Toyota of Santa Barbara is one of the best Toyota dealerships I ve taken my car. They are honest, reliable and if anything is not completely satisfactory their manager, Matt will go above and beyond to make it right.Tod Severson is an excellent service writer and I always enjoy working with him. Whenever he takes my car I know everything will be taken care of well. He makes an effort to make a personal connection and it s always a pleasant experience.Services: Tire rotations, Auto detailing, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Auto maintenance, Oil change

SB Community - BUYER BEWARE! I had a horrible experience at Toyota of Santa Barbara Service. I was told I needed new brakes and suspension repair. I spent over $800 and a week later my suspension started giving out. I was then told by Toyota that it was a "different problem" and they wanted to charge me another $1000 to fix it. I took my car to another Toyota mechanic just around the corner actually in Goleta. They fixed the new issue for $300 and fixed errors made by Toyota Santa Barbara. These are not good mechanics and the management does not provide trustworthy service. BUYER BEWARE!Services: Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

We were well taken care of. Our sales associate Rachel gave us all the info and advice we needed for the car. Also our car feels much better after the service.

Everything by appointment only. Unable or unwilling to accommodate customers who need quick fixes. Did not leave with a good feeling about their service.
