Technician was very friendly and informative. Everything was done fast and without problems! Super impressed that one person with the right equipment can replace a windshield on a large truck so easily. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The technician showed up the next morning. He was very polite and repaired the windshield in 15 to 20 minutes. He did a great job and even cleaned the windshield inside and out before he left.

Cracked windshield on my Mach E. Called Caliber Auto Glass to perform the replacement. They had the appointment set quickly and dealt directly with my insurance company. The installer showed up on time and completed the install, clean up and system recalibration within the time he committed to.

The whole experience was easy and quick, they communicated with insurance and I had my car fixed within a week. Cameron was very attentive, I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

The crack in my windshield is not only still super visible, but this is a brand new car I bought last month and the guy who fixed it actually made it significantly worse because now I have new cracks in the windshield that are deep enough that it s on the inner part of the car. He said it will just look like I have tree sap on my windshield but why should I have to deal with cracks he caused as well as the crack that he couldn t properly fix?? I called customer service because I shouldn t have to live with the damage to my new car that their tech created. Waiting to hear back to see what they can do to remedy this situation.

Julian was our technician. He communicated well with us on his arrival time, got straight to work and repaired the chipped windshield quickly and did excellent work. And they did this in less than 24 hours after I called it in to my insurance company!

They do NOT communicate with the shop you are set up for. I showed up and the shop itself would not allow me to drop off my car until they got verification... when I called customer service they said they would "email" the GM and get back to me. (they never did) the shop ended up calling herself and getting clarification. They NEVER followed up with me at all. its horrible set up, horrible protocol and horrible way to do businessHowever the work itself is great the window is complete and they didnt take all day like it was assumed. The quality of work is 5 star, its everything else you have to deal with is annoying.

It was a quick and easy repair. My back passenger window was smashed in and they came out to get it fixed. Super friendly and finished the repair in about 30 minutes.
