Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Granada Hills for car repair, everyone are awesomeness from Jack, the Service Advisor, from the Office Manager, Esther and to Harold who drove me home after the drop off of my car for repair. This place is clean, warm and every one is friendly. I am a returned customer, I trust Caliber Collision. Jack worked with my expectancies without any hiccups. Trust Jack for a job well done, only took 3 days and I am back in my saddle again. Thank you again awesome Jack.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Poor attention to detail. The representative said that they are only human and they are not perfect. Instead of being accountable and accepting responsibility over the poor job that they did. I felt rushed and after he asked me when I can bring the car in, I told home Monday he said they are backed up 3 cars so he won t be able to accommodate me till the following Monday. Now I have to wait 10 days after I already paid my 1 thousand dollar deductible. This ruined my weekend. My headlight does not turn off at all

Staff was super nice , the manager Josh Morris was very friendly and provided us with great customer service . Him and his behind the scenes staff did an amazing job on my vehicle . They really go above and beyond with their work . 100% recommend !

Had my catalytic converter stolen and caliber did an amazing job repairing it. Caliber made it very simple for me and Vj kept me updated with the whole process and made sure my truck was going to be great. Highly recommend

I used the Granada Hills CA location. Unfortunately my car was struck on the first day I purchased it. About $4K damage. The staff was excellent.

Although I m giving this company high rating, I shouldn t have been questioned when the assessor went over my vehicle to verify damages. I wa a bit offended but I m over it. But something to ponder on when inspecting the areas concerned. Refer to the insurance company, first and foremost, and not challenge the customer.

These guys are simply the best. I received several text updates about my car. I got a very reasonable quote and they completed the repairs within that time today committed to. I 100% recommend them. I worked directly with Josh there. He is wonderful.

I was sent here after my car got a hit and needed an estimate. After the work was done at thus shop I was extremely satisfied with the work they did. Out of a situation that caused me a headache Caliber Collision along with FREDDY TORRES who did the work on my car I left very happy of the work done. They even went the extra mile and did more than was necessary along with cleaning my car, better than I would have done myself. If I had to choose a place to get my car fixed again through insurance I'm definitely choosing to come back here.

Nice, professional job on the work done on my car. All staff in Granada Hills were professional and customer-focused. The car looks great. Minor issue when a weatherstrip tore and they tried to reinstall, but they are making it right. I recommend this shop.

horrible customer service!!!this location in our neighborhood used to be a different shop. now Caliber Collision took over, and completely lower the customer service and quality of work.I took my vehicle somewhere else when people were more appreciative of my business.now it's Corporate America they don't really care about you or your car.Service: Painting

Usually not a fan of body shops, but this experience was different I even got my Ford Bronco back earlier then the timeframe which is a first out of about 10 times having to get body repair. The Manager Robert was very professional and walked me through the. Process and handled everything with my insurance company. Very surprisingly satisfied!!! absolutely unprofessional shop.I brought my car in to get an estimate and, I was making sure that the insurance company going to pay them.when I was calling to schedule to bring the car in they'll refuse to work on it. because their own adjuster messed up the estimate. Robert the manager was talking to me if I am a crook.I was trying to give a business to them since I have business right near them. what a rude Behavior!! Caliber collision is a great place for vehicle repairs. I highly recommend them fast and reliable and they keep you informed about the process of your car or any changes that may occur during the time that the car is at the shop. I have used Caliber more than once. Each time I have had great service. I have gone to them with an insurance claim and also when I was going to pay out of pocket. Their service is a bit pricey but I was very happy with the work. They don't cut corners but they even game me options for different issues in order to pay more or less if I wanted. I liked that a lot. I have recommended them already to friends and family.

Calliber Collision completely exceeded my expectations! From the first phone call I made to the shop to picking it up! Staff was professional, knowledgeable about their process and kept me informed, step by step, on the status of my vehicle. I even got my vehicle back a week and a half earlier than expected - which was shocking considering ongoing supply chain issues businesses are facing - they did amazing!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car here to the Granada Hills location after I was rear-ended. Freddy took care of the repairs and was super communicative. Robert Salinas, the general manager, continuously checked in on me and made sure everything went well with my repairs, during and after the repair was complete. They're too busy to provide decent customer service.I showed up yesterday for an estimate to fix a minor dent. They were too busy and asked me to make an appointment, so I made an appointment.I show up for my appointment today and checked in. For about 30 minutes after that, I was left waiting on a chair without a word being said to me. They might have even forgotten I was there.I sense that they take on more than they can handle, which is a red flag to me. I would not recommend this place.
