Andy is a great and loyal mechanic, every time I bring my car into his shop, he checks my car from top to bottom to make sure everything is running like new. Even if I come for a quick oil change, he goes above and beyond to make sure my car is in tip top shape. Highly recommended! He has a customer in me for life! Thank you so much Andy

I have been bringing in my modified BMW here with Andy for maintenance for the past 2 years, and i will continue to do so with all my future car(s) as well! Andy is Extremely Knowledgeable, Experienced, Honest, Humble and has the Best Pricing I ve been able to find for my BMW s Services. I needed to find a place for an oil change local to my area. I did a quick search on google and found USA Auto Service. I spoke to Amir. He was super fast and efficient. He took me immediately and explained in detail what he was doing. Only took about 10 minutes while I watched the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Zero stars for sure. I ve been taking my VW Bug for over a year to Amir to be serviced. But I didn t realize I was being scammed the entire time. Not being provided with receipts, the dishonesty of Amir stating he puts OE parts into my car but instead aftermarket, & straight disrespect. He would always interrupt me as I would state my concerns to him. Tells me he doesn t care about what I have to say. Not to mention, he got extremely defensive when I asked him to verify that the water pump he was going to replace would be from Volkswagen like he said. Or at least OE with a part number to verify that it has more than a ONE MONTH WARRANTY. Which certainly wouldn t be the case with Volkswagen. After calling many Volkswagen dealerships in the area, he doesn t even have an account with them!! I work so hard to maintain my vehicle to be scammed of low quality parts & service. Highly recommend staying away from Amir.

Amir is so helpful! I came in for a regular oil change, but he saw something wrong with my transmission leaking all my oil! He showed me different options and prices and explained what was wrong. He s super kind, great and fast service, and super fair prices. I just tried as much as I can to avoid being extremely unhappy for what happened but I couldn t! However, I sent my car(hybrid) to him to change transmission and he claimed he is the professional mechanic knows precisely how to deal with such a difficult repair like this one, he brought a very good transmission and charged me $5200 including the transmission cost and the labor work, after few weeks I started to hear a vibration sound and I went back to him to inquire about the sound he responded in Egyptian slang literally just expand your brain bro, it s just a normal sound indeed, after few months later the car broke again mainly because of the sound. I sent it to company to take care of it this time and they called me and asked have you replaced the transmission by yourself ! It was such a horrible labor work, they found broken pieces on the top of the transmission . It s not personal, the guy is super polite but when things get hard he can t fix it , the shop company charged me $1500 and I believe Amir himself must pay this extra bill, it was totally his fault, but of course he refused to pay! Any way, if you have something needs a very simple repair maybe it s a good option BUT if your car needs something serious Don t go there!

Had a break light switch that needed repairing and they replaced it after I got home the brakes came back on and would not turn off. I took it back to him and he worked on it again and said it is fixed. When I return home not realizing the brake lights went back on after the car was shut off and drain my battery. I had to go and replace my battery, then finally went to the dealership and they had to replace the brake light switch stating it was the wrong one. So I paid $100 for the service and a new battery for nothing.Service: Brakes

I highly recommend this auto service! I had a concern about my car which turned out to be nothing but Amir checked the rest of my car and point out that the spark plug needed to be changed. He patiently explained and showed me why it needed to be changed. He also gave me a few tips for car maintenance which I m totally grateful for.So I ended up doing that as well as a quick oil change plus wiper blade installation and couldn t be happier it could all be done the same day!I m definitely coming back!!!Services: Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Was going to get an oil change next door, but there was an hour and a half wait. I went here and I'm glad I did. Great service and price. $25 cheaper than next door for my F-150. Needless to say, I'll be coming back.

I got a full synthetic oil change and could not be happier. The gentleman that helped me was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, fast and polite. I came to this location looking for an oil change. I ve gone to places before that would try to upcharge or wouldn t let me watch the work. However, at Amir s shop I felt I was getting charged fairly and got everything explained to me in detail. He even gave me tips on what to watch for in the coming months free of charge. Amir has a no bs approach and oil done in less than 30 minutes. A real professional and I will be coming again!Service: Oil change

Very good service, very nice quality, and very reasonable pricing:I always used to change my oil at dealerships, because I found it difficult to trust small shops. But after a trip to Andy's repair shop, I am happy to change my habit.Andy s integrity, honesty, and clarity are beyond reproach. He offers different quality products (based on price) and makes recommendations (based on quality and grades). He provides the actual invoices and is very clear about the labor cost (which is very reasonable). I like that he actually gave me the opportunity to make a selection about the material as well as the service. He takes the time and trouble to explain the process and makes an educated buyer out of his customers (which I have rarely seen in the private business). He cares more about the quality of his work more than making a quick buck.I visited USA Auto Service based on recommendation from a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised. At first, I called the day before and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, he had just finished a previous vehicle, and my car got serviced immediately. Andy had nothing to hide and he takes the time to show every step of the work, I could see the quality of oil being added (from bottles, not barrel). I could see the old worn-out parts before getting discarded. Additionally, he ordered the new parts by phone and they were delivered within 15 minutes (clearly brand new). He explained the difference in grades and the standards of how to tell the difference. I prefer this clarify more than dealerships, where they let the customers enjoy coffee and snacks, unaware of what happens to their vehicle.My second trip was for a battery change. I informed Andy of my need over the phone. He recommended different batteries at different prices and recommended Costco for having the longest warranty period). It was ready for my when I arrived. He installed it and he let me keep the invoice (for warranty purposes). On my third visit, with a different vehicle, Andy showed me burnt oil leak (I changed the transmission oil too late at the dealership, but apparently the dealership neglected to clean the burnt oil leak area. Andy cleaned it up without charging for it. Also, I changed the brake pads, and Andy rotated the tires without charging me any additional fee.TLDR: I would definitely recommend USA Auto Service to everyone. Andy's professional behavior, integrity of character, and excellent customer service left me satisfied with the service I received.

Amir (Andy) was very professional, honest and quick with my premium oil change this past weekend. I had an appointment and he saw me at the exact time of my appointment and had me out of there pretty quickly!!! I recommend this place for your next oil change. Do not do transmission service here! Left it leaking and transmission slipped soon afterwards causing loss of trust in vehicle and advanced need for new car purchase... not the time to be buying with markup situation. Be advised known brands are not used for oil service either i.e. castro, penzoil etc.

Great price on Synthetic oil changes. Set up an appointment for 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning and when I got there, serviced immediately. No hard upsells, which I always appreciate. Friendly dude. Definitely would recommend.

Unfortunately I purchased a groupon for a synthetic oil change with this company. First, the service man gets in my car and backs up in another parked car even though I had a backup camera with beeping alert sensor. He left my car with a small scratch. I told him if he didn't charge me the $35 added fees he quoted me, then I would just let it go. After arguing with me a few times, he agrees.Then he proceeds to pull a fast one on me. He grabs a cardboard box with "Full Synthetic" written on the side of it, but he had regular cheap motor oil bottles in the box. I called him out on that and he quickly put it back and got the correct oil. At this point, I knew this guy was a scam artist. He didnt change my oil filter. So I asked him to show me the old oil filter he removed and he refused. Then I said, ok, where is the box the new filter came out of... This is when he started to argue with me, again. He told me I was giving him a headache. I said, you better lift my car back up and show me you changed my oil filter. He refused about 10 times, arguing with me for 15 minutes. This is when I said I would call the cops if he didn't make this right.He ended up having a buddy go buy the oil filter (the one he never even had in his shop and the one he insisted he had already replaced). So, there we waited...... The guy showed up with the filter and he replaced it finally. NEVER DID HE APOLOGIZE FOR TRYING TO SCAM ME. Don't ever take your car here, unless you enjoy getting scammed. He should not be in business.

I had great Service, the shop was very clean, my oils change and tire rotation was very fast. The owner went over and above checking everything on my car. I will be taking my car back for service.

I ve been coming here for multiple years for my VW Jetta. I ve had a lot of problems with it but thankfully this place has really helped me out. I never have to get a second quote. Very honest, dependable and professional. Wouldn t go anywhere else.
