I would have been stranded if not for Larry's. I drive an old German car and had battery problems. They were the only place that had the alternator I needed! While I was there they checked my battery and found out it also needed to be replaced (because the alternator wasn't charging it). They let me borrow some tools and I was able to get on the road to LA. Thanks!

I was recommended Larry s and chose to go to another store, Big Mistake! After not finding what I needed at the other stores Larry s sold me what I needed within 60 secs of walking in the door. Excellent store!! They come through on product, knowledge, resources and customer service!! They may not have the fancy commercials but they KNOW what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!

Knowledgeable friendly staff who are generous in offering advice and help with a wide selection of products and services. It sure is hard to find good ol auto shops like this these days. I was amazed at how helpful, intelligent and experienced the owner was when he helped me get the pully put onto my steering pump. I definitely will always come here first for anything I need to tinker on my vehicle.

Nothing like the chain stores down the street with 18-year-olds, who have never changed their own oil working behind the counter.Everyone behind the counter at Larry s knows their stuff, and is willing to do the research if there s a question, they can t answer (rare).They stock an amazing assortment of parts, and even build hydraulic hoses to suit your need on the spot while you wait. If they happen not to have your part, they ll have it for you the next day.Truly, a great old school auto parts store.Don t even waste your time with the know-nothing chain stores save yourself the trouble and go to Larry s.Also feels good supporting a locally owned business that employees truly knowledgeable people.

I love this old fashioned auto part store. The usually have hard to find parts or they can get them for you usually next day. Highly recommended it.

Absolutely saved my day. Was looking for snow chains everywhere in town for my trip coming up in two days. Larrys said they can get it the morning of my trip(the earliest among all shops already!). What s better is that they even arrived one day early! So I ordered the evening before and they got it the next day. Efficiency!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes getting auto parts a pleasure. There is a great selection of parts and accessories. Parking can be difficult at times but the service makes up for that. Great place to get your parts.

I absolutely love the staff at Larry's!! They're courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to get new blades on my windshield wipers. I love that whatever I need to buy, they will usually install them for me! This is the kind of customer service no one else seems to understand..even though there are closer auto parts stores, I will always go to Larry's. Try them out!

Great local auto parts store in old Town Goleta. This is a real part's store with knowledgeable people behind the counter. Have been using Larry's Auto Parts for a very long time . If they don't have what your looking for they can usually have it for you the next day .

Great from the moment I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Staff is immediately friendly and attentive, Richard helped me with my wiper blades, even custom fit the rear wiper, he installed them too. I will make this my auto part store from now on! Keep up the good work men!

Friendly owner and staff. These guys are Carquest parts dealers. I would give them 5 stars, but nothing on their selves is priced and you have to ask for the price. They are happy to explain the situation and it isn't their fault.

Always friendly and helpful!! Sometimes a little wait on phone, but it s not a problem for the level of service and knowledge. Fast help in-store.Help support one of the few remaining independent old-time autoparts places before they all disappear!!

Larry s has been around for as long as I can remember, they have a loyal customer base, grease covered local mechanics standing in line, stacks of worn manuals in the corner, knowledge you cant find on the internet, friendly service and free coffee brewed every Monday thats to die for. Just expect to wait a little during peak hours.

Great place. Nice guys who know their stuff - even if you might not. You're not gonna get this kind of knowledge or service at one of those other big box autoparts stores.

Staff is knowledgeable but pricing is much higher than other auto part store locations in the old town goleta area! Shop around and you'll know what I'm talking about!!

Needed wiper blades, so the counter guy and I went out to the car, he took the blades off my car, then returned to the store where he installed new rubber wipers into the frame, then he helped reinstall the wiper on the car, and had a great attitude, and all for under $20.00. Why go anywhere else?

Guys who work here really know there parts. Never have had any problems with parts not being right ones. A higher quality then most other parts store in Santa Barbara
