Sia was great! Very easy process and works with you! Found the car that I love and did not mind driving from Los Angeles to get my volvo. I definitely recommend buying a car here!

My husband bought a car here. Yes, he was nice and very easy to deal with and the whole process was nice.When we took the car home we realized a few things. Needed new breaks, horn didn't work, break light was out, low tire air light was on, radio volume didn't work. He wouldn't negotiate on these things.I have also heard he doesn't really do a great job at inspection. Nephew bought a car and had to put in thousands of dollars, days later. The mechanic said things were "rigged" to sell it. I personally won't be buying from him again.A few months later, after having the car, we had to get the brakes and routers fixed. $1000!

Sia and his team are AMAZING! Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle especially being my first ever used car purchase; I've only purchased new cars from high-end dealerships previously. I would highly recommend SB Auto Connection to anyone looking for a good used car.

The Santa Barbara Auto Connection is one of the most positive experiences I have ever had in purchasing a car for my daughter attending college. I bought a white Lexus CT at low mileage & today she put over 200,000 miles in it, and still going strong. Great mileage & reliability. Best experience I ever had with a used car dealer. Siyah (not sure of the spelling) was awesome! So friendly and easy going. Came across as honest and humble. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

I bought a car from them this past month and would definitely buy from them again. I was a little weary about going to a used car place, but these guys were very transparent and hands off. I was able to look at the car and go on a test drive on my own. They were very knowledgeable about everything mechanical on the truck, but not pushy or trying to sell me on it. Very straightforward buying process, and I d do it again.

Great Customer Service, would recommend this used auto sales to everyone. Sia and Adrian were very professional, friendly, and patient with my personal needs when choosing a car. Would buy from them again in the future. They have many different types of cars, such as Honda Volvo Subaru Jeep Buick at affordable prices. If you are a student or working on a budget, Check them out! I love my Honda Civic.

I bought a 4runner here in 2020, and I'm happy to report it's been a great vehicle. Purchasing the vehicle was easy, and I felt I was given a fair deal. A coolant line did burst after a month of ownership, and they took care of me right away. I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I have bought ALOT of trucks and this is by far best experience ive had buying a truck. Sia and Adrian are very cool guys, they are honest and easy to deal with. When i came back from out of town Adrian picked me up at the train station and took me to the bank as well. They supply all their vehicles with a limited warranty which is great. ive always had sketchy or not trustworthy car buying experiences but this was the complete opposite. i would send my family here to buy cars. if i could give this guy more stars i would!

I had an excellent experience buying a car from Sia at Santa Barbara Auto Connection. I would recommend him and his business to anyone looking for a quality used car. Sia is very straight forward and trustworthy. He followed through with everything he said he would do. He even picked us up from Avis so we wouldn't have to pay for a taxi.Even after the sale he has been a great help getting the paperwork done and helping us get insurance.If you're looking for a used car and he has something on his lot that you like I fully recommend buying from him!

Bought my first car here, turned out to have more problems than my Ex did. Within the first 2,000 miles, my car had a broken drive shaft, needed the power steering pump replaced, ac compressor replaced, had an engine misfire, and was leaking oil. Unless your favorite hobby is burning money, I would avoid this place.

We had been searching for a used auto that was decently priced and really well kept. Our Honda Pilot met those standards exactly and we couldn't be happier. The owner worked with us and even helped in areas were our bank lacked. We are really happy with our experience with Santa Barbara Auto Connection.

That was first time I bought car in USA. Usually I'm very cautious, but this time I simply bought the car I really like and wasn't pay attention to inspect something. I have enough experience to see the car is not damaged, not repainted, in very good condition, also drives very well, honest price, so I just got test-drive and then pay money.Sia is very pleasant man, he took care about all paperwork, help me with insuranse, and gave me 2000 miles warranty. In this period there was 2 minor issues, and Sia fixed them.I've got licence plates, registration card and title via mail about week ago. Couple of days ago I've got car inspection in Volvo service station and they confirmed that the car is in excellent condition.It was very good experience, I would recommend this dealer for everybody with no doubts.

I have bought many cars from Sia. He is always wonderful and always is quick to respond to any questions. He is an honest man and will always tell the truth! I just bought a car from him and I love it! I would recommend this place to close friends and family for a great deal on a car! Without the hassle!

Working with Sia was such a pleasure. He was very informative about the various vehicles on the lot without being pushy at all. It took me a while to decide I was ready to buy, and he was very relaxed and let me get the car inspected without a hassle. The vehicle is high mileage but drives like new, in part thanks to the pre-sale maintenence that SB Auto does, including fresh fluids. Such a great place to buy a used vehicle at very fair prices!

We recently purchased a nice vehicle from Sia for a fair price on the lower end of market. He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained what we needed to be careful about. We asked him to take care of a few minor things before we purchased the vehicle; he took care of them and prepped the vehicle nicely. We even discovered a minor problem after we took ownership and he took care of it! He was very interested that we should be satisfied with our purchase. We will come here again for future purchases!

I purchased a 2001 BMW Z3 3.0 from Sia last week and I had a fantastic experience working with him. I have a matching color BMW wagon and was so excited that one of my dream cars was at his dealership. The first day he offered a test drive no problem... and while the car sells itself, he was very open about what was good/bad with the car. Took me a couple of days to figure out the financing, but he was happy the car would be a local car and be taken care of; can t say that of too many other owners of used car dealerships. The process was smooth even though I had some wrinkles on my end. Thank you Sia and I wish you and the dealership nothing but the best!

Thanks to Sia and his team, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Sia and SB Auto Connection were recommended to me by a friend, and it was definitely worth it! Sia is honest, friendly, reliable, and true to his word. He truly cares about the people who buy cars from him, and wants to be sure they get a car they are happy with. This is also evident in the engine and drive train warranty he includes. I bought a 1999 Honda CRV that Sia had a lot of praise for. However, we discovered a few issues with the car immediately after the purchase, and I began to have serious second thoughts about it. Fortunately, Sia was very helpful and was true to his word (with the warranty), and the issues were fixed. I had to wait an extra week before I could really use the car, but the wait was worth it as it now runs even better. I definitely recommend Santa Barbara Auto Connection. Thank you Sia!

They say three times a charm well at SB Auto Connection all three times were a charm. We recently bought our third car from Sia at the Auto Connection. We love all our cars and they all drive great and they are usually local, one owner cars. He not only got us the car that met our needs, he worked with us on a great price, gave us a warranty on the used car which is unheard of these days, and made sure everything was in great working order. The radio was malfunctioning, so he let me use a rental car while he ordered a brand new cd player/radio and put it in. If there is any issue at all with your car, he will see to it that it is fixed perfectly before he sends it home with you. I trust Sia and know that he has my best interest in mind and will continue to buy my cars through him.

I purchased a used Honda Civic from Sia about 3 months ago. This is the best car I've ever owned!! There's hasn't been a single problem with it, nothing! I saw several cars before coming across this dealership, and it's easy to tell that they sell quality, well taken care of, cars. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is even thinking about buying a car.

This was my first truly positive experience buying a used vehicle. Sia, the owner, is very kind, honest, and helpful. I had two minor issues with the CRV I bought from him within the first 4-5 weeks of purchasing the vehicle, and he immediately fixed them free of charge. He also provided very helpful advice about maintaining the vehicle moving forward, to maximize its life. He provided practical help and advice with financing the vehicle as well. Overall, A+ experience...and I will go nowhere else to buy my used vehicles in the future!

Sia was absolutely fantastic. I moved to Santa Barbara barely speaking English. As a student, I needed a car to get to school and Sia helped me out. I bought a 2000 beige Toyota Corolla and Sia took care of everything. He was very understanding, helpful and patient. All I had to do was choose the car I wanted (which he advised me on) and he took care of all the paperwork and I had nothing to do except sign and pay. It's rare to find such a reasonably priced dealership and a dealer who takes care of all the paperwork (including registration). I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a car. He helped me with my car insurance and is always ready to help.

Took a trip to Santa Barbara Auto Connection to check out a Volvo. Was fortunate to be assisted by 2 professional people. Sia the owner goes out of his way in making a great offer. Also, Adrian who was helpful in answering any questions per the car for sale.It's sometimes difficult to find honest and real small businesses.

Great dealer. Helped me from day one and sold me a car in excellent condition at a really fair price, on the lower side of the market range. The deal went smoothly, and he even made me save some money : the garage where I went to get the car inspected told me that something had to be changed and he offered to do the repair before I bought the car. I definitely recommend !

I was searching for a car for a short term stay in California. Sia, the owner, offered me a Honda CR-V 97, took care about all the paper work and I think, it was a fair deal. The car was fun to drive and I had no problems during my stay. In the end Sia even helped me with the paperwork to transfer the car to a friend. Sia was always friendly and helpful, I can totally recommend this place.

I bought a beautiful 2001 z3 3.0i from Sia back in April, and to this day I am extremely thankful for Sia. He had an extremely fair price, and I pounced on the offer. Many many other people tried to contact Sia and swipe the car after me, but he stayed true to his promise to sell it to me. Wow - thank you so so much Sia!!! Also, he went above and beyond working with me - since he is in California and I live in Atlanta, he worked with me and the inspection company and the shipping company I chose to coordinate times to inspect and eventually ship the car to me! He had never shipped a car out of state before, but he made it work! We figured out the paperwork and exchange of money and everything went smoothly and fairly. When the car arrived, it was in great shape! Sia made sure to follow up with me, respond quickly, and keep me in the loop at every step. What a truly wonderful experience, and a truly wonderful car to show for it. I could not (still!) be happier! I highly recommend him and his dealership. Thank you Sia!!!
