I have been coming to Robert's Auto Tech for a few years now. My car has had all types of repairs all maintenance done and I have been very satisfied with the service. Edvin (Robert) is very professional, friendly, and always trustworthy. I always appreciate his timeliness, and responsiveness. Plus, his prices are really good and fair!My car is a 2005 BMW 325i with almost 200K miles. I really love my car and want to it to last for a lot longer. I could not trust any other mechanic to maintain and repair my car. I've had everything from my coolant reservoir, radiator, fans, and hoses replaced and regular maintenance done such as coolant flushes, oil changes, and brake pad replacements. I've even learned a great deal about my car as well!I will continue to come here for all of my car needs!

Car had a transmission issue that another mechanic said he could not fix. Edwin was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He also was able to solve the problem of the car shaking/vibrating when braking from high speeds. Other mechanics always said it was rotors, and the problem always came right back. I've been trying to solve this for 2 years. He diagnosed it as a bad front axle. Great mechanic who takes the time to get the diagnosis right. Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service! Got my electrical brake actuator motor replaced since it stopped working. Edvin explained the process and got the new electrical brake actuator installed on time for me. Worst of the worst.My wife and I used to go here for the affordable and expeditious oil changes, which, at the time, cost about $25 and took less than 10 minutes. We were always so pleased with the "service" that we would tip the mechanics $20 each time.Well, as it turned out, they never did a thing to change our oil whatsoever. They allowed my wife to drive around without any oil in her car, thinking it freshly changed. The type of person who would do such a thing, on top of accepting a generous tip, is truly deplorable.A short time after we had concluded that something was off, a coworker of mine confirmed our suspicions. She had known the employees who worked there, and casually stated that it was something they did all the time. Nice business ethics.Never go here for anything.

This is the best place, I have been getting my oil changes, brakes,and full service from here for 3 years, Edwin is very trustworthy and a great mechanic. I trust him with all of my families car.

Went for years but quit. The more worked picked up (the busier they got), the more expensive jobs got. Didn't appreciate promoting gaseous nitrogen for tire fill and other items clearly not needed or of value. I bought a car from Car City not too long ago and about a week after I bought it I had to get it repaired. They recommend me to their in house mechanic. I was told it was a small coolant leak (which I paid to have a repaired a week after I bought the vehicle). The coolant by the way still leaked. Went to go pick up the vehicle the shop owner was not there had to go pick up the vehicle from the dealership. Coolant was leaking a week after. I took it to my mechanic by my home in Oxnard only to Find out I had an severe engine oil leak and it has been built up for months. This failure to notify me of the leak originally shows the malfeasance Of this establishment and sneaky practices. This mechanic does not know basic vehicle knowledge and failed to notice the major oil leak. He also did not fix the original coolant leak issue and still charged me the full 300 for the issue.Also the review of Mario in this is the same guy who sold me the car this is some fraudulent stuff going on to boost eachother businesses

Don't go here.They take advantage of people. Charged me almost $700 to replace alternator and they damaged my A/C system.
