Excellent performance by the Renew team on our model Y , my wife got a dent on her tesla and the team at Renew made sure we got a great price and a quality repair, we were worried that since they are tesla certified they would charge a heavy premium but they actually were extremely reasonable! When my wife came to pick up the car, Arthur made sure any concerns were addressed to our satisfaction and that we did not leave unhappy with any aspect of the repair as well.All in all, great customer service, quality work, speedy repair and a great value especially with the tesla certification! Will be coming here for all my repairs!

Norik was an absolute dream to work with in a nightmare of a situation. I was in an accident in my 2023 model 3 and he was extremely communicative and reassuring throughout the entire process. My insurance is through Tesla and they were a nightmare to work with arranging a tow, a rental, reversing approved claims, etc. and Norik + Art took care of all of it.I was given a repair timeline of 6-8 weeks given delays in Tesla parts and extent of damage but my car was back in 3. Renew delivered my car and took my rental entirely complimentary.Anastasia - who I presume holds a title of customer care coordinator - was also extremely sweet and communicative.I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you so, so incredibly much.

Renew collision was amazing to work with. When our fairly new Tesla got hit, our insurance company was creating a huge hassle about using OEM parts on our car. They wanted to use third party parts and parts from other salvaged cars as they claimed the quality was equivalent. They also wanted us to go to one of their 'approved' body shops which tend to have bad quality jobs, but are cheaper for the insurance company to funnel their customers to.I did my own homework on a better body shop and found that Renew collision seemed to have a really good track record, especially with Teslas. They also have all the Tesla repair certifications. From the first call they were extemely helpful and flexible to work with. You can tell they are a small team that are all very sharp and honest.In particular, Arthur went to bat for us against the insurance company -- spending a lot of time going back and forth with them to ensure that only new parts are used on our car, as is required by Tesla. He ended up getting it all approved and fully covered.When the job was finished -- it was done perfectly. Flawless paint matching, no issues at all.When you work with Renew you can trust that they will be on your side and fight very hard with the insurance companies to make sure your car is fixed properly. We will never go anywhere else for car repairs.

Tesla gave me a referral for Renew Collision Center which turned out to be very close and convenient to the Burbank dealership.Once I met David and his brothers, my fears vanished. They were super nice, knowledgable guys who assured me that they would get my car body work taken care of properly and on time.I immediately started getting text messages through out the week, keeping me posted on their progress.Finally I received a text that my car was ready. They did a perfect job and I had absolutely no issues which is why the next time I needed a Tesla repair I called them directly.If you are a Tesla owner in the Southern California area, I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Renew Collision Center. EXCELLENT SERVICE & EARLY DELIVERY!!!I m supper happy with the service they provided. Super nice and professional people. They took care of my car from 0-100 !!!My car looks like a brand new car as it was before my accident. Had a car accident my back right door was hit by a motorcycle. Renew collision fixed it . Looks good. But unfortunately they weren't that good with the electrical my back window doesn't go down and this is how they left my main front door. I don't recommend this place.

Norik and has team are simply the most professional collision experts you will find in Los Angeles. It was already unfortunate to be involved in an accident but finding Renew Collision Center was the oasis of what could have been a terrible experience. They were incredible flexible and immediately looked at our car. I wouldn't even think twice about working with them again. They were very communicative throughout out the process and their work truly speaks for itself. Our car came back spotless and the repairs were top quality.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was referred to this body shop by Tesla to repair a small dent in my Model 3. The team at Renew did a fantastic job, I honestly couldn t tell the dent had ever been there when I got the car back. A year later I had managed (wince!) to put another dent in my car, and came back for a second round of repairs. My point of contact in the office, Norik, did a great job of explaining the process, and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. Communication was great through the entire process, and once again I was very pleased with the work they did- they went above and beyond! I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone, they re now my go to guys for any body work I need done on my Model 3.

I have been taking my cars to Renew Collision for years and refer all my friends to them all the time. They're very professional and provide the fastest services. They have the best team, if they tell you a specific day to get your car back, you'll get it no later than that. I had an accident on the freeway in my Sonata and the entire backside of the car was ruined. A friend of mine highly recommended I go with Renew Collision Center in order to get my car fixed. Once I notified my insurance and passed on my request to have them fix my car, I was immediately taken care of. I spoke to David and Gary. Both were so wonderful to work with. They took care of the rest moving forward. From the insurance, the paperwork...from beginning to end. I can not begin to tell you how professional this company and team is! I was communicated about every step of the process and repair of my car. They provided me with realistic expectations, status updates and they followed through on everything. I literally had nothing to worry about because of how thorough and timely they operated. This tells you they have a huge amount of experience and expertise. This was my first time going to a body shop and I'm so glad they were recommended to me. I value a word of mouth recommendation. They were kind enough to drive my car back to my home in perfect condition. Also, I'd like to mention, that a couple of days after getting my car back, I accidentally closed my garage door on the backside of the bumper that they had just fixed, and I embarrassingly took it back, and they quickly fixed the small scratch. I am so thankful for the positive experience and I highly recommend this Renew Collision Center. Thank you Gary and David!

I was referred to Renew Collision Center by the Tesla service center in Burbank for my Model 3. I spoke with a number of body shops to get price comparisons. After I spoke with Norik, I knew that I was going to be using Renew's services and I'm very happy I did.I dropped my Model 3 off and got it back in about 10 days (two days before we had originally thought). The communication was professional, fun, and timely. Any time I called and spoke with the team, they knew exactly who I was and proceeded to provide me with any updates they had with my Model 3. They worked great with my insurance company and didn't have any "funny business" (I'm always hesitant about this with auto mechanics/repair shops).I will be using Renew's services for any other body work I need done to my Model 3. I'm very happy with their services and can't recommend them enough.Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to RCC by Tesla for some minor bumper damange.From the 1st phone call to picking up the repaired car, David provided excellent service.Getting a quote was super-easy over the phone. I sent David some pictures and he was able to get me a quote the same afternoon.Drop-off was very efficient and they even had a loaner ready for me.While my car was in the shop I got updates via text on the status of my car.Best of all, they finished an entire day early.When I picked up the car, it was cleaned inside and out. They even had plastic wrapping around my steering wheel.Generally, when working with car shops, I'm a bit skeptical. However, David and his team were top notch. I was recommended to this shop by the Tesla Service Center. I was initially skeptical due to a bad experience with a prior Tesla certified shop. However, Gary and David proved me wrong. Great place to get your car worked on. I have a couple Teslas and I don t even use the service centers anymore. I just go to Renew and the job gets done right.
