A great dealership with great employees, There are very kind to me and my girlfriend the first time that we came here. They helped me and took care of any problems I might have, The process for getting my car was quick and had no problems with my new Ford Escape since I left the dealership. Out of all the dealerships that i've been to, this has been the best one for sure, the most kindest and most helpful people I have ever experienced from any dealership. John was very helpful and made sure that I would regret my purchase by giving outstanding service. I can't thank him enough!

I bought a brand new Tacoma back in March of 2023 trading in my old Tacoma and got a great deal. I was so happy with my purchase that I had been recommending Brannon and Toyota overall to anyone looking to buy a new car ever since.Unfortunately my Tacoma suffered a total loss, so I went back and spoke to Brannon again to see what he could do for me. This time around I went with a 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium, which I ve been enjoying a lot more for my husky. Brannon came through for me with a great deal yet AGAIN. Very happy with my buying experience here.

I purchased this beautiful Sequoia from Koby Larson. I was unable to find what I wanted at any of my local dealers but was referred to Koby by a friend. He was able to track down what I wanted, get me a price that made sense and delivered the vehicle to me yesterday. Great experience all the way around.

I had a great experience at Toyota Santa Barbara, and that is rarely the case when I buy a new car. When I first contacted them over the phone, my salesman, John Sagun, was very forthright and we were able to negotiate a deal. This was important to me as I live an hour away and didn t want to waste a trip. We negotiated over the phone, and when I got there, they stuck to the deal and even threw in a couple extras to make sure I was satisfied. I have never had a better experience with a car dealer.

Sending a BIG shout out to John Sagun for helping me find the right Toyota Model for my needs! He was very attentive and patient while going over all the different features of each model. I walked in not know what model, color or year I wanted, he chatted with me not only about the pros but went over some cons that i hadn't thought about. This helped me narrow down my selection. John S assisted in my decision to trade in my car too. I was not as I had check previously on another site but he went to bat for me and matched the trade in value. So with no hassle and extra transaction, I happily walked away from that old car.Finance was a breeze with Brannon.... I know it could feel like a nightmare sometimes, as this was not my first rodeo. He made it me feel as if I was his only customer but he himself was in the weeds with 5 people deep, that takes talent. He had the rhythm of multi tasking down and was a pleasure to be a part of it. I had an amazing experience today with my fianc�, when my car battery basically died- with over 100 miles left to our trip. At first I was angry that we would have to jeopardize our credit because I was ill-prepared for a long trip. To our astonishment, Marco helped us find a vehicle that fit our every need, AND it s EV! Rebecca was also very sweet and helped us complete our new car application in no time! I have had bad experiences with Toyota before, but the experience I had today with Toyota of Santa Barbara was excellent!

I visited this dealership on 12/27/23 after calling the day before. I talked to a salesman named Mikey and we agreed to meet on this day to look at a specific vehicle. Mikey was nice, polite and helpful. After driving the vehicle and talking more, I was turned over to a manager and then again to another manager of some sort. This was when the old school sales pitch was applied and it took me another 45 minutes to get my keys back so that I just drive away to have lunch. They did offer to get lunch for me but I declined. I didn t appreciate the hard sell treatment.I gave three stars only because of Mikey, my original contact was great.

Worn-out facilities, open air car bays with tin roofs, cars parked everywhere. Least professional looking dealer I ve ever been to, slow, poorly organised. Tried to sell me $90 in-cabin air filter (seriously guys !) couldn t get the software update done, just adds to the vibe of a secondhand dodgy dealer looking to exploit customers. Ventura Toyota dealer is much more professional, better run, cleaner etc. I ll never return to this place..

They waisted my time telling me they had three cars to look at that fit our needs we had an appointment set up the evening before.No one let us know two of the cars had been sold.Only one was actually there and it took them 2 hours to get the price.There bathroom look like a gas station truck stop.Sadly the dealership has taken a turn for the worse.I ve purchased two cars from them.Not going to happen again.

We agreed on a price for a car but they added a bunch of fees and add-ons in the contract that they didn t tell be about. The whole experience felt like they were trying to trick me in different ways into spending more money. The amount I ended up financing is several grand more than we agreed upon, and now when I look through the contract I see several additional things I didn t agree to. I obviously should ve checked this more carefully before signing, but they rushed me through the contract at the time and I have never done this before so I didn t know exactly what to look for.They also don t answer or call back when you try to get in contact with them. I ve waited several days and called numerous times, but they keep telling me the person I need to talk to is busy and will call back, which he never does.

Absolutely horrible experience! They pulled a classic bait and switch. Told us they had a certain car available, at a specific price, at a specific time. Sent the VSpec etc. Then once my whole family drove in immediately pulled a bait and switch. "Not available, here are some more expensive ones."They were dishonest our entire meeting. Said multiple conflicting things. They insist they don't have a dealer markup but then require a bunch of superfluous Dealer upgrades at a large mark up.AVOID this dealership if at all possible!

I have a great experience with the team of Santa Barbara Toyota we have purchased 4 cars from this location, driving from Phoenix Arizona to Santa Barbara because of the great service and understanding of our needs unfortunately, we try different dealerships in Arizona and we cannot find the great service and experience will definitely be recommending Toyota of Santa Barbara to friends and family

We purchased a brand new Sequoia in December. The front end of the purchase was great and our sales team was awesome but once they got our money it all fell by the wayside. Since our vehicle didn t come with car mats (!!) we were promised next day delivery and that never happened. We wound up waiting two weeks only to have the wrong mats delivered and then got the run around trying to get the right mats. The correct mats were delivered today BUT the third row mat was missing from the order that we paid for. Buying a brand new car during rainy season and not having car mats has been a drag (first world problems I get it) but also a drag is spending that amount of cash on a vehicle and then getting the carpets wet and muddy because the dealership kept dropping the ball. I genuinely felt that after our check cleared we were an after thought. Overall, purchase experience great but don t plan on hearing from them in a timely manner after if you re waiting to tie up any loose ends.

Absolutely horrible service, I bought a 12 volt battery for my Toyota from a dealership and it went bad, I went to Santa Barbara Toyota to have it replaced after all it's on warranty and it's well within the 84 month warranty, they told me they would not honor the warranty unless I had paper receipt, I offered to bring in my bank statement showing that I bought it from a Toyota dealership, they told me that they would not accept that.They question that because I installed the battery myself that they would even have to honor the warranty, they were rude and completely unprofessional. Do not go to the dealership they are absolutely horrible please avoid them at all costParts at the dealership are about twice as much as they cost from almost any other parts store and they'll tell you that you should buy your parts from them because of the warranty but here's what they don't tell you that if you don't have the paper receipt they probably won't honor the warranty and even if you do they're going to give you hassle for it.Please avoid the dealership

My daughter and i have been searching for a car for her, for what seems forever. I suggested to her, hey lets try santa barbara toyota. Oh im so glad we did. We were greeted nicely, and with the help of Marco we got a steal. The lot was quite bare, Sienna my daughter, wanted a toyota rav4, she was set on a midsized suv, with the room and space, and higher car. She didnt want small or low riding. She had a buget, she was wanting to be responsible for her own payments and such. Good for her, proud of my child. Then we saw it, like the Gods were shining a spot light on it. Now, mind you she kinded knew this beauty was here, but not fully convinced or interested in it. Cause it wasnt quite what she wanted. But, there she was (we call her she, cause shes a she...lol)....but what she needed. To make a long story short . Not even Marco, could believe this gem. It was previously owned by a couple who drove it minimally. It was in garage for very long time, but serviced often. And the price was awesome...my daughter is a proud owner of a 2007 prius with 35000 miles on it. With this awesome human being, who walked us throu everything i would highly recommend this Toyota Dealership, my daughter even used their gong, yes thats right a GONG...to toast this priceless moment in her life...Welcome home Kazandra...to join my beautiful toyota as well.So if youre looking for a great deal, you know where to find it...and dont forget to ask for Marco.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS -WARNING- used 2021 Audi SQ5 Prestige they are selling has unreported accidents and issues - DO NOT BUYAbsolutely WORST experience I have had while buying a used vehicle. I drove 2 hrs to drive a 2021 Audi SQ5 with intention to buy pending a pre purchase inspection and if we could reach a deal. The car had been sitting on their lot 134 days without a sale and had 2 accidents so I was already weary. Drove the car and it seemed good so went to talk numbers. They gave me an out the door price breakdown with ~$3k in extra dealership fees for an alarm system and a paint protection. I immediately said I do not want those options please remove from the price (the car has an alarm system already why am I paying you $1300 for one? And I did not ask for any paint protection) They also tried to give me a price 500 higher than was posted online. I showed them a screenshot of their own website showing the real price and they acted surprised. I also asked for a breakdown of the government fees to see an itemized list and ensure they weren t ripping me off (this is a standard thing that all dealerships can provide) The salesman Alex was dumbfounded and had no idea what I was taking about. I also asked for a record of what service they did to the car to get it ready for sale - this was never provided (suspicious) I eventually gave my offer, about 2.5k than asking because the car had a previous accident on carfax, plus an unreported accident that THEY told me about which occurred on their lot, plus I could see glue holding the front grill together so ANOTHER unreported accident since the other 2 aforementioned occurred to the rear end. At this point they brought another sales rep named Isaiahs Who was your typical sleazeball car salesman lying through his teeth trying every technique just trying to wear you down to get you to take a bad deal. I kept repeating my offer and asking to take it for a pre purchase inspection and as long as no issues, I would buy. They wanted me to sign some paper saying right then and there I would buy it. I said no, I want to get it inspected at an independent shop down the road. This made them extremely nervous and they acted very suspiciously. Eventually they wrote on the paperwork my offered price and note that if the inspection checked out that I would buy, and again pushed me to sign. Then when I did sign, they walked away, and came back with another number $2k higher. At this point I was furious and couldn t stand to negotiate with these morons anymore. I stood up and walked out. Alex and isaiah completely bungled this sale over a couple of dollars. I drove 2 hours and was serious about buying. I firmly believe there was something wrong mechanically with the car and they didn t want me to get it inspected. So at least I avoided buying a lemon. Worst experience ever, would not recommend.

BEWARE! This 'stealership' lives up to their name over and over again. They quoted my mother in law over $450.00 for cabin air filter, air filter, and license plate light bulbs. The job took me less than 10 minutes in my driveway and $30 in parts! To add to the drama, they tried to scare her into unnecessary treatment of her 'air system' by stating that there are rodents nesting in there. There weren't any rodents nesting.

I left the dealership w/o a vehicle and I felt the joy of a fish thrown back into the ocean.Pretty professional and straight forward service, no pressure and willing to understand my wants and needs, I am going back.My Toyota sales/liaison person,Mrs Trevi�o, was great, taking careful notes of what I want and providing important information for me to make an educated decision.She didn't have to be nice, she's from NJ (but most likely NOT from North Jersey) and the Easy Coast nice professional way.I am going to cool off and return to make my purchase. Good business Goleta.
