Knight in the neon green vest. This gentleman got my tow call and absolutely went above and beyond with customer service tonight. Towed me from California to Reno, the shop I picked off Google wasn't in a very good area, he says I don't think we should leave it here let's find a better safer shop, he helped me find a shop in Sparks and delivered me to the hotel down the street. His tow truck was clean and smelled nice, not the typical tow experience. I will definitely be recommending Ridgeline and using them again. Thank you for all your help and doing more than necessary.

I called in the middle of the night desperate for a tow. Every other company I called either didn't even answer or told me I had to wait 'till morning! Ridgeline towing not only actually answered but was able to be there to help me in less than half an hour! My car was (more than) partially blocked in; but thanks to the driver's excellent driving skills he got my car out with no problem. I was super happy with the service Ridgeline Towing provided and would recommend them to anyone!

Great service he was a life saver very nice and kind he saved up from a snow storm we called so many different company for a tow no one came Sam was kind enough to stop for us and got us to safety thank you again

This was the best towing experience I have ever had! Sam has the calmest demeanor and his truck was so comfortable to be in after getting stranded on the highway on an out of town trip. He helped us work through our next steps and even dropped us off at our hotel. Feeling really thankful to stumble upon such a gem!

Car broke down in the middle of the night and AAA couldn't find anyone in 2 hours so I started calling around. Sam from Ridgeline Towing answered and helped us do a 200 mile tow at 3am. It was raining that day and he had to wade around in a foot of water to get our car onto his flatbed.Good communication, consummate professional, got our car where we wanted it to be, and made sure we were where we wanted to be as well. The inside of his tow truck was also cleaner than any car I've personally owned.

Yesterday, the tow driver Sam extorted extra $400 dollars from us when he arrived on time in French Meadows Campground were we are located. He was claiming he ended up going to wrong address campground on first attempt to find us which he claimed as reason for extra $400. He took advantage of our situation because we're in a very remote campground desperate to be towed to an Auburn, California car repair shop. He said he will not tow us if we will not pay extra $400 on top of $800 original amount now a total of $1200 which we paid to be towed. He even insisted to tow us to Rio Vista, California our hometown for extra fee but we refused because he already took advantage of us. This incident is being reported to Statefarm and awaiting for hopefully refund of our $400. Possible customers beware! Reported by Marc and Jerry.Service: Car towing

The person who answered the phone this morning was really helpful, professional, and polite, I don't know why that changed so much! I bought an RV trailer yesterday in Nevada City and needed to have it hauled to Mountain Ranch CA. After the trailer was picked up by Sam the seller called me to let me know that it was picked up but the guy who took it is threatening to charge me $200 extra because he didn't know it was not registered. A one day moving permit is $40. 4 hours later I call Sam to find out what is going on and where they are, I get a lecture about how the RV doesn't have a spare tire and it's not registered but he forgot to ask me so it's ok now. They got to mountain Ranch and hour later and refused to put the RV where it's going to go and they unhook it and leave. This is not what I thought I would get for $1200. I mean honestly it's a half a days work for a lot of money. You can and should do better!Service: Special vehicle towing

Outstanding service. As an AAA member I tried to get the AAA contracting company Araco to tow my vehicle which had broken down off I-80 near Gold Run CA, They refused to tow my vehicle. I called Ridgeling Towing, fantastic service, communicated the ETA clearly was there at the stated time. Reasonable pricing. Got me to my destination in a very well kept truck. Long story short we took our dogs to play in the snow and encountered a couple with their 8mo and 18mo stuck in the snow and got stuck ourselves trying to help get them out. Called AAA, no help because we were on a non-county maintained road called several places to no avail. The man I spoke with today was so communicative, supportive, and 10000000% all around the best customer service I ve received in a LONG time. Would absolutely recommend this service to everyone I know I even saved their number in my phone for future reference to not only myself, but others.

Extremely quick and helpful! I was having an awful week and the last thing I needed was a flat tire on the side of the road. Super appreciative for Ridgeline towing with easing my stressful week and making a stressful situation more bearable. Absolutely recommend!

Our truck broke down on the 80 going to Reno. We were pulling our travel trailer. Ridgeline Towing was professional, quick to respond, and overall wonderful. He towed the truck to the dealership and then brought our trailer back to our home. Very pleasant, excellent service, fair pricing- would recommend to anyone and would use again and again if needed. Outstanding service will use again. AAA couldn't get to me and he got to me in 10 minutes. I can't be to mad at AAA because they sent me reimbursement faster than they could have gotten me a tow. THESE GUYS ARE REALLY IMPORTANT WITH THE WEATHER WE HAVE HAD.

The alternator on my truck went out on the drive down I-80 from sugarbowl. I lost all power and had to pull off the road at Dutch Flat. Ridgeline Towing answered the phone after the first ring and arrived within minutes. The service was extremely professional and the ride home with my truck in tow was comfortable. Extremely quick, helpful, and professional. got myself and my husband out of a very scary situation with our car, I honestly thought our car was going to roll. It came out completely unscathed and we drove away without even a scratch on the car. Couldn t recommend enough.

Car broke down 50 miles from Reno. Cost $900 to have it towed back.Service was fine enough, but at nearly $20 per mile I would shop around.

Good customer service and friendly. Over priced for installation and removal of chains. Paid $65 for both and Google estimated $30 for installing and $15 for removing on average.

I m just giving this gentleman a good review because I was in the middle of nowhere worried if I was going to get bullied and charged extra but the towing company was very honest and actually good people hard to come by these days my van blew up in the middle of the mountains he was there in no time and gave me a Lyft with my broken van hassle free a rarity these daysServices: Special vehicle towing, Car towing
