Family own business very helpful with the community. best prices in Monterey county, always taking care of their customers. They make it so easy to make it happen. I have excellent credit in they help me get a loan with a 2.49%. Everything just depends on each person situation there s people with bad credit they get higher rates is that or buy it cash

My brother just bought a 2013 mustang Gt from Valdez. We called ahead set a time and we re out quickly! They treated us great! Brought us food process was easy and straight forward! Will definitely do more business with Valdez and rRoger!

Worst auto sales place. I would not recommend to anyone, speaking from previous experience I was supposed to get the registration form for a certain date. The sales person kept on giving me excuses to why I hadn't received the form. These people are very unprofessional, not to mention that they cut you off while you're talking (How RUDE!). If you want to buy a car go to someone who knows what they're doing, unlike these people. You're getting ripped off!

Got my 2013 GT premium with Roger from Valdez auto sales great customer service he treated me and my family right brought us food and drinks the car drives really good will definitely do more business I highly recommend them!!

This place is the worst place to buy a car. They lie and sell salvaged cars and yell at the customers when there angry. Don't trust this place they are three cheap annoying liars that don't care about the customers. Don't do business with this shady business .

I had called and y all had told me to wait 40 minutes to an hour for the financing people to get there so I waited and showed up and the car is sold

NO lo recomiendo , no tienen palabra , rateros y te traen a vueltas y los carros son puros de subasta mala esperencia especialmente con Roger Valdez un asco de persona ascoooo..Exactamente no adquir� ning�n auto gracias a Dios ... x que ni para eso sirvi� Roger Valdez .Y gracias x recordarme ... yo no me escondo , x que el que nada debe nada teme ... y tu???
