Thanks to Precision I was able to get my car fixed with no problem, they took care of my vehicle with excellent work. Besides the fact that my insurance took forever to approve things for my vehicle. Precision did an amazing Job on my car! I couldn t have done it with Oscar s help , and Alex for going above and beyond to find my parts for my vehicle. The wonderful ladies that called me back with updates. I will definitely recommend this shop and will go come back again.

Insurance took so long to approve parts on my vehicle. Precision did a really good job I m so happy with the results. Customer service was great I would definitely go back again. 100% recommended.

I was sent to this place by my insurance and let me tell you the worst experience I have ever had. I never received updates on my car and every time I called to get an update the person in charge was never in and I was told I would get a call back. They had my car over a month and just for an estimate and fender fix. Wow I can t believe it. Never again I will let the insurance pick outside shop especially this one. Seems like they don t know what they are doing and just bad customer service. They also wanted to fix something I already fixed before I took it to them. Trying to milk my insurance. So frustrating

Only place I can trust with my vehicle. The owner Oscar is absolutely amazing, if something isn t to my liking when I get my car back he will fix it and make it right no problem. Any issues during the time he has my car he always fixes and corrects. He also got my insurance to pay for an aftermarket install on one of my vehicles and gave me a couple tows after hours. He cares about all his clients and expect to provide the best customer service possible. I will 100% always recommend this shop to friends and family. Do not go anywhere else, this guy will take care of your car and fix it to factory standards. Plus he fights insurance to make sure all the correct factory parts are put on your vehicle to insure your safety. Thank you Oscar for all your help and your continued help!

Absolutely never go to this place. It is a nightmare working with them. I got in an accident on Christmas, and it took them over a month to mark the car as totaled. On top of that, they added ridiculous charges with super high prices to the bill that had to be worked out with my insurance (this took days). They said it would take days for them to issue the refund for the original check for repairs to my insurance, when they should be able to do so right away (especially since they claim they could tell the car was totaled right away when they first looked at it). They never answer the phone and will not call you back. Take your car somewhere else.

Great work. I had a pretty big repair needed on my car and after they were done my car looked brand new and the color matched perfectly when they painted it.

They were nice people and I appreciated their efforts but it was a little sloppy...they lost the cover to my hatch back and I thought they could done a lily better

This place was horrible and they charge you too much just for not even 24 hours. Never again
