Absolutely and 100% incompetent. DO NOT take your car here. I have a vintage Porsche and they couldn t even mount tires to it that were the exact same size as the previous ones. All they managed to do was waste my entire day and damage one of my irreplaceable wheels in the process. Beware!!!

I just changes the tires of my CLA at this place. These people have a great service, the best price, and they are very professional. I will go there again. Highly recommended.

I hate to give bad reviews, but this place merits it. Long story short, they wouldn't honor a warranty on a brake/rotor job they did for me. They gave me a bunch of runaround talk and wanted to charge me another 390 dollars to fix the warranty work.Just be very careful in dealing with them. They only do the work, they don't honor warranty or other problems they cause.

Ripped me off Told me Goodyear was the best therefore there more expensive and they said the tires came with a 60 mile warranty Both lies I got 10 thousand miles on them and 2 of the tires are evenly worn almost out

I love Tire 4 Less, great fast service. Got my tires at Costco but the customer service there is really poor, even with an appointment . As a working nurse I have limited time. Came to Tire 4 Less & got in right away, super nice team, family owned business everyone very helpful.

Horrible experience here. Came in for a tire change and left with 2 broken rims. The owner was extremely rude and still charged me to fix what they had broken. Go anywhere else but here, it s a terrible place with uneducated repairmen. They will scam you out of your hard earned money.

Had a flat tire on the highway and I contacted GEICO, they made a claim and sent out BEST TOWING INC after 2 hours of waiting we realized they were NEVER going to show up; in a desperate attempt to get out of this dangerous situation we called around and found Raffi @ Tire4Less and they were 5 miles away from our location, they were kind on the phone and took care of us right away. As soon as we arrived they replaced all 4 tires and had us out of there in less than 20 minutes and we are back on the road!! Thank you guys!!!

Brought my car in 1/21/23 with the engine light on and the car knocking not knowing what the problem was. After running a diagnostic, Tony the head guy assured me that he was 90% positive the problem was my coils, gaskets, and plugs. The car then sat in the shop for another week and a half and 1500$ later I received a call from Tony saying my car was ready. Upon arrival, Tony told me the car had stopped running again for unknown reasons . He then tells me that my catalytic converter was also damaged, which was not the reason why I brought my car in, and needs to be replaced which he also ensured me that it was what was causing my engine failure. The car then spent another week in the shop and spent another 2000$ only to finally be told two and half weeks after bringing the vehicle in that the engine is broken and needs to be completely repaired or replaced. So I ended up paying 3500$ for parts and labor that didn t not end up fixing my car. Took it to another mechanic a few days later and that same day I brought it in to him, he told me the engine is the problem and said the mechanics should ve been able to identify it as the problem in the first place. These people prolonged the inevitable demise of my car and upcharged me for pointless labor and parts. These people are thieves and should not be trusted. They charge you for parts and labor on your vehicle that do not need to be replaced or fix only to make a bigger profit off you. Will never be doing business here again

Never never go to this kind of trash shop!I did alignment 2 months ago at this shop. I found 2 rear tires completely worn out because of improper alignment job. I lost 2 brand new tires due to their stupid job. I will do small claim whatever I can do. Please do not use this trash shop!!

I had my tires replaced at this facility on the 25th of this month only to discover that 2 power converters that I use to recharge the batteries in my scooter we're stolen by one of the employees. 1 of them is a 175 W and the other is a 300 W converter Combined cost me around $300. The business will not acknowledge that or even listen to my complaint and said that they are not responsible for any loss. I say they are. Do not trust them and do not do business with them Is. They are thieves.

Very very poor tire shop . The owner Raffi and his assistant Tony are rude and extremely extremely Cheap and unprofessional . They are rip off too. Their performance was very very poor. Never go to that tire shop it s is very bad place. This Raffi and Tony are very aggressive . Once they sell you an expensive tire they do not want to see you there anymore. Again this place is a horrible tire shop do not go there .

I needed a tire replaced and my usual dealer American Tire Depot wanted TWICE what their own website quoted me. So, I called Tire4Less and spoke with Tony.Wow! I've bought a lot of tires the past few years and Tony gave me the best service I ever had buying tires. Not only did he give me a price much lower than American Tire Depot, I was back on the road in 15 mins! Crazy!Thanks Tony - I will be back!

From the moment I pulled in with flat tire to vehicle delivered back to me was 47 min.Pleasant waiting area both inside with AC, and outside with sun cover.Very pleasant front desk exchange.Prices reasonable.Recommending and will come back.Thanks

These guys are not Tires 4 less. Its a sham. They are highway bandits and they are going to overcharge you way more than tou should be paying. The owner admitted this to me as he was gouging my bank account. He said he would give me a deal then charged me $180 per tire.!!!! Im never setting foot in that city ever again.

I m going to give them a three star review, which is an average between a one star and a five star. I ll give them a five star review for selling and installing new tires, including balancing and alignment. They did a great job with that!Unfortunately, they went on to tell me that my shocks needed to be replaced, which they did for about $500. Then there was a noise that was coming from the front part of my car which I originally thought were the new tires but it turned out to be a bearing issue and that cost me another $500. Unfortunately, the noise, while reduced, was still there and I was told it would cost another $1500 to handle that. At this point it didn t seem like they really we re up to the task and I took it over to Serge s Automotive on Foothill. He fixed me up right away for much less money than Tires 4 less said it was going to cost. So for tires I would highly recommend them, but for anything else I would strongly recommend a real auto repair shop.

Raffi was of great help when I needed to replace my flat. He was exceptionally friendly and communicative. I had a tire installation, alignment, and oil change done and I have no complaints. Prices were very fair as well.

The owner Raffi is a very thorough and kind man. Throughout the process he called me and made sure I authorized each piece of car detail. Very personable location with great prices (I asked other stores for quotes). Would highly recommend!!

I don't normally post reviews, but good service must be commended . I came in for new tires and Raffi attended me. I chose tires ,but after install I didn't really like the look on my truck , my mistake, but Raffi made sure I left that place happy . That I was , I picked out better looking tires and left happy .

It's been three years I got the tires from them. I went back to get a oil change. When they were doing a oil change they found out that I needed new tires. What I thought was shady was that they slashed my tires more to make it look like that will pop soon. My tires did not look like that before I went to the shop. I told them I couldn't pay for 2 tires for 200 because I was shot on cash. When I told them that they were upset and it took another 15 minutes to do a simple oil change. When I got my car back and as I was driving the abs light came on. I went to the dealers and found out my abs cable was unplugged. That is some shady business at this tire 4 less place. Never going them again. I hope they were new owners because they old one was nicer and reasonable. But once again never going back to do business with tire 4 less.

Excellent and fast service!I had to get two tires replaced, but they didn't have have the exact size I needed and were about to close. They stayed open after hours to order the tires for me and put on a quick replacement so I could get home. The tires were there the next day and took no time to install. Rich was very friendly and helpful

They told me the tiers I bought from them will last 45,000 miles. But they last only 12,000 miles. And when I complained they said "it depends how you drive".I didn't know I had to drive in the air in order to protect the tiers.Better you pay $200 more and buy from Costco with 100% guaranty.

The most awesome tire store I've been to, the staff of this shop are extremely friendly and willing to work with every situation. My hats off to the team at tires 4 less, they saved me through a very difficult time in my life. Thank you I am very grateful off your caring heart

Probably one of the nicest, most professional tire shops I have ever been to. The gentleman running the office is great and he does everything to make the customer feel comfortable. I will be using this business in the future.

I called several places for an urgent tire repair and Tire4Less is the only place in the area that would help me. I was in and out of there in fifteen minutes, and they did not even charge me! I highly recommend them if you want outstanding customer service with someone you can trust.

I just bought 4 new tires for my chevy cruze from Tires4Less and I know i got the best deal around since I called multiple places looking for the best estimate for me. Saved $200 bucks on name brand tires and got a better warranty here. Also free tire rotations for the life of the tires. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to save but still get a great service.

They did an amazing job!! I usually do my own work on my car but if I'm ever too busy for my hobby and need something done I'll always choose them I take my uncle's cars here my cousins cars here my car here and sometimes my own when I don't want to do my own work. Even if I do want to do my own work, Rafi will get me the parts I need!!!

I'd like to give this place 0 's! I went for a $25 - $30 oil change and the manager wanted to charge me $40 + $5 per tire to rotate ($20). Nobody charges to rotate tires this guy was just trying to make an extra buck before closing time. Wasted my time but at least I know where I won't be taking my business in the future
