I'm in the process of using these guys to get some minor damage fixed after someone hit me.I haven't had the car fixed yet as the back and forth with insurance takes forever but I've worked with Arthur to get an estimate taken and setup was a breeze. He seems like a genuinely good guy and someone who loves cars. It was easy to call and make an appointment and when I was there it was quick and easy.I'll update once parts come in and they are able to get my ride fixed up.Only cons so far is that these guys have a full lot which doesn't leave much room for parking.

I gave this place a shot after somebody damaged my front bumper. I was going to go to the place recommended by my mechanic of 15 years, but my insurance sent me there to be inspected. The owner of the shop seemed legit to me, he seemed like the kind of guy who just want to do a good job. So I decided to give him a shot. I am not disappointed. The car looks better than when I bought it. The service was fast and the owner of the place kept me in the loop the all time. I recommend this place highly.

Some stranger ended up hitting my car, luckily I got there insurance and everything was taken care of. These guys are very professional, they are in constant communication and will notify you of any changes. The estimated time for repair completion was accurate and they kept their promise and my car looks brand new. They did a great job, highly recommend their business.Service: Body & Trim

DON'T RISK IT! You can see my longer review in YELP, but briefly here I'll tell you: 1. Gave me my car back (supposedly FINISHED) with ridiculously bad alignment (and I'd told them that was an important aspect of the repair) 2. When they finally fixed that, the car had new deep scratches on the center console, disgusting stains on the headrest, and an even more disgusting mildew smell. 3. They WOULD NOT RETURN MY MULTIPLE CALLS to get these things dealt with (particularly those interior scratches, which would take a simple small part replacement - I took care of the rest myself).ANDY helped me. He seems to care and be helpful, but failed me so completely with this problem, I just can't consider him favorably now. He would take my calls, promise I'd get a return call and then - nothing!THIS PLACE IS DISHONEST AND HAS NO INTEGRITY. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGING MY CAR INTERIOR - they would not even discuss it! I can't imagine they would actually honor their stated "life of the car" warrantee - I just can't trust them now.They get a ton of work from the nearby car lots so I see now that they just don't care about the individual customers.You really should go elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Honest & transparent review:Absolutely incredible experience. I drive a Mazda 3. My back right panel near the wheel popped out due to a fender bender the day before. In addition to that, the paint on the panel was heavily impacted and that s what had me most concerned. I was referred to Star Auto by Nathan at the Mazda service department in Glendale and was told to ask for Eli. Eli was busy with a customer, but Arthur Andranikyan was available to assist me. He had a mechanic come out to inspect the car. The mechanic was able to pop the panel back in within a few minutes. Then, Arthur had someone come and polish and buff out the paint issue and it looked as if nothing ever happened. **Arthur didn t charge me a thing even after I insisted. Simply gave me a hand shake and a smile. Wow. This just doesn t happen at an auto body spot. I ll refer every person to Arthur and Star Auto in general.Hands down the best service and kindness I ve received at an auto body repair shop.

Mercury insurance claim brought me here. Service was great and fast. Car looks as good as new. Had progress updates along the way as some parts were on backorder. Would definitely recommend.

Went there with feeling pretty down because of my car being side swiped at the super market, figured it would never be the same especially because it s a black color. Walked in to the office and I was greeted very professionally but at the same time friendly. They told me it was gonna be alright. Well I was in disbelief on the quality of the work when done. The finish was better than factory, no waves, or swirls on the paint or the body. Finished on time and absolute top quality. Thank you guys!

My car was nearly totaled in a hit-and-run. The damages skated just a couple percentage points under the line. Star Auto worked with me to keep those expenses down. They even went above and beyond, fixing older damage to parts that weren t involved in the accident. They kept me updated every step of the way and couldn t have been nicer while doing it. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Was recommended here by Glendale Dodge. Originally told it would take 3 weeks, then after was called with estimate told me 2 weeks. At 2 weeks I called, no one called me, and they said 1 more week. Ok,no problem, then after this week I called again, not ready one more week. I was getting pissed but I wanted it good so I didn't say anything. Again it's been 4 weeks I just showed up. Wasn't ready but if I waited about 1 hour it would be. I took the rental back and waited 2 hours. Finally ready! Got my truck.When I got home. Things weren't right. Back bumper color was off, back door had weird stains, and the tire wasn't replaced. I told them about the tire from the begining. Called and was told bring it back Monday and we'll make it right. Mario was very nice and said we'll get it right. Told me 2 or 3 days. I went Wednesday, nope, not ready. I called Thursday, nope they said Monday! The following Monday it was ready. This is 6 weeks total from when I took it in.It looked good but after 1 day, I noticed a missing part, no way am I taking it back! I'd rather pay and get it fixed myself. Not going through this hell anymore! This was an insurance job, so it wasn't a money thing. They are just very disorganized, won't call you you have to call them and no quality control. Do yourself a favor - stay away!

Just had a terrible experience with poor customer service and discrimination from employee Bernie Fierro. That was after the third time going back there because, first time his computer wasn't working, second time he wasn't there, and third time he was plain rude and chose to serve another customer who came after who happened to be of much lighter complexion and without a foreign accent and then wasn't able to pull all the info he had previously written down. When asked about it he said if you're not happy you can leave. Hence the very poor review.

Just had some work done with these guys. Mario and Harry really made us feel at home and at ease. The work they did was pristine. The one thing that sets them apart from the rest of the three "P's" (painters, platers, and powder coaters) is their communication with the customers. We were told that the work would be done on a certain day and Mario asked us to call them by that day at noon. We did call in which Mario was with a customer but Harry said he would check on the status and get back to us shortly. Harry "DID", letting us know that it would be all completed by 4pm on the day they promised. That communication is worth a "million" dollars. Looking forward to having more work on our other vehicle with them soon.

Worst body shop i been too the owner Mario is really shady and money hungry guys was literally forcing us to write the check but never gave us no type of receive or anything of the job they performed on the vehicle paint job was done horrible the hood had spots all over the edges and owner even had the audacity of saying that the car was involved in a front collision damage and that why the truck was unaligned which was really shady because he was trying to cover up all the garbage job saying car was in a previous collision when car has been owned since day one and never been in no type of accident what so ever i really don't recommend anyone going here place is a scam and owner is the shadiest person around and get all agitated when confronted on regards to all the negligence of work.
