We had a fantastic experience purchasing our CX 30 with the Star Mazda team. We worked with Geoffrey Feldman, who was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and confident in our purchase. He even came with me to my own personal mechanic just to triple check everything was perfect with the lightly-used vehicle we were purchasing (and everything was!). Geoffrey and the entire Star Mazda team are wonderful. If anyone is looking for a hassle-free, respectful experience while purchasing a new vehicle, definitely stop in to Star Mazda.

Really enjoyed my experience leasing a car here. Israel was super helpful, never pressured me, wasn t the stereotype of a car salesman. Got me the deal I wanted on a great car. Took extra time even though they had closed to walk through all the features of the car. Highly recommend Israel if you re looking for a Mazda in the area!

ASK FOR GEOFFREY! OMG! Geoffrey made this deal so amazing!! I never thought I could save so much money/time at a dealership and have so many laughs! I genuinely would recommend Geoffrey to all my family and friends. So excited for our new Mazda and happy to be a part of the Mazda family. Already seeing the coast in it and onto our first of many family road trips!

We purchased a 2024 Mazda CX5 in early April 2024. We visited Star Mazda in Glendale to see the CX5s they had in stock. The sales consultant who helped us, Israel Espino, showed us a brand new vehicle and explained all the features of the car. We took it out for a test drive then told Israel we wanted to look at another car we were considering. I told him we would let him know whatever we decided. After comparing the two cars, we decided we liked the CX5 better. We returned to Star Mazda two days later and met with Israel. After some negotiation we reached agreement on a price that we were happy with. Israel was very helpful though out the entire process and we never felt pressure to make a decision. We were very happy with our car buying experience at Star Mazda and won t hesitate to refer our friends and acquaintances to your dealership in the future.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences buying cars from Star Mazda. A couple of days ago I purchased a CX-50 and could not be happier. Khiry Young was our sales person. Enough cannot be said about this young man. He was not pushy, knew his stuff, and was extremely personable. It felt like working with a good friend. The finance department was also top notch! Really great people to work with, we are customers for life!

I just bought my Mazda Miata from Star Mazda and their customer service was on top notch. Geoffrey Feldman helped me to look up the exact make & model and made it ready before I arrived. I recently visited Star Mazda in Glendale. I had the best car buying experience ever. Raymond Cadena was my salesperson. He was very professional and was not pushy at all. Raymundo needs a lesson in some manners. While car shopping asked my fianc� if she goes out here and can I buy you a drink creepy and awkward. He gave off 80s car salesperson vibes (snakeskin shoes gave it off right away) made the whole experience uncomfortable. He even talked to us like children with mortgage prices buddy we have a home please don t talk to us like we re children. We crossed out Mazda off our list very quickly. We visited other dealerships on the strip and had patient, and great communicators. Good sales people who talked

Dealt with a minor issue with Armond and the manager at Star Mazda. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and were respectful, hassle free, and efficient in solving the problem. I ve used them for servicing the car and other maintenance issues before and they are great. Highly recommend for service!

Found my new car at Star Mazda! Raymond Cadena was extremely helpful a few months before my purchase by explaining & narrowing down the trims for the CX-5. When my desired car became available, it happened to be at Star Mazda. Having his business card, Raymond was available after business hours by phone & guided me to the vehicle on the lot to check out. First available appointment I purchased a new 2024 CX-5!Thank you Raymond & the team at Star Mazda!

For the second time in two years I've been absolutely floored by the terrible service I've received. Last year I had an appointment where I stated what needed to be done and after hours of waiting on my appointed date I was told they did not have the parts required. Today, once again it's the same story. They have the car make year and model on file, asked me prior to the appointment what I needed and after taking off work, waiting 4 hours and hiring someone to pick up and watch my kids, I get a call saying once again they don't have the parts with no compensation.

Raymond Cadena is the reason i bought my CX50. He is kind, knowledgeable and most of all cared about my needs in a vehicle. I wish he was the salesman in all my cars in the past. I will only do business from him for the rest of my life. Thank you !!

I came into the dealership to look at Mazdas SUVs since I wasn't very familiar with the brand, I was helped by Ray C he took the time to explain all the different models and the features he was very helpful and even though I ended up going with a different brand he was the best salesman I had a chance to speak with.

I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-30 Turbo AWD today from Star Mazda and could not be happier!! John Maisyan was so helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to do business and I am in love with my new car. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and were easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I m giving this dealership 2 stars because the service and experience during my appointment was phenomenal at first. I noticed how kindly I was treated and how smooth the service appointment went.A few hours after leaving the dealership, I walked to my car and found it was in the process of getting towed out of my apartment complex. It turned out that the maintenance team at Star Mazda removed my personal parking permit sticker from my windshield and replaced it with a Star Mazda sticker. I didn t notice at first, because the sticker was the same size and placed exactly in the spot that my parking pass sticker was.This seemed very intentional. Even if it wasn t, there shouldn t have been anything removed from my car without my permission that s theft. The parking pass is $100 to replace and my car can t be parked in my complex lot until I purchase a new one. I called the dealership while they still should ve been open (7:39pm) and no one working at the dealership picked up or called back, even after an urgent message was left. The operator told me I had to wait til the next day to be helped.I m extremely disappointed in the service I received and paid for.

I have bought 2 cars from here. Paid for the maintance package. I am still waiting for a little tiny antenna for 2 months! No follow up calls. Nothing. Do not go here for service or spend the money for prepaid service because you just might have the same experience as I am having. Also, I moved 100 miles away and you can only take your car here if you want to use your prepaid service package. I called and left a message on the sales managers voice-mail and 4 days later still waiting for a return call. I was loyal to them and this is how they treat a customer that has bought 2 cars from them. I will definitely not come here again. The sales person was great though. I would have driven to buy another car from him again but tell him I'm sorry. Your service department and awful sales manager ruined that for you. You should go to a more reputable dealership. You're better than that.
