised even tho Subaru sent the wrong parts the first time. My service advisor was a nice guy and explained everything well. The people in the office were wonderful. My car was brand new again on pick up day and squeaky clean to boot!

From the time I dropped my car off they were very polite helpful. Did the estimate turned it into the insurance company then gave me the price of what it would cost. They kept me informed the whole time that they had my car. I m extremely happy with their service the job they did they went above and beyond And I worked with Joleana Marcy service advisor and she was fantastic and always kept me informed. I would give them a 10 out of 10. Recommendation to anyone who wants a job done great.?Thank you for your service and beautiful work.?

I have nothing but good things to say about caliber collision. I recently had some front end damage to my explorer and they got me in quickly and even finished with my truck a day early. Everybody was so nice, friendly and punctual and when noticed that there was a problem with my windshield fluid sprayer, a couple weeks later, they looked at it again and fixed it. No questions asked. I was really impressed with their services and I will use them again!

My experience with Caliber in Grass Valley was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel like my car mattered to them. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality and speed of the repair exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

I love how easy it was to communicate with the front office, Kelsey is friendly and professional and set my mind at ease. The last thing you want to do is to worry after an accident. My repairs were done in a timely manner, and beautifully done.Caliber Collision s staff are what make this location a 5 stars in my book! Highly recommend using them for vehicle repair work

Kaley and Emily were both very attentive and excellent at their jobs. We were able to get the car in the shop within the week. We were kept apprised of the repairs during the whole process, and the car Was ready several days early. When we picked it up, it looked amazing! Highly recommend having bodywork done at caliber collision!

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing our Mercedes. Kaley kept us informed every step of the way and the car was returned good as new earlier than promised. Highly recommend!

My partial repair took 4 weeks and because it was across the country in CA I had to wait and not fly home. They did not replace the broken bug deflector or the cracked passenger side mirror or the mirror trim or the mudflap. It has been 10 months and the repair is incomplete.

Terrible service wasted my time for 3 days just to tell me that they re denying service to me & will not work on my vehicle Joleana completely wasted my time & had me drive all the way to their location just to say that they cannot work on the vehicle, she was completely all over the place & erratic when it came to dealing with her. A phone call would have worked just fine with your empty brain

Had an amazing experience!! The customer service was great. They kept me updated the whole way with the work being done on my vehicle. They went the extra mile to make sure all was complete in a timely manner. And bonus points for not only returning my car repaired beautifully,But even detailed and washed. Great experience all around

I am so happy I choose Caliber Collision to do the repairs on my car. The corner of my fender was smashed in causing the door to be out of line also. The repair turned out great! The customer service was the best. Pete was so patient with me and thorough with the estimate. He took the time to explain what it needed and why they needed to make certain repairs to get it done right. If I went with the competitor, I would have a quick fix and I wouldn t have been happy with the results. ...I had to edit this review the next day because I realized they even washed and cleaned the inside of my car. Beautiful! Great job Caliber Collision!!!

Caliber did excellent work on my vehicle and provided excellent communication throughout the process. I hope I won t ever need a body shop again, but if I do I would gladly go back to this shop.

So had to change my review because they duck tapped my transmission cover??? Umm what?????? I paid for it to be fixed why wasn't it fixed properly im so disappointed see you soon. Im not happy at all!

Terrible customer experience. I was told, on 3 different occasions, incorrect information on how to get started with an insurance claim with them. I went in with a written quote. Insurance company, on multiple occasions, confirmed this was all I needed to get a claim started and scheduled with a shop. Each time, Caliber continued to tell me things like they needed an assignment from the insurer. Insurer did not know what they meant by that. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for a call to schedule the work after providing Caliber the quote. I went to a local body shop, gave them the same details and was on their schedule the following day once they confirmed the claim number with Progressive. Totally disappointed with this franchise and the way I was misled and treated by multiple members of their staff. I d be embarrassed to work at a place like this. Better to just find local shops (plenty with great reviews) and keep your dollar in town.

Very friendly and attentive staff. I can't wait to see how my car looks when finished.Update... so I got my car back. I had it in the shop for a dented hood from a tree. It came out amazing it looks better then when I took it in. They even did a mini detail.. kailey was my advisor she was a great help and kept me informed. I will definitely be back. I wish I could figure out how to post a picture.
