First off, this is the most beautiful, clean and upgraded Toyota in all of Los Angeles. I could not recommend this more. Make Glendale of Toyota your home Toyota, you will not be disappointed! Second of all, the sales staff is absolutely incredible. Mario Lima is amazing to work with. He is quick, efficient and treats all of his customers like family. I worked with him for my first car, and a few years later I came back to get a new car and requested Mario (& DJ!), I wouldn't work with anyone else! What a pleasant interaction, I left happy, with the deal and the car that I wanted. Thank you Mario!

I got an oil change. It was a very easy experience. Got text messages with recommend service and was able to approve or defer those offers from my phone. Was also able to pay on my phone so cash out and pick up were extremely easy. Wait a little long since they were busy but had water, tea, coffee as well as work and charging station in waiting area. TV and sitting area also available.

Great service, good communication and really friendly team. Bobby who I started with when he came to my car when pulling in has been still taking care even after the maintenance and it's great to have a consistency from start to finish with someone I know is doing great work and I can trust. There are still some other pending issues to be resolved with the vehicle, but the communication via phone and text has been a great resource even though the additional service hasn't happened yet. It takes it up a notch from what I get from most mechanic or service places. I was honestly shocked they were able to do as much as they did in one day. So clearly the team itself is a well-running and oiled machine. Definitely recommend to anyone with Toyota. Take it here.

I bought my car here (used) and have since always routinely brought it back for maintenance and been happy. This is on me but only recently I was shocked when they quoted me $2400 worth of things needed at my 30,000 service. I can t afford that so started researching and calling around other places to see if there were better prices. Anyway I figured out they charge sometimes 2-3x more what other reputable car service places will charge for the same thing. Others have advised that some of the things I was quoted for aren t even necessary at this point. On top of that I got duped into buying all this extra warranty stuff when I bought the car that never came in handy because it didn t cover the things I actually needed. Feel disappointed that I didn t do my research and be on top of this many years sooner. I ve spent so much money on this car when it wasn t necessary. Three stars for the prices here and taking advantage of those of us who don t know better. Great staff and facilities, though. Five stars for that.

This was my first time at Toyota of Glendale. I brought my car in for a recall that needed to be addressed. I had the pleasure of working with 3 separate individuals and they ALL made my time and process there seamless and painless. I mainly worked with a Service Advisor Bobby Becerra. His service was TOP tier!! He was informative and kept me up to date with details as needed. From the service that I received, I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle in and giving them a try.

I have had a horrible and fraudulent experience at Toyota of Glendale. On 1/2/24 I took my 4Runner to this dealer for a tire safety check. A tech crashed my car badly within the dealer premises. It was not a little bump, it was a big crash. I was given a document listing specific repairs that the dealer would do to my car but the dealer has not repaired my car completely. It says that the repair is complete and that the balance of the repairs it promised turned out to be unnecessary. I disagree. The contract is the document it gave me and what it promised. The service manager (Carlos), director of service (Robert), customer relations manager (Sophie), and the dealer manager (Gary) have been threatening and harassing me as I try to solve this legal issue. The dealer has been trying to force me to accept the car with incomplete repairs by canceling the rental, threatening to charge me $75 per day to store my car in its lot, and committing fraud. I have paid over $4000 for a rental. Though my car is now drivable, the dealer won't release my car unless I sign a document accepting my car as fully repaired while it video records me. I refused. Then the dealer said that it would charge me $75 per day storage fee to more more pressure on me to accept my car on its terms. My car has been at the dealer since 1/2/24 and that storage fee now is in the thousands. I was told by the rental company that customers' cars get damaged by the dealer service department frequently and that customers often find themselves in my position. I tried to file a claim with AAA but the dealer would not cooperate with it. I tried to file a claim with the dealer's surety bond company the claim was denied because I am not the claimant, only the dealer can file a claim it opted to not file a claim. The dealer still has my 4Runner and won't release it unless I do what it wants, for me to accept the repair it did to my car as fully complete (though it is not) and for me to pay it over $3,000 in storage fees. Recently the dealer offered to waive the storage fee and pay me $1000 . I declined because $1000 does not cover the repairs still needed, diminished value now that my car has been in an accident, the over $4000 in rental expense that I have incurred, the stress and great inconvenience the dealer has caused me, and the hassle of having to travel from San Diego (where I live) to Glendale to attempt to pick up my car only to repeatedly find it still incomplete. It is unbelieve that it is trying to get away with this. This is a horrible and fraudulent dealer.

DJ the salesman is the an absolute dream to work with. I couldn't recommend him more if you're looking for a new Toyota. He is enthusiastic about his work, he makes every client feel like family. He actively listens and fosters real, long term, client relationships. I've leased two cars from DJ and I will come back again for my next vehicle. DJ managed to get us two incredible deals and we are forever grateful. I can't wait to get back to Toyota of Glendale and visit DJ & the amazing sales & service teams!

I do all my service work at Toyota of Glendale and I always ask for Christian Sheriff. He has been so helpful to me. This last time I came in I had a dog at home who I can leave unattended very long and he got me in and out within 1/2 an hour. Amazing team. I highly recommend Toyota of Glendale

I have an amazing service experience. I had an engine sign issue. I bring my car there, and it took quite a long time to diagnose. I was offered Lyft service to drop off to my place and pick up service as well once the car was ready for pick up which is really convenient. They also diagnose my engine sign issue with large list of parts change. I didn't fix it but, at least I have an idea the root causes of the engine sign. I would definitely recommend their service.

i was called over the phone to remind me that my maintenance is due and they can schedule me for a maintenance. they are very prompt . the place is also very clean. they have complimentary drink in place while waiting for my service to be done. I waited about 1hr and 30mins to finish. there was no hassle and i was comfortable while waiting for my service to finish. process in place was. very smooth

I love this branch!!! A rat got in my engine and chew on the gas cables and had to leave for a work trip and they were incredible at helping me get everything done faster and just were wonderful. Excellent work by Kenny and all the team. Super kind and helpful!! Thank you guys!!!

We would like to thank the staff for making our beautiful Camry purchase so smooth and non pressured. Juan, the used car manager, for getting the ball rolling for us. Kenny Ihiaso, the sales rep, for quickly getting the paperwork together for us. Brook, in financing for being so organized and ready to get us out the door. In total, these amazing people worked together as a team and got us in our Camry in less than two and half hours. They also got us better financing and a lower interest rate than our Schools First Credit Union. Overall Extremely Outstanding Service. We totally give Toyota of Glendale five stars for their amazing service.

Very quick check in process and everything was great . Rudy was very professional and welcoming service writer. He asked me if I need any ride or going to wait inside? I noticed every service writers were under pressure and been calling out by a person standing in the corner seems like manager, maybe. I've been in this business long time ago and I know how this business runs. I have a photo included showing two managers standing and ordering the writers. I hope higher level managers take this as a consideration .

Good place to get on oil change. They have a nice waiting area and beverages for guest. They also have free WiFi and adequate seating which is a plus. The team is polite. The wait can great crazy but overall its a good place to check out.

I had been shopping for a car for over a month and my experience with Marie helped me to leave home with a new car. She helped walk me through my options, provide me the best price, and guide me through my first purchase. Please ask for her, as she will give you the best experience you can ask for.

I was in the market for a car but didn t really know what I wanted. I tried my luck at Honda, across the street, but wasn t completely sold. Walked over to Toyota and was quickly greeted by George. George was so friendly and easy to get along with, the moment we stepped onto the lot. He really took his time showing me the different cars he had, which helped me decide what I like and don t like. Also, by him showing me around, I actually saw a car in the corner of my eye that caught my attention that I definitely would have NOT thought about purchasing if I didn t see it in person the way I did. He walked me over, had me take a look and explained the car and its features to me. He let me test drive it within minutes and well, the rest is history. I am so glad we ran into George that night. I never once felt pressured or like he didn t have my best interest at heart, which made me feel really comfortable because it was my first car purchase, ever!Brooke in financing was also the sweetest. She was also easy to get along with and even though the store was already closed, she never rushed/pressured me to make a decision to purchase or through the process once the decision was made.Both her and George were the best and they also gave me the best hot chocolate which just made the whole experience come together. Loveddddd my experience here and would not have wanted ANYONE else other than George and Brooke. So happy with my Toyota experience and my car. See you guys soon for my first service!!!! :) <3

Paul from Toyota of Glendale assisted me on my issues on my wheel. He s very polite and he s service oriented. However my only concern was the call center lady who answered my call and promised me she will call me back. It has been 4 hours and I didn t hear anything from her. I had to call again and follow up on my wheel services. 5 star for Mr Paul, 1 star for the call center lady of Toyota of Glendale

Great experience buying a used hybrid Camry. Liza Avisado was terrific in getting us a good deal and very knowledgeable about the car as well as a few others we looked at. Getting the paperwork done was as easy as could be and enjoyed John s sense of humor.

I want to thank Levon and his partner who helped us this past weekend. We were looking for a family car and he had patient with us, with choosing the car, and with the paper work it was easier, Plus he worked with my budget. I don t remember the name of his partner but he was really understanding of what we needed as well.. Amazing job guys, I m Savings lots of money on gas and insurance I don t know until you guys told me.. My family and I can do what we love, road trips with our new car!Thank you guys!!! The service department has a good system to get you in and out. I set up an appt, was checked in to review what work my car needed. The data system tracks my car's service needs, such as any recalls. Following good communication, I waited in a comfortable and modern setting with clean restrooms and delicious coffee options.

It s always nerve wracking taking your car to a mechanic shop you don t know but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Paul Flores couldn t have been better. He was actually honest and transparent and very helpful. If you go to this Toyota, ask to work with him. He ll treat you well which is hard to find these days.
