If nothing else, know this: I am here to sing their praises! These folks and the work they do are simply unimpeachable! They re excellent!PUR collision center made what was a HORRIBLE experience - my first accident ever - into something relatively painless in terms of repair.The car looks brand new!Truly!It s kind of miraculous!The accident, while not violent, was apparently pretty damaging to the car. And, for a whole host of reasons, this could have been infinitely harder to deal with had I not found and chosen PUR to do the repairs.Art and his team picked up the car, told me the process, gave me an estimated time it would be ready and stuck to their word to the letter.Having grown to 44 years and hearing horror stories of repair shops and car dealings in general, I was kind of always expecting a gotcha or a surprise or an upcharge, but absolutely not.Art handled my nervous Nelly tendencies with kindness and humor and even patiently worked with me regarding full payment (don t mess with high deductibles friends! Not fun!)Moral of the story, have good insurance, don t be cheap about it, drive more cautiously in the LA rain, and though I hope you never have to, if you find yourself in need of an absolutely excellent, reasonable, reasonably priced, transparent repair shop, where the folks are kind and helpful- go to PUR!

Awesome job by the PUR team! I had my driver side mirror cap stolen some time ago and was driving around with it missing. I spoke to the team on Yelp and they were very friendly and helpful. Gave me a great quote, took care of the part purchase, installation, and paint job very quickly, and I m on the road again. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

I recently had my bumper replaced here for my 2019 Honda Hatchback, and it was a fantastic experience! Art, the owner, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. His expertise was evident, which gave me confidence in the process.The bumper replacement was done with precision, leaving no trace of the previous damage. Art and the crew there really took care of me and my car. I got into an accident and the other person's insurance tried to total my car. Art negotiated with them and they lowered their estimate so he could fix it and not have it totaled.When I got the car back, they had done an excellent job. Couldn't even tell I was in an accident. If I ever need body work done again, I will definitely go back to PUR (and recommend them to anyone who asks).

Excellent service today from PUR Collision Center today. Great price, fast service, and excellent & friendly communication for a dent fixed on my back 1/4 panel. Their location was easy to find the shop was very clean and well maintained. While the car was being serviced, I really appreciate the close proximity to the Galleria mall while I waited. Highly recommend !!!

PUR Collision is the only body shop I trust in LA. Art and his team have worked on my beloved Acura twice now and they always go above and beyond. Like truly above and beyond! These guys are the best in the game and I couldn t recommend them more. My car looks better than brand new thanks to these guys. I will always choose their shop over others. They ve found a forever client :-)

I fully recommend this shop for all your auto body needs. I brought my Subaru with a bent frame here. Art and his team took care of everything, making the whole process super easy and efficient.I got my car back in pristine condition. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Seriously. Absolutely the best collision place I've ever dealt with. We've dealt with them a couple times now.Honest, reputable, trustworthy and consistent quality work. And they do everything they can to make it an easy, quick experience for you. Because dealing with an accident etc is hard enough.It's so hard to paint match, especially black paint and even more, metallic flake ones. They did so flawlessly for me. On the plastic bumper to boot.Without a doubt. This is who you want to call if you need your car brought back to new.

Coming off of some subpar service at other body shops/maintenance center, I found PUR based on great reviews and GM Certifications when my 2020 Camaro was recently rear ended.Working with Art and the PUR team was a refreshing and trust restoring experience. The team performed excellent paint and body work, and prepped/painted the parts in advance so I was only without my car for a few hours. Beyond that, they helped perform a slight touch up of a factory defect with leftover paint at no cost. They also added helpful advice on regular maintenance, and pointed out some issue areas where the car had previously been repainted or had maintenance.I take meticulous good care of my car, which leads to great frustration when things go wrong or aren't repaired with great quality and care. Art's attitude and friendly nature made me feel that he and the team cared equally about my car - something that is seemingly rare in today's customer service environment.If you care for your vehicle and want to take it to someone who will care equally, I can't recommend the PUR team enough!

This review is long overdue, but Arthur and his partners did a great job with fixing up my bumper and taking care of scratches. In a nutshell, the left side of the bumper took a hit during a rainy night after my foot slipped off the brake and the side of the car got scratched up thanks to a bad parking job. Both things combined made me want to take the car to somewhere that would do the job without breaking my piggy bank.They gave me a fair quote with a fast turn-around considering the other jobs they had and the rainy weather at the time (was promised in 2 weeks and it was done under 1.5 week). All along the way, they gave me updates so I would know where they were in the process, which I appreciated because being without my car is always a hassle.Overall, for someone who isn't car savvy, I believe I was treated fairly and the car looked pretty much brand new afterwards.Added some pics after the job was completed (wish I had the before pics for comparison but I deleted them).

Stopped by to get a free estimate for some deep scratches on my car. Art was very nice to take a look and try to buff out the scratches. Even tried to put on some touch up paint for free. Appreciate the kind gesture and can recommend!

I took my 2018 Infiniti Q60 in about 3-4 weeks ago for repair of a moderate size dent, some scratches, front bumper repair for an open lip and painting. All work came out to be of high quality and am thoroughly pleased with the service. I would 100% recommend them for any work.

Waited several months for a backordered taillight - PUR Collision did a great job communicating with the dealer etc. and finished the job in 10 minutes when the part arrived. Professional and efficient services, highly recommend!

One of the worst bodyshop's! The owner, Artur, is a scammer. He tried to pull a fast one on my insurance, claiming $4000 for storage fees when my car wasn t even there for 2 weeks. My insurance caught on and didn t pay him. But then Artur turned to me, and told me that I have pay him $1000 in cash for storage, even though he promised that I don't have to pay him anything and insurance would cover everything. Watch out for this guy and body shop in general. Artur is definitely not trustworthy and will try to scam you too!

Worst body shop ever they end up screwing you over. The guy Artur a scammer he wanted 25k for storage fee from the insurance I was going through so he can end up keeping my car and then my auto loan try to get the car and he wanted 15K for them so I could get my car back but ended up putting a lien on my car so he could keep it. never bring your vehicle here.

They were so nice! I got side swiped on my brand new car and thought it was going to be 10 times worse than it was. Art was so nice to polish the area for me free of charge and to find out it was just paint that came off smoothly. Thank you so much!

I just bought my Corolla Hatchback this year and I recently backed into an island next to a gas pump and hit my bumper! I brought my car here and Art was very kind and I feel gave me a fair price for this repair, he also fixed a chip on the front bumper that was unrelated to this accident and I couldn t be happier! Art and his team are magicians as well as honorable. I came into his shop with a sizable dent and he gave me a great estimate for the repair. The repair looks amazing (literally like nothing happened to the car) and he held firm to his estimate even though it required additional costs not foreseen. I offered to pay him a bit more for the issues that were discovered but he adamantly refused. While I hope to never need his services again, if I do there is only one shop I will go. I ll be sending everyone to his shop. In fact, my girlfriend left her car there for repairs when we came to pick up mine. She wanted to have them fix some dings and paint work on the bumper of her car. There is no one better. Just go see Art at Pur Collision. You won t be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car had an accident that left the back right panel of the car scuffed up and dented, as well as some old damage in the front left A Pillar, trunk and spoiler. I initially took the car to another place for a quote, but ended up at PUR because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car with the other shop. Art was very understanding and helpful from the beginning - he is extremely honest with the way he does business, and explains all of your options for repair in details.When I got my car back, it looked brand new, and the paint job was consistent with a factory finish. If you're looking for a dependable, honest, high quality shop to bring your car back to the way it should be - Art and his team at PUR are the people to go to.

Great place, helped me figure out the entire process including contacting my insurance and figuring out how the rental car process works. Glad to find a good spot so close to my house too. I should also note I went to like 4 other shops just to kinda get a vibe for how the work was done and this was the best as far as storage and how and where the painting is done.

Art and his team live up to the hype! Took my Tesla Model 3 to them for repair and was extremely happy with the results. You cannot tell there was ever anything wrong with my car. It looks good as new - like magic!Art walked me through everything that needed to be done and he even worked with me on the pricing. The final estimate was so reasonable that I was able to pay without using my insurance. (5x less than what my local Tesla-authorized body shop had quoted me.) I would absolutely recommend PUR Collision Center to anyone I know!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After taking my car to another shop in Pasadena I was left waiting for 3 WEEKS and no progress what so ever. I read some awesome reviews on yelp on what collision shop I should continue this process with, therefore I decided to bring my car to Art at PUR collision . Ever since, it s been a weight off my shoulders my car was ready in two weeks as soon as my monthly rental came to an end. 10/10 experience my car looks great and the professionalism of this business is well admired by myself and many others. The bumper of my car was scratched by another car in a parking lot. My Christian sister offered to take care of it her self and found PUR collision center.Since the 1st call I made, I was greeted with respect and welcomed at my earliest convenience. They worked with my sister and me taking both of our calls to coordinate for service dates and for my sister to come in to make the payment. They were concerned about the 3rd party not paying and me being stuck with the bill.They also took care of another issue I caused underneath the car and a part was dragging. They did a free quick fix while I decide on getting broken parts replaced. At the time of payment, my sister was surprised to be charged something like $20 less than the initial estimate.I recommend this place 100% and more!They are honest and love to help.Most importantly they deliver quality work.

I recently took my Tesla Model 3 to this car repair place to have my bumper repaired, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the owner and staff were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.The repair process was incredibly quick, and my bumper looks as good as new! They took the time to explain what was wrong and how they fixed it, which I really appreciated.What really stood out to me, though, was the care they took with my Tesla. PUR Collision Center in Glendale, CA did a wonderful job fixing my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Because of the age of my car AAA refused to pay for authentic Subaru parts. PUR ordered after market parts put them on my car and then photographed the car to show how they did not fit properly. After insurance approval PUR returned bad parts and ordered Subaru factory parts to properly finish the job!! Thank you PUR for going above and beyond to repair my car to its pre-collision condition.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my car rear ended on 04/25/2023 Asked the guys to come and look at the vehicle to give me an estimate (car wasn t drivable). The gladly sent the tow truck to pick up my car and took it to the shop. Had really great experience with this body shop. HIGHLY recommending PUR. Thank you very much for the amazing job

Let me start by saying that Art is amazing at what he does. In this day and age, it is hard to find competent people with common sense! Having to fix a broken car is stressful enough and Art made the process of dealing with an insurance so stress free. I appreciate the fact that everything was explained to me in details (as far as the cost and the timeline) and I didn't have any surprises at the end. I got in a fender bender and took my car here. Art and the rest of the staff were very helpful, and very professional. They made the entire process easy for me, and returned my car in better condition that when I bought it from the lot. I highly recommend them to anybody.

I went to all of the auto body shops on San Fernando Rd for an estimate on a paint and dent repair for my Mazda CX-5. When I met with Alex, he was the nicest and most genuine person out of all of them. He was upfront with the entire process needed to fix my car which made me feel comfortable and assured that my car was going to be in great hands. The quality of work is impeccable and my car is good as new probably even better than before!! I highly recommend this place for honest service.

this shop is legit! I asked for a quote to replace fender liners and they gave me the best price out of all the local shops and scheduled me right away. I brought my car and they started working on it right away. fast, friendly and work quality is top notch. I'll definitely be coming back
