I recently bought a 2024 Bronco from Star Ford and the experience was just as great as the car I got to leave with. I got to know and talk to Branden E. during the test drive and he was very helpful with explaining the features and upgrades for the car. He even took me to a dirt road to get an idea of how the bronco handles. My family and I want to thank him for being so great. The sales manager Brian E. was also great and helped me to leave with fair price for what I wanted. Everyone at Star Ford was nice, professional, and made sure we left with exactly the Bronco we wanted. My next mission is to convince my Wife to go in and buy herself a Mach E and I know exactly who and where we will be buying from.Thank you

Unreal. I went in for an oil change and check up and also because my tire pressure was low. After the inspection, they said there was nothing wrong with my tire and that it just needed air, they wanted to charge me $500 for 4 spark plugs and requested that I get all new tires.After a second look, I got 4 new spark plugs installed for $130 including labor. They told me my tires were fine and had another 10k miles on them and then they found a nail in my rear tire.I ll never be going back to this place. I can t believe that this is how they deal with their customers.

Many of buyers are looking for a Ford Maverick. Orders fill up in days. So I called Star Ford months ago. I got notice from Star Ford that a XLT Maverick Hybrid was available! I jumped on it! First call, right to Sasha. Sasha is incredible. So nice, diligent, detailed, and very responsive to my many requests. He went way way beyond. I live in Arizona so made the purchase over the phone. Sasha sent me pictures, coordinated between my hauler and I. Another person, Finance Manager Conrad was equally diligent and responsive. Both knew that distance would never be a challenge. I wired money for a cash sale! Conrad and Sasha walk on water!!!! Today, I expect my Maverick. I cannot speak more highly of Star Ford. LA is a big town. Sasha and Conrad made me feel like I was in a small town with excellent service before and after the sale. Need a vehicle? Do not hesitate, call Sasha! Thank you Sasha I m one happy camper

I brought my new Ranger in for its first maintenance & instead of just booking me in and sending me off - which I'm used to elsewhere - Star Ford took the time to ask me how I was feeling about my new truck while doing a walk around, even popping open my hood and noticed tell-tale signs of rodents.It was quickly flagged to me, and was offered advice on how to deter them. Beyond going the extra mile aside from the day's service, I got to "talking shop" & appreciated how knowledgeable and passionate Christian was about Fords - great man, great service. I wish this was the norm at every dealership.Star Ford has won my confidence & will be back for consecutive service appointments. Perhaps even my next truck purchase.Thanks, Christian!

Slow, bad customer service and poor communication.I took my convertible For Mustang to Star Ford Glendale because the roof was no longer retracting and it was letting in water. I was told it would be $250 just to diagnose the problem, and it would take a few days. While they were quick to message me and offer to buy my car, they were anything but when it came to fixing the problem. Five days later I had heard nothing about the diagnosis so I reached out to Sarah my representative. The technician was on lunch and she would get back to me. The next day I still had heard nothing so I tried calling. No one answered, I was on hold for 15 minutes and it went to voicemail. Finally Sarah replied to my text message saying the technician was getting an estimate for the repairs and was still trying to figure out where the water was getting in. A week later the technician was still getting an estimate for the repairs and trying to determine where the water was getting in. Several times I would call for no one to pick up. My texts would go unanswered for a day or more, and I got no response to my questions about how long it would take. After two weeks I had lost patience and needed my car back so went in person to collect it. Only then did I get any useful information from them. I left with neither of the problems I took the car there for fixed. I wasn't offered a courtesy car either, which would have been nice considering the length of time they took.Very dissapointing experience at Star Ford Glendale. I won't be going back there and I don't recommend anyone else goes there either.

I ve been going to star ford Glendale regularly for my work truck 250 super duty. I ve always been seeing Martin as my service advisor. He s very professional very helpful. They always take care of me and my colleagues. I am very happy and super satisfied with how Martin has always helped me. Service department is always on timely manner. I waited for over a week to get a diagnosis, and despite a quick two-hour car check, I was surprised to hear from advisor Nichole that it would take an additional two weeks to fix my car. When I asked for rental coverage, she told me to talk to the manager. The manager even quoted $200 more than Nichole but guaranteed a one-week repair. In order to expedite my car's repair, I had to agree to that offer, bearing the $800 rental cost myself. In fact, I had come to a nearby dealership before I came to this dealership, and they provided a diagnosis and a cheaper quote within a day, offering a much lower cost and quicker repair. I chose this dealership believing it would offer better service and price, but I'm deeply disappointed. The service here is expensive and slow. They even called me after I wrote down the truth, and abruptly hang up my phone. I've spent over $8000 solely on transmission repairs in three years. I regret driving such a long distance to have my car fixed here and have lost faith in purchasing any Ford vehicle again. The whole experience leaves me very uncomfortable at the mere mention of "Ford."

Timely work performed, even after a new part was found to be defective, Martin and the crew hustled to get a new one and installed it quickly! I was kept informed all along the way. Martin took the time to ride with me on multiple test drives to find a disturbing noise the turned up. It a good thing too! Turns out, the front side of the drive shaft had only 1 bolt left and it was barely hanging on. I think these guys very well could have saved my life! At the bery least they prevented a catastrophic wreck!! Thanks Star Ford, and especially Martin for going above and beyond to listen to my concerns and remedy a serious issue. Great work on the AC replacement which is the service I came in for. Who would have thought that the drive shaft issue would turn up at the moment of a test drive to check the new AC! I m feeling blessed and taken care of!

My most recent experience was with Sarah, who actually followed up with me the day after my service!For great customer service, friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians I can always count on Star Ford! So far i have had a great experience coming to star ford! The staff is very Friendly, knowledgeable of what your car may need and reccomend what should urgently be fixed now or can be done later. Nelson, Seta and one more technician (that i forgot her name) Communicated very well to me what needed to be done and how long it may take. Overall i have had a great experience at Star Ford

The service at Star Ford was GREAT! From the very beginning, with my car's water pump issue, Ford sent me out a tow truck, got me in a rental and did not try to sell me a new car. LOL, now that I'm thinking about it, they probably have a connection with the car rental place who gave me the newest version of my vehicle. But it doesn't matter because the service was very nice, and my car runs so much smoother. The gentleman looked at everything on my car and found additional issues that were covered. My car runs great and I am very happy. They checked up on me during the rental period and after. Nice experience.

I just had three cars in a row in for service at Star Ford. A Bronco, a Lightning and a Mustang. Three very different vehicles and different services. They handled all three professionally and efficiently. They are a fantastic service center. Manny always goes out of his way to help. Seta and Eddie are excellent service advisors. I would not have my Ford vehicles serviced anywhere else. Everything seems expensive these days but the loyalty points system really pays off for me to keep the costs down. I love when I can wait for my vehicle to be completed. It gives me the chance to go look at the new vehicles on the lot and in the showroom. You can trust Star Ford. BTW - my Lightning recently powered an outdoor wedding reception. I did not know you can monitor all three power areas (truck bed, interior, and frunk) individually. It was amazing as it powered the DJ, the ovens for the caterer, and all the lights! In 8 hours it only used 10% of the battery! That vehicle should get more credit for the power features.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted Chett Ward about ordering a Maverick. He was always nice on email and phone but never placed my order. After about 2 months I went in and he apologized and we filled out paperwork, he said it would be done next couple of days. After a week I called back and he wouldn't take my call, Andy was now going to handle it. He said he had paperwork and was going to give it to Ryan, the GM. It was supposed to be ordered in the next day or 2. After a week and a half I called and no one was available so the woman who answered the phone, Jasmine, said she would find out and get back to me that day, never called back. After 2 more weeks I gave up and went to Galpin Ford and spoke with Cheryl, order was put in within the hour. Still haven't heard back from any of the 4 people I dealt with at Star.

I was told I would need to leave my car there for a few days. They have had it now for 23 days and still have no diagnosis, which means I m paying for a rental out of pocket while they haven t even seen my car. Anyone who drives my car can feel the problem, but the technicians don t have a clue (I was told that if they had to drive all the cars that have problems, they would be just driving all day) so that means they only go by codes. I have always given great reviews even when I wasn t happy with the service because errors are human and I always like to trust that we all do our best. This time it s too much.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN YEARS. Ted was awesome and easy to deal with. We also loved how easy Harry made the process. There was no upsell, no nonsense, just a very fair, honest car deal with good people. I have purchased 23 cars in my life, and this was by far one of the easiest purchases to date. Thank you again guys, it makes such a difference when you are so good, and genuine at what you do. I will be back.

Awesome deal that we couldn't pass up. We were on our way down on a Sunday to finalize a deal. We procrastinated, and they sold the truck we wanted. That was our fault. My wife wanted to make sure the deal we were getting was indeed a good deal. Her research took way to long and we lost out, but Sasha & Alex found us a better truck and man it's nice. Glad things worked out. Still got a better truck, and a better deal by almost $10K with comparable trucks from other manufacturers. It rides like a dream and pulls the boat & trailer wit ease. My wife said it was the easiest new car transaction she's ever done. Finance department was great. Sales was great. Fuel tank was full. No complaints whatsoever.

If I were you, I would avoid this service center at ALL COSTS. I wish I would have read the reviews before getting so scammed. Lesson learned, I suppose.Here's the story: This was the worst car service experience I have ever had, bar none. Nelson Soliz (a "service advisor") was completely unhelpful, rude, and took advantage of me. If you absolutely MUST go to a dealer (I reocmmend against it, go to the Noho location)The first sign should have been that they asked to buy my car when I got on site. Of course I said no, but they were going to try and charge me so much that I would have to. That wasn't happening.After keeping my car for five days citing that he "couldn't find the issue," Nelson tried to charge me $2300 for something that I got done for $400 at another mechanic (J&E Complete Auto is just around the corner from Ford and SO GOOD and transparent). When I told him this, he yelled "GOOD FOR YOU" and then he forced me to pay $400 for a vague diagnosis that was - in the end - incorrect.He also claimed that his mechanics completed a required tire rotation, charged me for it, then never actually updated Carfax, and I don't believe they created the word.NEVER GO HERE. You have been warned.

Had a horrible experience here. Don t come here for recalls! I came in knowing that the TCM was malfunctioning (it was always an issue with Ford Fiestas). They inspect and quote me over 800 for replacing sensors and told me the TCM was not the issue, and if I said no I still had to pay 200+ just for the inspection, so I foolishly paid knowing my car wasn t safe to drive off the lot and I was going to still have to pay 200 to be told the wrong thing anyways. Within a couple days of getting my car, it starts shutting off while driving. I return- and guess what! It was the TCM the whole time (which I had told them from the beginning. They were obligated to fix this for free due an extended warranty on the part since Ford knowingly sold faulty TCMs on this car.) Nichole was incredibly rude to me the whole time- would tell me a date of a fix and that they would follow up with me-but I had to follow up every time. It took weeks. They kept pushing the date it would be fixed back until I started insisting that Ford needed to provide me with a rental- and then suddenly it was fixed. No apology or acknowledgment that they made me pay 800 for a different unnecessary fix and that I had actually been correct for the beginning that I was entitled to get the TCM fixed for free. And Nichole was so shockingly rude when I tried to explain what the problem with my car was (I was right the whole time)Never ever againAlso shortly after they sent me a letter in the mail offering to buy my car- FOR LESS THAN THEY JUST HAD ME FIX MY CAR! my car is definitely worth 800 even at the scrap yard. Terrible scammy place.

Brought my 2016 f150 XLT twin turbo for few issues. Prior service adviser (Eddie Hernandez or Gonzales) kept my truck for two weeks with slim to no communication after multiple contacts and in person appearances. Took two weeks to get my car warranty phone info from me!!!Two weeks my truck sat there while I paid rental car fees out of my own pocket.Mannie (manager) was also contacted for lack of response from Eddie with NO RETURN CALLS OR TEXTS..I had to go in person and raise hell to get things done.However, thanks to Mr Nelson Soliz and my new advisor Christian Aghak, I got my truck in less than a week .Thank you Christian for communicating with me and keeping me in the loop.Thank you Mr Soliz too.. YOU TWO ROCK!
