Great place! Brought in my 69 Karmann Ghia that I just couldn t get to run right. Got a call three hours later saying it was ready to go! Gave me some suggestions for future upgrades. Took my 69 VW bug here to get fixed. Had a really great experience. Owner is really really nice, explained everything very thoroughly and got the work done very quickly. My big unfortunately needs some body work and he recommended someone who came very quickly to check it out and see what they could do. I definitely plan to come back again if I need more work on my cars. He also said he could work on our Datsun! So definitely an overall great experience

Had a connection piece go bad in my vanagon and the friendly mechanic stopped what he was doing to help solder it back to working instead of me look for another at junk yard or buy one. I said please take some money for the time. Easy as pie but this is the type of mechanics we need in the community , and it shows by the constant changing of tons of nice vws I see at the shop just passing by. Im not even hesitant and more excited to send my vw van here to iron out the kinks and quirks when mine is more ready for the road.

Very knowledgeable! Great work done at a fair price. We could not find the part i needed so he fabricated one that works.(mustache bar engine mount for a Brazilian made bus) ... Ill recommend him every time!

Excellent place to take your old Volkswagen for repairs. Tim's work is solid and reasonably priced; he clearly knows his way around an aircooled VW. If you drive one you know how important it is to find a mechanic who specializes in them, and this place is now my go-to.

I've seen some very nice, clean, rare 'old schools VWs there (Square & Notch Backs, Beetles, Karman Ghias, Window & Panel Buses, Vanagons, Westfalias, etc) plus the mechanics are friendly and informative.

Fix my old Range Rover stalling issue. Other mechanics said it needed a smoke test blwh blah blah. He identified the missing vaccum hose in an hour anr test drove it around. Who knows how that disappeared.

Just got my 66 type3 into Tim's shop though it could be my trans or busted axle turns out stripped hub saved me $, trustworthy mechanic highly recommend.

Tim is one great surgeon when it comes to finding out what's wrong with your old V-Dub and repairing it. Also a great person to chat with about V-Dubs..

These guys know VW bugs. I come here all the time for my bug maintenance. Not pricey at all and they are super fast.
