Eddie is polite and easy to communicate with on a concern you may have. Yes the dealership had a lot of customer and notified me it would take awhile but he maintained good contact on the progress of my vehicle. I'm satisfied with that. Will come back again.

My experience at Star Ford was great. I took my truck in for a recall, and while I was there I addressed an issue with my driver side seat. received exceptional service from Nichole over at the service dept. She addressed my concerns and had the part I needed up available within 2 days. Thank you Nichole for helping me out.

I had a great service from Seta Alexanian January 2024, She helped me to get my 2023 Ford Mustang Mac-E to be safe making sure all needs of my car is 100 % to be safe on the road, thank you Seta, I really appreciate your support.My car s tire had a nail on February 2024 I called Seta Alexanian to see if she can make a space to repair the tire and she accommodated my car for a tire repair immediately, that s really important for me since my time is really busy,Thank you so much Seta Alexanian.

I have been having my vehicle serviced at Star Ford and Sarah Reinschmidt has always been so attentive and helpful in getting my car to be serviced and making sure I was able to have a car to drive as they were taking care of my car. She texts and communicates so efficiently and the entire Star Ford staff is so wonderful and timely. Very thorough and always helpful and at your service.

For the majority of the time I ve had nothing but bad experience going to star ford.The only positive thing I feel is that it's close by.On my last service while waiting almost 20 minutes in line to be approached by a service advisor I felt invisible. They walked right pass me to help others that came after me. 3 peopleuntil one person came up and actually spoke to me and said someone will be with you shortly. I informed him that I doubt it. I m invisible.Martin did come right back and helped me out.Finally someone who actually really helped.If it wasn t for Martin this was going to be my last trip there. I was willing to go 20-30 minutes further for better/decent service elsewhere.I just want to say thank you again Martin.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change in preparation for a road trip to the PNW from Glendale, CA, but ended up needing important maintenance work done beforehand. My representative for the visit, Nichole was extremely professional, knowledgeable, a super nice human being and worked with me on the price as it was more than I expected to pay for the visit initially. She is amazingIn the end, it was more than fair and I couldn t be more appreciative for her service and going out of her way to help.I ve gone here several times over the past 2 1/2 years and have never had any issues with the work done on my vehicle or customer service other than both being top notch in my book. I can sincerely recommend them to anyone looking to take their car in to get checked out for whatever reason if you re in the Los Angeles area.

I had my first experience in Service department today and it was great! This is where I will be having my new Bronco Sport serviced for the years to come and my first impression was terrific. I ordered a part from their parts department where Francisco helped me out. Then I went to service and Sam greeted me (along with another friendly gal) but Jose was "the man." Applied my bumper protector with skill and in under five minutes. It was nearing the end of the day so maybe I just got lucky, but this whole experience for a first timer to Star Ford has been exceptional. Very friendly staff!!!

I have been going to different Ford dealerships. I purchased my vehicle from Puente Hills and in the first three months I had to go sick times back because there was no fixing of my door and my tailgate and then I went to sunrise for it and sunrise. Ford really dropped the ball couldn t fix it. I bring it in. I set an appointment to bring it in and, they got me at seven and said OK we ll see you tomorrow. I said no that s not why I got an appointment. I called Ford and they referred me to Star Ford in Glendale immediately when I got there was approached by a very professional individual name of Nelson and took care of all my needs. We got it covered and took care of it in a very short period of time so guess where I m going back to

Reno was a fantastic rep. Took the car in and found the issue and communicated throughout the whole process and fixed all the recalls for my ford escape and sent me on my way. Great knowledgeable service and tried his best to provide a great experience.

Always an amazing experience when I take my car for maintenance. Reno has been the best fleet advisor , took my car recently for maintenance and unfortunately I had to leave it overnight but he was great enough to assist with the process of getting a rental.

Nichole G. was very prompt in approaching me to ask me what she could help with. I didn't have an appointment but she worked with service staff to get me in very quickly. She notified me with the final cost and when my truck was ready.I had great experience.

I am overall very happy with the friendly and prompt service at Star Ford -Lincoln. Everyone is very attentive and they really make you feel comfortable when waiting for your service to be completed.However, I do have some concerns about the surging issues with the transmission and was told that I would need to leave the car at the dealer for a week to evaluate. This is my only vehicle, and there was no mention of a loner car or potential rental car that could be provided. When I had my Volkswagen the dealer would not only wash my car after every service, but also gave me a loner at a time when they did not have parts in stock and did not charge me for it. I am concerned about the transmission, but cannot be without a car for a week.

We had a suspicion of faulty transmission, and Star Ford technicians confirmed the issue and fixed it (basically overhauling the whole thing) for free under Ford warranty, while also performing multi-point inspection and tire pressure check. It took 9 days. Tech advisor Sarah was friendly and helpful. I d definitely recommend this service.

I had a great experience with Starr Lincoln Service. I have brought my 2020 Lincoln Aviator PHEZ several times for warranty-related issues, and my service advisor Seta Alexanian has always given me the red carpet treatment! Loaners have always been provided car washed vehicle fully charged and all issues resolved by techs like William and Ricardo!No complaints at all with this Lincoln dealership. Superb first class service for their customers from start to finish.

I live close to Sunrise Ford and have decided to come here to Glendale even though it's much further. The customer service here is phenomenal, Seta Alexanian and Jose Canalas took excellent car of me and my vehicle. I was greeted as soon as I drove up even though they were standing in the rain. My car was done on time, and they provided me with a rental vehicle. Excellent experience

I was greeted immediately upon my arrival (without appointment) at Star Fird Lincoln in Glendale.I experienced awesome Service by a very kind and knowledgeable Customer Care agent who verified whether or not I had warranty for a possible flat tire repair.I am very grateful for the way I was treated by everyone involved in solving my almost flat tire ordeal.
