I had really bad experiences with body shops before, till I worked with Prime Time Collision . It was the easiest, smoothest, and fastest repair ever.When I took my car to their body shop they d already had my rental reserved without me asking them. They were updating me regularly on the status of the car, and even though we were middle of a bunch of holidays, they did their best to finish my car on time. My car looks great as day one, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great and I m satisfied with their job.Without a doubt, I d recommend anyone who is looking for a fair, reliable, and trustworthy body shop; Prime Time Collision . Take your car to them and be sure you will be satisfied and happy with the results.

Very happy I found them, honest people here! They fixed my Tesla Model 3 very quickly. The job was done nicely with a very fair price, and everything went smoothly. I didn't go through insurance, and that sped things up for me! Highly recommended.

This is the BEST body shop in Southern California. I ve taken at least 3 cars here. Gary and the team takes care of me every time. Super friendly people. And of course, my car looks brand new once again! Can t thank them enough. 5 stars always!!

Gary and his crew did a great job in giving me the best deal after shopping around the area to fix up a couple of side scrapes on my car. He made sure to work with my insurance to get me the best deal possible. They also did a great job on the car! The color matched, the affected areas looked brand new, the car was washed and waxed, tires were shining, and it was even cleaned on the inside! Very happy with their work.

I recently took my car here to have it fixed and I had a great experience from start to finish. Carlos was both friendly and professional - always communicating clearly and promptly with me. I felt that I could count on him. Gary was also helpful when I was at the shop. My car looks perfect. Highly recommend this body shop!

Had a flat tire near the area and they were accommodating. Fixed it in no time and had a pleasure conversing with good, solid experienced mechanics. Great experience and would happy to give my business again. Andy was great!

This place cost me waaayyyy less than other quotes I got from shops in the area. On top of affordability, they were professional, timely and did quality work. Would recommend to anyone needing auto body repair.

Mick and his brothers are the best! Men of great integrity are hard to find in this line of business so they have made a lifetime customer out of me after I found what great character they all have. They also make good coffee, be sure to bug them for a free cup.

My experience at Prime Time was Great. They took care of everything even arranged call rental pick up and drop-off. They fixed my car and it looks just like new, They even did a full car wash before my pickup. I want to specially thank Carlos, He was very communicative and helpful.

My 2009 Honda Accord was totaled by an idiot who was texting while driving. The insurance company of the driver at fault was based in Illinois and gave horrible service and refused to total the car from the pictures. I called around looking for auto body shops that included tow in their service so that I didn t have to go through the pain of filing a separate claim for the tow on top of the original claim for the collision. Gary answered my call and got a tow truck out to me within a couple of hours. He did all the paperwork and filed everything so I had nothing to worry about. He also confirmed what I already knew that the car was beyond reasonable repair, and filed the adjustment with the terrible insurance company. Not only that, he took the time and consideration to explain to me the paperwork process for the salvage sell and transfer of title. This was all weeks after they had already released my car to the insurance company. I have never felt so helped and supported by an auto shop. I hope I never have a need for an auto body shop again but if I ever do then this will definitely be the place I go to from now on. Very, very nice people.

I'd been in a bad car accident and the front right side of my car was totally crumpled.A friend referred me to Prime Time collision. I took my car there. After a month, my car was ready.They worked really fast. I was shocked that they were able to finish fixing my car in this bad market. Result was awesome.Thank you!

Prime Time really came through on my custom s2000. Its been a 2 year project, very tricky with the custom wide body. they handled alot of the work, and the paint job. I took my wifes car to them, they did a great job at a great price.

I was very lucky to find Prime Time Collision Center the same day I damaged my car. I was given a quick estimate for repairs. Everyone was friendly and professional. The job was completed within time frame promised. My Tesla looked like new!

this is the 3rd car we've taken to Prime Time. Harmik and his staff did an impeccable job on my Subaru. they replaced and painted the bumper. looks brand new. I didnt go through insurance, they gave me a great price.

I wanted to share a big shout-out to Gary and Carlos for helping me out with repairs for my BMW 328i. I was part of an unfortunate hit and run accident where someone damaged my back bumper while I was away from my vehicle. Carlos was beyond helpful and helped me navigate the repairs as well as conversations with my insurance provider when it was discovered that there were more repairs that would be needed (broken bracket, bent bar, pushed-in panel. It was a bad situation, but Carlos was always optimistic and empathized with me throughout the process. Not only is my car in great shape, but Carlos and Gary helped me get the best price for the repairs as well. They'll definitely be my go-to repair shop moving forward.

Mick and his crew are amazing. They fixed my scraped front bumper and PERFECTLY matched the paint color, which is a unique BMW color. They underpromised and overdelivered. Wow! Being new to Los Angeles, I was very hesitant to take my car anywhere without knowing where to go. I read great reviews on Prime Time Collision and from the first day I felt very confident with leaving my car there. Everyone was so nice. Mick and Vick went the extra mile to make sure my car was taken care of and they went into great detail explaining the process. I picked up my car and was surprised and impressed with the quality of work they have provided and for the affordable prices. If I can give this place 10 stars, I would. They were awesome!!! I use to work at a bodyshop and did my homework beforehand. Looked up the parts and amount of tme it would take to fix it. They gave me a great deal and were quick. It is family owned and Andy and Gary were super nice along with Carlos. He tended to my estimate and kept in communication with me about my car. I checked them out on Yelp before I decided to go in and my next review will be on there because these peeps were the best and did a phenomenal job. They even buffed out 2 scratches for me for free. I never want to get in a car accident again but anyone I know, I am referring them here!!! After searching for a while to find the best body shop in the area, I came across prime time based on the reviews they had. Was a little skeptical at first but brought my car to them after a terrible rear end. From the very first visit, the crew went above and beyond in providing the right estimate of damages, taking care of all communication with insurance and estimate approval, keeping me informed at all times, and making sure my car looks exactly the same and even better than before the accident. Great people and great service. Highly recommend them!

Front bumper was crushed and cracked. Not only did they get the new one, paint it to match my car exactly in only a few days, but when they found out I didn't have a ride home while they worked on my car they offered me a lift! Which, even though I lived close, was super sweet seeing as it's LA and the sun was out. I was dreading walking home after working all day. Everyone was very profession and nice and I was kept up to date the entire time. So thrilled I went here and will definitely use their services again if I ever need!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place has the absolute most talented auto body guys in all of Los Angeles. I really cant compliment this shop enough, especially after my second visit. Dropped my car off early in the week and it was ready before the weekend. Ive been telling all my family this is the only body shop worth going to from here on out, at this price and at this quality of work, its ridiculous to consider going anywhere else. Fixed up my FJ Cruiser's bumper easily. Free estimates available and the owner Mick is a great guy, really nice and runs this place well. No hassle at all with the process. The car looks great too. Definitely the best auto body shop in Glendale!

My wife and I have been fixing our cars here for about 5 years. Mic has always provided the best service in a timely and cost effective way. He alway goes above and beyond. This week I found myself in a predicament needing some body work done on my car with a quick turnaround as I have to drive to Las Vegas this weekend.I called one shop and I didn t have a good feeling about them, so I decided to call Prime Time. Chris, who answered the phone, was beyond professional and called me back with quotes and time estimates within the time frames he promised. He also worked with me to find the best company to get my car towed to them to work on. I haven t left my house to do anything for this. He took care of everything over the phone.Thanks Chris and thanks Prime Time!

After my car was completely totaled and I was upfront about the fact that I only had liability insurance, Mig helped me tow the car back to the shop, assess the damage and find a junk yard to sell it to--all gratis. I've never had to go through this process before, and I was very braced to be screwed over, but that didn't happen. A big thanks to Mig and his team for being so generous and accommodating.
