AutoZone employee, Jesus, was extremely helpful, fitting our handicap van with the proper battery. It was not an easy insulation and he did it with charm and Grace. I can t tell you how happy I was receive the professionalism and expertise offered. I feel that they go the extra mile, that s very important to me as I am less able to do things myself in my retirement.

I went today to AutoZone Goleta store, and I met Adan, a great customer service associate, he picked the right braking lights for my car in less than a minute, and not only this but also he helped me to reinstall it back properly in my car. A great man with a great customer service!

Jose works there and does a very good job. He is effective at special ordering parts. I ordered an alternator from him and it arrived within 24 hours!! Fortunately, it came with a life time warranty. Apparently that alternator failed in less than 200 miles. I certainly can t use auto parts that are that defective. What good is a parts warranty? I m sure they won t compensate me for my time, trouble, and more auto mechanic time to swap it out for a good unit. Seriously, what good is an alternator that fails in 200 miles?But Jose it a good guy. Jesus, at the same shop is not. He doesn t understand how to work. If he was your typical Autozone employee the company wouldn t out of business in a month.

Had a really bad experience this time with the store this visit. Very rude and bad customer service. Even he didn't waste time to reprint a duplicate receipt to me just in case i want to return the item if it didn't work properly. I felt i'm pleasing him for every question i ask to answer about the warranty and about the duplicate receipt and about another item. Really feeling bad about this visit it was on 5.11.21 at 5.10 pm

Frida G. was so wonderful. She was extremely helpful in helping me figure out my fuse issue in the van. The radio didn t work. She taught me how to pull out the fuse and showed me which one it could be after I couldn t find it. She was right. I replaced the fuse and my radio worked and saved me $300 from a tech. Wonderful employee!!!

Very rude and inaccurate customer service.I bought a one gallon gas canister, while doing so I was also debating between getting a larger one, such as a 3 gallon or 5 gallon (if they have those).Anyways, I bought a one gallon canister and asked the male employee about the return policy and I was told 90 days with receipt. Keep in mind some other female employee was present, I believe she was of some higher position of some sort than the employee I asked about the return policy, but that s besides the point.Today I decided I d be better off with a larger canister for the long run, so I decided to go and return the canister. It was apparent that I used it because of some lingering smell of gas. Of course, I didn t think this was a problem because I was told 90 days with receipt. Anyways, the employee carrying out my return tells me it can t be done because it s used. I offer to properly clean it out but I am still denied. I mention that the employee from when I first purchased it told me 90 days with receipt. The employee tells me Yea he messed up, while the female employee next to him (keep in mind it s the same female employee that was present when I was told "90 days with receipt ) proceeds to tell me Yea that doesn t apply if it s used while she also slightly chuckled at me as if I had said something stupid. Of course I decided it wasn t worth buying a larger gallon, because why would I give this place more money?I acknowledge that it s part of my responsibility to be aware of the return policy regardless of what an employee tells me, but:1) when the female employee was present and overheard me being told 90 days with receipt , why did she choose to stay silent and not specify that it doesn t apply to used items?2) Don t chuckle in my face when I mSimply reiterating something YOUR employee told me especially immediately after another one of your employees tells me that the previous employee messed up.

Great big store with all you might need. I was impressed with the amount of stock parts on hand. Order what you need, however, minus one star for some empty shelving.

Service is great! We have problems with our Honda odometer reading and Frida at your store was able to identify the problems and help us to find parts to fix it. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

As a woman who doesn t know much about cars, it was refreshing to go into an auto-parts store and not feel any shame or condescension from the employees. The manager Crystal was both knowledgeable and helpful and all the staff were welcoming and friendly! We were able to get in and out very quickly, which is especially impressive given that there was a line and I got my car s battery tested and replaced.

I came into the store to inquire about my car battery and hoping to replace it. Not only did George Diaz took his time diligently to test my battery, he also gave me advice, information, and tools to replace the battery. It feels very rewarding to learn new things regarding fixing your car, and the customer care that I received in this store (mainly from George) definitely contributed to this experience. Very friendly atmosphere, I had a really great experience.

The manager Daniel was super respectful and friendly! Helped me find the correct water pump gasket over the phone and dealt with a huge line of customers in the correct manner.

We had a great experience with Jose Garcia. We brought in two different batteries knowing very little, just wanting to test them with a multimeter, and he helped us test them (and they were for a scooter and a manual lift, neither of which is explicitly in the Autozone mission), find comps and went above and beyond with his service to make sure we were able to find what we needed (which ended up not being carried at Autozone). He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way.

This place is a joke. Months ago I went in for specific Coolant for my car which you guys never have. (I thought I left a review but it looks like it was deleted.) Clearly becuase the owner didn't bother to respond. And the stupidity of your store employees and manager still amazes me to this day. Months ago I went in for specific Coolant for my car which you guys never seem to have in stock. This store never has the coolant I need. I then left. Your retarted employee accused me of stealing and then when I said they didn't have the coolant I need, the employee goes " I just want you to be honest". As if I wasn't annoyed you guys didn't have the coolant I needed. Now I'm being harassed by some guy earning a paycheck with no brain cells. Your manager didn't apoligize for the situation either. Absolutely no common sense. Embarrassing store compared to Milpas. It's just amazing after I told the employee they didn't have what I needed., The kid still harassed me.

My new favorite auto parts convenience store. Large, clean, new store with a wide selection of items. Well stocked and very friendly and helpful staff. Went to get a new battery and the sales associate, checked the charge and told me the battery could just be charged saving me a couple hundred bucks.

Nice clean store with plenty of stock on hand. They can also order any specialty item within a few days. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Parking is very limited, but plentiful across the street. Of the three auto parts stores in Old Town Goleta, this one is the newest and most convenient.

Needed wiper blades and the young lady was so helpful and patient. She showed me the options on the computer and then walked me over to the display. I asked a few questions and chose the ones I liked. In and out efficiently!

Quick service; workers are competent, kind, and knowledgeable; and the store is well-kept. The store's parking lot out back is small (5-6 spots in a cramped lot), but there's a public parking lot right next door next to the bank.I went in with a dead Duralast Gold (w/5 yr warranty) battery I had bought a year previous at an Autozone in Washington. The folks here diagnosed and replaced it for free within 10 minutes.

There were tons of employees standing around chatting in the back and all I wanted to do was buy some windshield wiper fluid for less than three dollars and nobody could be bothered to ring me up. Sure a couple of people helping other customers but they wouldn t even let me leave three dollars on the counter and keep the change. This is the location on Hollister Avenue. I feel like none of the employees really gave a rat poop about anything but moving as slowly as possible. I will never go back to this particular location again.

I am new to maintaining my car on my own. I had a headlight out, so went to AutoZone with no idea how to fix it. They were so helpful! Told me exactly what I needed, then went out in the rain and replaced my headlight for free!I wholeheartedly recommend AutoZone and I will certainly go there to continue car maintenance.

Came here after having had a negative experience with the Mini service department in Calabasas. Every person I came into contact with was extremely friendly and very helpful. I am very grateful for each and every person.

I came in at 7:30 and was immediately payed attention to by both employees (Adam Jaminez and Steven Tait). I m so impressed by all their help and patience. These two deserve their own branch XD. if not that at least give them a raise. Great service. Great employees.
