I had a great experience with Jay. I had a five year old rusted scrape on my car that I finally decided to act on. I sent him a text and he gave me some options to fix and pricing for both as well as his recommendation for what would have the best outcome for my vehicle. I brought it to him for the work since I live near Glendale. Work was done when he said it was done and I was super happy picking up my car. It looks great! Very happy with his work. I would recommend to anyone and I am bringing my own car back for some more minor stuff. 10/10

Great experience. Had dent on side of door from parking lot and had to return a rental car the next morning at LAX. Who would have thought this could be fixed in two hours on a Sunday night! Highly recommend!! Thank you for your help!!!!

I cannot highly recommend using this mobile repair unless you have a simple car fix. I reached out to Thomson Mobile repair for to fix a scrape on a back bumper and color match. He was able to fix the scrape but only do half the job on the color match and finishing touches. I reached out to Thomson the next day upon inspecting the paint job in better lighting to notice the color was darker than the original car color and had paint spray bumps rather than a smooth finish. Communication with Thomson and wanting to get the job done correct seemed to drop completely. Granted at this time Thomson was dealing with some personal things but it been months (Since December) with no effort to communicate on wanting to fix his poor work.After Multiple efforts of trying to reach out to Thomson he offered a small percentage of my money back or another chance to fix the paint work. Thomson has yet refunded me or reached out to fix the car. I cannot trust that Thomson can rightly fix his mistake so I have decided go elsewhere to get the car correctly fixed at a proper auto body shop.Service: Painting

I brought my 2015 Mazda 3 to Jay with a dent in the hatch with rust and scrapes on the side of the vehicle. Jay gave me a very fair and reasonable price, and his years of experience truly showed when he was done. I highly recommend using him.

I found him during a Google search. Told him I needed my door replaced for my 2007 Dodge Charger. He told me he could get one and asked for the money up front for the door. I sent him the money and he then sent me a picture of the door he bought. I told him that it didn t look exactly like my old door and that I didn t think that it was the right door that I needed. He insisted that it was the correct door. When I dropped my car off to him I was expecting my door to be replaced and for it to work. Meaning the windows, lock, and mirror controls. He called me hours later and said that there was a problem and the wires weren t compatible with my car. Turns out it was the wrong door and now I have a car that none of The windows work.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing work I went to a shop and got quoted $1500 for a repair and then I called here and got a estimate over the phone for only $650 and he did the job in a 1day he saved me $850 and I didn t have to wait 5days I highly recommend this guy

I damaged my rental car And didn t have insurance had my car fixed and back to me in 24 hours... and it was cheaper then what my deductible would of been I was so amazed how fast and how good the job came out I was very pleased and the rental car company didn t even notice ...
