I won t lie, the thought of trading in my car and purchasing a new one was pretty anxiety inducing. My partner convinced me to finally go to a dealership after a year of looking just to see what they could do. My anxiety was sky high, but we walked in and met Angel and I felt at ease immediately. He was personable and made everything feel like we were just chatting, no pressure. He mentioned Hector would help us with a test drive (cue anxiety spike) and we met Hector and again I was put at ease and felt like he was truly there to help us both come out with a deal that benefited all. After the test drive we met Thomas and again I felt like we were all on the same page with the same goal which was not how I pictured this going. I pictured the back and forth banter and no deal being made and me leaving sad and disappointed that we had to walk away. But these three gentlemen just felt genuine and truly like they wanted me to get the car I wanted. After we said yes, Andres helped with the paperwork and answered all our questions so that I fully understood what I was signing. Lastly, Frank came over and congratulated us on our purchase and offered us soda and water and paid out of pocket for those which was just shocking. As someone who avoided this process for months on end, had I known this was the crew I would deal with I would have bought my beautiful car months ago. Thank you all and I definitely recommend SB Honda!

This is my second time leasing a car through Honda Santa Barbara.I ve leased and purchased cars from dealerships in the past. This has been the best experience I ve ever had! Hector, Angel, Thomas, Frank and Andres, the whole team were welcoming, professional, no pressure, and explained all options to me. Great experience getting a truck from SB Honda.From initial phone contact with Regina to consistent updates by email & phone with Hector, leading up to me flying down to finalize the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, everyone was super nice. Hector offered to meet me at the airport - above and beyond service! On that note - the airport is super tiny and makes arriving at it absolutely lovely. As an added bonus the dealership is literally 2 miles from the airport, super convenient if you're coming in from out of town. When I arrived, my future truck was pulled up by the entrance - along with a twin sibling which was evidently getting shipped out of state. Nice!Hector ran numbers for different options for me - different term, different deposit, as well as helped me figure out if Honda offers some other programs (one-pay option vs monthly, loyalty discounts, security deposits... all the variations). Thanks for your patience, Hector! We figured out what works best for me in the end. Frank in the finance department explained the particulars of the contract clearly, as well as additional optional service plans/security contracts/warranties. I really appreciated that at no point did I feel pushed to get anything I didn't need - the whole team felt like they were on my side, helping me figure out what would serve my needs best - and had no discontent with me declining some of the available additional services.Overall a really pleasant experience, thanks SB Honda team!

My husband and I went in to Honda to look into buying a car. I am so HAPPY we did. We had the greatest experience. I would like to thank Frank, Hector and Regina for the amazing service. They worked hard to get us the best deal and they did. My husband and I walked out with a brand new 2024 Honda HR-V. If you are looking for a car please go to Honda and ask for Frank. Had a great experience working with Hector here. He is very knowledgeable about the cars, very thoughtful, patient, and hardworking. I visited three car dealerships, two in Ventura with Honda and Toyota, Hector is the best I ve seen in these dealership. He understands customer needs and is genuinely a great person. I would definitely recommend Hector and Santa Barbara Honda to my friends and family.

We walked into the dealership with the thoughts of just looking at the new vehicles they had in stock. Once walking in, Angel greeted us and made us feel very welcome no pressure, no sales tactics, just a genuine conversation about their vehicles. We ended up taking a test drive and Hector answered all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Thomas was also great to deal with when talking numbers. All said and done, we left purchasing a vehicle at a good price, on our terms, with support from their entire staff. They made us feel like family and we would definitely purchase another vehicle from that team. We feel very lucky we met these individuals.

I went in last week and was immediately met by Bri. She was so fantastic, friendly and knew exactly what she was talking about! It was such a pleasure getting taken care of by her, and the longer I was there the more I got to know the other employees, who are all so amazing and friendly. Looking around, you can tell all the employees enjoy being there which I think makes for such a welcoming environment. It was genuinely such a pleasure being at this Honda dealership! Frank was so beyond amazing and helped get me a great deal. He s incredibly kind, hilarious and welcoming and made this experience so amazing for me. Thank you Frank, you re the best! Andres made the paying process pretty quick and easy, and all with a smile on his face. He was very attentive and helped make this process easy. Trading in my old car was bittersweet, but my new one is so beautiful and it s all thanks to everyone at Honda.

We purchased a new CR-V and were helped by Isaac. The five stars are for him - my wife and I felt he was knowledgeable about the car and able to answer all of our questions. Also helped us work to a price that worked for us and was not pressuring us too much. We didn't have an appointment so I think maybe he stayed late which we appreciate.I have separately had my Honda Civic receive service here recently and have been pleased with the repair work.

I needed a reliable, fuel efficient, family vehicle. When I went to Santa Barbara Honda, the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. Bri and Frank helped me through the entire process. With me being a service member, Frank insured that I got lower than average interest rates. I can t thank Santa Barbara Honda enough. I love my new Honda Civic!

First off, Briana was by far the best salesperson I've ever encountered in my plus 80 years buying a car. Highly, highly recommend! Frank the manager and Frank the finance man were outstanding as well and anyone would be lucky to get to deal with them. Personable and skilled communicators. Also Robert in service was simply the very best at his job. A pleasure to encounter.

Went in there to see what my options were to trade in my vehicle. They were willing to work with my credit and salesman Issac was awesome!! Unfortunately after trying to negotiate a deal I witnessed the GENERAL MANAGER of this dealership threaten to kick people out of the dealership and yell profanity at his sales team as I was sitting in the dealership. I walked out of that dealership because of the General Managers attitude towards the customers and his team. I will never set foot in this dealership again and will not let anyone I know go to this dealership. And to your General Manager - the way you put your sales people down and the way you talk to your sales people and even about customers is DISGUSTING. I will never do business with someone like you. You are only hurting your sales people trying to make money with the way you are in your profession.

I was asked what i was looking for and made sure i was comfortable with all the decisions I was making. The entire car buying experience at this dealership was like no other and I have dealt with many Honda and other dealerships (Just purchased our 8th Honda, this one from Santa Barbara Honda). Thomas, Sales Manager; Bonnie, Service Advisor; Shouta, Sales Associate; Andres, Finance and Doug in the Parts Dept. were friendly, courteous, caring, fair, honest and professional through the entire car buying experience. No hassle or pressure to buy something we didn't want and not in a hurry to get us out the door once the purchase was complete. To the contrary, we spent almost two hours after we took possession of our new vehicle driving and going over the car functions and accessories with the sales associate. In short, we were treated like family. An amazing experience from start to finish!Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all at this dealership who worked with us!

The Service team at Santa Barbara Honda has done excellent work on my used Accord. They have been transparent with me regarding the repairs that need to be done and the total cost. I will only take my Honda Accord to Santa Barbra Honda Service Center! They are the best in Town!

I had a fantastic experience with Hector and Thomas at Santa Barbara Honda. They were able to get me the exact car I wanted, and worked with me on a great trade-in. The communication was easy, and I never felt pushed into getting something I didn't want. This was the complete opposite of a stressful car buying experience - it was fun and efficient and I am SO HAPPY with my new CRV. Thanks SB Honda!!

Why does Santa Barbara Honda refuse to stop called me? Its been a couple of years now, and they continue to email and call me saying they have a great sale going on even though I've told them to stop. Someone from there sales team just called me last night twice during dinner time. I have already gotten in touch with the GM who told me they'd remove me from their system but I guess not. Its a shame because I've done business here more than once, now I am thinking of just driving to Santa Maria Honda for my next purchase as this place doesn't deserve my business.

The service department is incredible. Justin got my car in the same day I called in, and had it fixed up and ready to go the next morning. He always makes sure I understand exactly what has been done and has a great attitude. Will be a customer for life!

I recently had to replace my battery in my Honda Passport. Since I was stuck in a parking garage I removed the battery myself. What a chore having to take apart many parts just to get to the battery. I was able to get help in purchasing a new battery and I put it in myself. HOWEVER! I was not able to replace all the parts that I removed. I managed to drive it to Santa Barbara Honda to get assistance. Justin, the general service manager, got Keith, a mechanic, to help get my parts back together. This was on a Friday afternoon. Justin was very cooperative in helping me get back on the road. I thank Justin and Keith for taking care of me. I would definitely recommend Santa Barbara Honda service department for any Honda car issues that you may have.In appreciation, Jerry

My wife and I just bought our first car here, a 2007 Pontiac Vibe, which we are very happy with. Not only did Honda of SB offer to pick us up and drive us out to Kellog from downtown SB, they also bought us lunch! Hector, our salesman, and Michael, his trainee, were amazingly helpful and informative every step of the way. The car was in pristine condition, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Regina, the manager was also very nice and helpful, and informed us that a mechanic on their team had worked for Pontiac. Frank, who helped us with the paperwork, explained everything in great detail. Manny picked us up and drove us to the dealership. Overall, a great experience. I can see why my grandma had been a life-long customer who swore by Honda of Santa Barbara. I highly recommend this dealership!
