Mark, the manager, is true to his word. When I went to pick up my car, an employee tried to charge me for something. But I reminded him to talk to Mark and the promise they made.Everything was good after that.They handled all of the paperwork for me and made it super easy to deal with them.My car was detailed, and it looked amazing when the work was done.The only little issue was that they had removed some covers and hardware inside my car to clean it and forgot to put everything back. It's a good thing I had looked b4 I left. I found the removed parts, and they had a service person put all 4 parts that needed to be screwed on right away.All and all a very pleasant and satisfying experience with them. I would definitely use them again.

Best place to bring your car to get fixed. They are quick and get everything done fast. They take care of talking with the insurance and they will keep you updated when ever they get new information. I've taken multiple cars here and they all get the best service. I took my Chr back in 2021 and they took care of it even when the parts had to come from the factory and the Supra was from July 2023 and was finished super fast and was done right. No short cuts. Will be back here if I need it and will send anyone that I know that needs a body shop.

Clean work. The time they took was very sufficient and they really paid attention to detail without spending more time then needed. Staff was pleasant and reassuring. Overall, what I was guaranteed before they began was the same as the results when they finished. I am blown away by how well the repaired all the dents which were not minor, I know where they would be and still it's hard to tell exactly where they dent was as if it were never there. I haven't even mentioned the paint job, the quality of paint is amazing and they were able to much the original color perfectly it's like a brand new car.

I ll be coming back to this place. German was very professional, know what they re doing and can get parts very quickly. A few other places in the area couldn t help me but I got my body repair done within the same week here. Very happy with the service !

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of service at this auto repair shop. My Lexus ct200h needed urgent assistance due to a loose bumper, and they tackled the task in just 30 minutes. The prices were also pleasantly affordable. Very satisfied!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I came here with a broken reflector on my rear bumper and luckily, I already had a replacement reflector with me so they were able to put the new reflector on my car within 20 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience coming to this place and being treated so kindly by the staff. I was helped out by Mark, and he gave me honest and practical suggestions to help improve the looks of my rear bumper. I would recommend coming to this shop because they provide great service and affordable pricing for their good work. Not to forget to mention, they were also very hospitable when it came to waiting for my car to finish being worked on; they made me coffee and offered me snacks as I waited in the office.Service: Body & Trim

10 out of 10, Would recommend Pacific auto body paint For any cosmetic and small dents and dings.free estimate on your car. Alex really helped me out and looked out for the benefit of my car. Mark and Alex were very helpful. They Stayed in contact with the insurance adjusters to make sure we got the best Deal. They did great work and even touched up some issues that were aside from the accident.

I had a bad accident and had to get my car towed to their auto body shop. My first time ever being there and they were so helpful and attentive. Fast forward to a couple days later and they helped me get rid of my car since it was a total loss. Good pricing, helpful and understanding staff. Definitely bringing our other car here for future needs! Thank you Alex! Appreciate the help

Pacific Auto Body is one of the most professional and accommodating body shops around. The moment Mark took a look at my car and spoke with me I felt at ease. I went through my insurance and they handled all of the correspondence with them seamlessly and got my repair done in just a little over a week!Upon picking up my vehicle I was extremely pleased. The work they did is absoloutely top notch! Both my front bumper and fender needed repair and repainting. The paint job blends seamlessly with the rest of the car body and has a beautiful luster. They also washed and waxed my car and shined the tires. Thank you Mark and Alex and the talented staff of auto body technicians for going above and beyond!!

I ve been going to pacific auto body and paint for years now. With two accidents and a stolen cadalidic converter, the mechanics here have taken care of me with the best and most honest customer service with excellent work to match. Most recently I had my car towed to their shop using their tow service (so fast and easy btw) and because insurance adjusters take forever, I was on the phone with Mark once a day getting updates on my vechicle. You can t beat that kind of communication between yourself and your mechanic! I will only come to this shop and highly recommend you do too. 5 stars!

My wife recently got into a car accident and guess what?! The insurance didn't cover her vehicle. So you can imagine the stress one may have in these situations.Pacific Auto Body & Paint took that stress away and made it extremely easy for us.Not only did we get an extremely good deal, what left an impression is their customer service.Alex was very helpful and kind to my wife and I. It's a family business and it shows...the customer comes first and they definitely displayed that with us.If I could give more stars, I would. The best... 10+ stars.. Fast service and decent prices... Car came out looking like it just drove out the dealership. They have tow service, so call them and have if ur car is not moveable and they'll pick up free and get busy on it.. -Johnathan Snooke
