10/10 great service as always!! Jaime and his team go above and beyond to get my car all set up in no time. That's why I keep coming back to this location again and again. Fair prices, everything you need and none of the superfluous. They'll advise on future repairs or replacement but never force your hand. Do it when you're ready. Cannot recommend enough.

It was amazing! They are the very best. I originally went to Santa Maria Nissan. They over charged me for a diagnostic test. Got it wrong. Quoted me for work not needed. I went to Santa Barbara Nissan. They did a full diagnostic test found the issue fixed it in less than 40 minutes. Jaime Garcia and his team know customer service! Saved me so much money! They honor the warranty and their word is Gold! I am so blessed by them thank you tha k you!

Everyone was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Extremely happy with the assistance and service we received. Better experience than we have at our home Nissan where I bought the car. Thank you Santa Barbara Nissan! Over the top customer service!!

Wow where to begin! Everyone was very kind and greeted us with smiles. My husband and I had our 6 month old baby with us and they opened a room for me so I could feed him while we were in the process of purchasing our car from beginning to end. They provided us with complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and water. Ed was very accommodating and listened to our needs and provided us with excellent service. I could tell that he wanted us to purchase the perfect car for our growing family and helped guide us to our future car every step of the way. Luis the manager was very kind and definitely made us feel even more welcomed! They are like a family there and it shows. If you are looking for a car dealership where you are appreciated and looked after then Santa Barbara Nissan is for you!

Customer service was lacking today. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle for service with the intention of going straight to work after. I even coordinated a ride since their shuttle is not running during COVID. I waited several minutes for them to process me. At first I was directed to parts. The person in parts was confused as to why I was there and sent me back to service. I waited a few more minutes, then approached the service writer to let him know I had to head out. It was only at this point that he said that the service needed would only take 15 more minutes. I resigned to wait and was late 30 minutes to work. I'm hoping for a little more communication in the future.

Took my car in for a pre-sale inspection. That was mostly fine, however I was never called when the inspection was done, so one an hour had passed beyond their estimate, I called and found out it was complete. I'm mainly writing a negative review because I'm furious that my email address was enrolled in some stupid SiriusXM trial as a "thank you" for having service done there. I was never told this, and here's no way to unsubscribe from the stupid emails. Extremely frustrating.
