Sevak (Sam) was an absolute pleasure to work with. Staff was incredible and provided frequent updates and their honest opinions. They went Above and Beyond for me when I had to pay out of pocket, and was very competitive with pricing. I have nothing but good words to say about Sam and his work, and I will say he had the best vibes out of any mechanic/body shop in the whole area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and would ( and have ) recommended to my own family and friends. These guys are amazing, I ve never had customer service that compares to theirs. They are kind and have a very friendly staff, they did everything fast and nice, it was like my car was never damaged.Also cleaned it up inside, I feel like I got a brand new car!Thank You True Collision!

Absolute best of the best. I ve never had better service. My car was in very bad condition when I first took it and after the work they did I was amazed. This is the only place I would ever recommend they do work like no other. Not only was their service incredible but the staff was so kind and helpful. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They are perfect! I had an accident during my stay in LA, and these guys reanimated my car in a very short time! The result was perfect, the staff is very nice and polite, and the quality of the work is absolutely amazing!Thank you!

I am very satisfied with their work, it was a sad experience that my car was hit but it makes me happy to see the result, it was far from what I expected, they did an amazing job, from the owner to his staff they are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

During my recent trip to Los Angeles, I ve decided to rent a car, otherwise it would be difficult to discover the city. And everything would have been great if I hadn t have an accident. I really didn t realize what should I do and I just had a panic attack. Then, I requested to my rental company and I had to repair my car s damages. So, everything happened in Glendale, I started to search a body shop and found, fortunately, True Collision Center. Thank you guys for the job you done, you ve really helped me and returned my car to the pre-accident look, even you ve made the car looking it was just purchased from a car dealership! Thank you a lot, again. No doubts, I will recommend your services my friends.

my husband crashed or car and we brought it here to fix it, and this whole place was extremely helpful and competent! the service was perfect, my car is new again!!! i will really be back if i have a problem again! highly recommend it to everyone!

I managed to work with the guys from True Collision Center, they know their work well, they do everything very neatly and well. I advise you to go to them,if you have any kind of problem with the Cars. They know well what they are doing, and their prices are very affordable and good.
