I worked with Arthur as my sales person. I called about a car I had seen online. It was a used car that they had recently taken in and so was not yet ready to be sold. Arthur located the car in their system and texted me photos so I could see if it was something that I wanted to purchase.He sent me text updates every few days to let me know when the car would be ready to view.Of course I asked for him on the day I went to view the car. He was very knowledgeable, never pushy and always professional. I can tell you that I absolutely dread the car buying process but Arthur and the whole staff at Pacific BMW made it easy and painless.If you are in the market for a BMW go see Arthur at Pacific BMW. There is no one better than Frank!! Frank helped me from the beginning even when the cars I looked at didn t work out.. he still would reach out to me when new options came in. He found the perfect car for me within my price point & with all the options I wanted. The buying process was extremely easy I was done within a hour. You can truly see how much he cares about his clients. He s always so informative, never pushy and very patient. Frank is THE BEST.

I bought a BMW x4 2021 in December 2023 and I have only driven it for about 3 weeks total since I got it. If it s not one thing wrong with the car it s another Recently it s the heater not working. I bought the vehicle from them because I thought they did an actual inspection and wouldn t just throw any car in the lot well I was wrong. What makes it worse is that I spoke to a sales manger and his solution was offering me extended warranty.. They find any way to make an extra dollar off you. What s better yet is that I asked for a price on the warranty and they never got back to me on a price. The compliance department is also terrible they are impossible to reach and don t call back! Corporate needs to investigate this dealer.

I had a wonderful experience working with James and Raffi. Thanks to Raffi, the process was a breeze there was no going back and forth he was very knowledgeable and I didn't have to spend 2673848 hrs at the dealership. James hands down the best guy to explain details of the car he took his time to go over everything with me and I appreciate his follow up few days later to make sure I didn t have questions. Finally Lucy in finance, she is superb! This being my first purchase experience with Pacific BMW, i have say I was fortunate enough to work with this very knowledgeable trio so thank you to Raffi, James and Lucy.

The service to my car is always 5 star. I get good info from the person doing the work on my car. My issue is the team that accepts the car and team who delivers it once it has been repaired. Drop off: takes no less than 30 minutes, this last visit 50 minutes. Bringing your car, at least 20 minutes and 2x I have had to ask for it after waiting 15 minutes to find out no one was bringing it up. I think they need a new procedure or more help.

I bought a car from here about 5 months and still have not received my plates. I told bmw and they sent me a dmv paper and pretty much told me I'm responsible to pay for that. I have $100,000 + car and this was the worst experience buying a car. I also took my car to get a oil change for the first time after me purchasing it and after I got my car back on my way home my engine light came on which never happened before. I then had to pay $250 for a diagnostic scan.

I always buy cars from Pacific . They give me better deals than other dealerships I ve been to. Rafy is the guy to talk to.From choosing a car to test drive, to closing a deal. He s very understanding and easy , no pressure type of person.I ve had leased and financed a decent number of different cars with Rafy and he never failed me.Thank you !

AVOID THIS PLACE. These guys are joker.I leased my bmw with them on 2022. This was my third visit to them. The guy named Marco was helping me. I brought in my car because the engine light was on and i has a PDC sensor malfunctioning alarm. The day I picked up the car i paid 1200$ ish for the sensor and all the job and when i wanted to drive out of the dealership it just came to my mind that let s take another look around car. That was when i discovered there are damages to the bumper and to the grill.I asked them to review their pictures and video cameras to see who s responsible for the damages, because you know, if there is a big damage like that you will communicate it with your costumer because that s a big upsale for you, but hey they never brought it up with me. I discovered it by myself, and I guess that s why i got so upset. I believe this damage has happened at their store, but they denying it. The manager offered me to replace the grill (which is the cheapest part) as a courtesy to costumer. Haha that s a joke right? You have damaged my bumper, you didn t communicate it with me hoping I won t discover and now trying to bribe me again? That even pissed me off more.My point is that these guys areCareless, irresponsible, and fraud. You don t want to bring your car here.UPDATE: I just spoke with my insurance, and they told me the manager there, Edgar, has refused to give out info about their insurance. They have also didn't send any picture or videos to my insurance.My insurance have identified them at fault and will hold them accountable.

Took my wife's BMW 330i for a scheduled oil change on 4/13/24. They pulled out the wire to the dash cam and didn't replace the wire. First of all, why do you need to unplug the dash cam to do an oil change, 2) if you unhook the wire, why not put it back the way you found it? I had the dash cam professionally installed. Now I may have to pay out of my pocket to get the wire replaced. Stay tuned, I will update as soon as I hear from the service dept.
