I got my car repaired here after an insurance claim. Anthony was extremely helpful from the moment I came in. He explained all the steps to me and was patient and polite. Everything went smoothly and I got my car even earlier than anticipated. Anthony was always available to answer any questions and made the process easy and not stressful. They even detailed my car! Highly recommend and will be referring to friends

Very friendly professional staff! Simon, Anthony and Alex are very kind. A very polite staff who walk you through the entire experience. They always kept me informed and were willing to go as far as informing my Insurance Company of the additional parts and labor needed.I would highly recommend that you stop by and consider giving them a chance to work on your car if you need repairs! I was a victim of catalytic converter theft and they worked with me and the insurance company and were very informative about the process and saved me more than a month of wait time for parts on back order.I m very pleased with their work and so happy to have my car back!!!

From the moment I stepped into the office at Straight Auto Body, I felt that I was in safe and professional hands. Simon was extremely informative and Anthony was my main lead through the repair process. There are a lot of challenges while dealing with a repair beyond the actual repairs of the vehicle. Anthony was informative at each step of the process as they navigated the insurance adjustment waters. The repair itself is impeccable and they do not cut corners. It's an intimidating situation and I couldn't be more grateful for their support and help.

I highly recommend bringing you car here for any body work that is needed. Simon has an amazing attitude along with his team that gets things done. Iwas involved in minor collision in which I was referred to come here and it was the best decision I couldhave made. From the very beginning, with the drop off, everything went smooth. They took my car in, andhelped me sort out my rental situation with the insurance. The very next day they updated me on what was going on with the insurance and theadjuster. Once everything was sorted they gave me an update that they were going to begin repairing.Throughout the entire repair process they sent me photo updates with information as to which stage itwas in. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Not only did they do fix the damage to the highest standard, but they also kept me updated throughoutthe whole process. The communication that they kept with me took a lot of stress off my mind, knowing that I was in good hands and that they were taking care ofthe damage to the best of their abilities. Again, I highly recommend this body shop for quality customer service and phenomenal work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I Called Straight Auto Body via a referral and a person named Zach was the gentlemen I dealt with throughout the repair. Zach was very thorough and I couldn't have asked for a better representative. He was the difference maker for such an unfortunate situation. Having never been in an accident Zach was extremely informative, he set me up with a rental, consistently updated me in each and every step of the way and even sent photos. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and quick the turnaround was. These guys wasted no time to get the car repaired and even took care of setting up a rental. Above and Beyond my expectation for my treatment here at the shop. Thank you again Zach.

Anthony and the team are very knowledgeable and very nice people. I brought in my 2022 Lexus is350 Fsport. Job came out awesome. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get their cars back to excellently.Thank u guysTario.

I have been a customer of Straight Auto Body for over 7 years now, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with the level of customer service I receive here. This is not typical in the auto body industry, but Straight Auto Body goes above and beyond.I first experienced their exceptional work when they repaired the damage on my BMW 640i Gran Coupe M Sport 7 years ago. The quality of their work was outstanding, and since then, I have trusted them with all of my familys cars, including our Dodge Challenger, Lexus RX, and Maserati Granturismo Sport. The color match on the Maserati was so flawless that it looked like it came right out of the factory, with no visible signs of repair.During my last visit, I brought in my fianc�'s Tesla Model 3 Long Range, and our representative named Alex made our experience once again stress-free. One of the additional perks that keep me coming back is the availability of rental services from the same company. This place does immaculate work! They fixed my old SUV Lexus and used all manufacturer parts and made my car look brand new! I highly recommend bringing your car here, I wouldn t go anywhere else. They are perfectionist at what they do! Their work speaks wonders and the paint they did looks perfect with my pearl beige color which is very hard to match. I am recommending them to all my friends and family

Highly recommend! This was the best experience I've ever had with an auto body shop. Edgar was so helpful, he explained everything to me and always kept me updated on the status of my car. My car is fixed now and looks brand new. Recently took in my white Honda Civic SI for a body repair and a windshield replacement. Let me say they did such a good job ! They are reliable and do trustworthy work. My car looked brand new . They are informative and always calling you up for updates . I have a place now I can come to if I ever have car troubles . Will refer my friends here for sure .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had some brake calipers painted and the color and quality came out great. Everything was nicely covered up. I m happy with the result. Mahar helped me with the service.

Thank you Mahar and everyone from Straight Auto Body. You guys did an amazing job! My Honda S2000 was hit by blowout tire from a semi truck causing damage to the front end. Shortly after I called Mahar who asked that I bring the car in. They got to work immediately worked well with the insurance and made this process very easy. I m extremely impressed with the quality and detailed work put into repairing my beloved S2000. I m truly happy with the results. I d like to point out Mahar for his phenomenal work, outstanding knowledge of the S2000 and attention to detail. My car looks brand new! I definitely recommend this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

The only shop that had five stars. Took my BMW to other places that wanted to charge double of what it cost me to get it fixed here and double the time to fix (ten days!). I paid half of what other places quoted, dropped it off at closing time on Monday got it back on Friday! The paint on my car is a special type of paint so I was worried it wouldn't match but the car looks brand new again just like from the dealer and they even washed and cleaned my car inside and out, even the carpets! Everyone there is so nice, I mainly dealt with Simon who was awesome. He was extremely understanding and helped me out anyway he could. I will be back in the future and highly recommend this shop.

I bought a car and the bumper needed some work. I was refer to Straight Auto Body in Glendale Ca. I was to talk to Simon. When I called I spoke to Simon about an appointment. He made it easy for me to bring the car since I needed someone to take me to drop the car. I met Simon and I found he is knowledgeable on what he does. I'm in my 60's and do a lot of thing old school. I thought I was going to have trouble in fixing my car. I found Simon to have some of old school methods. He explain what they were going to do to the car. Then we started talking about old cars and fixing them. He said he would call me when my was ready. When he called I when and he show me my car and the job they did. I was please. I told him I be bring my 69 Dodge truck to be work on. Let me tell you the place is little far for me but its worth it. Simon a very good person.

Simon and Arthur are great. Both very helpful and friendly. The turnaround time in fixing a big scratch on my door was very quick, and the work was excellent. Matched the paint perfectly, you can t even tell anything happened. 10/10 would recommend!

Simon from Straight Auto Body is my favorite person in LA. Well, next to my kids, daughter in law and granddaughter. We were in Glendale to renovate our new condo and pick up a lease on a car. One morning we found the little corner glass on the car vandalized. We were referred to Straight Auto Body by the dealership. This was such a small job that no auto collision place would bother EXCEPT Simon. He had the window repaired the next day. Simon and his crew are the best!

This place is great. They did great work on my Honda, and took on the stress of dealing with my insurance company for the accident claim. Alex at the front desk was extremely helpful and communicate throughout the process. Will go back to them in the future.

Came back this time with a different car and had an amazing experience again! Great customer service and the guys are very helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest! They know their job!Even though the body shop is a little far from my house I don t mind driving all the way. It s worth it!Simon and Ruben, thank you so much!!

First off I need to apologize, this is way over due. I brought my car in to get thefront-end repainted and boy was it an excellent choice!!!! The owner was a super cool guy deal with me directly and his team was quick and did an awesome job in getting the paint to match the rest of the car, and it's a 08 wish I knew how to post pictures on this

They do not repairing cars, they just waist your time and getting your money. Me and my wife had few times bad experience with this bodyshop and average repair time - 4-5 weeks, all times car wasn t fixed at the time scheduled for pick up. Owner of bodyshop extremely rude to woman(to man is to dangerous I suppose). Always lies about prices and job done and extremely slow working with insurance companies (time between claim dates and adjustments about 2-3 weeks). Strongly do not recommend this bodyshop.
