I had an incredible experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts that exceeded my expectations. Initially, I only intended to replace my windshield wipers, but ended up upgrading my vehicle's lights thanks to Gilbert, who provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in.Gilbert greeted me warmly and promptly offered to help install my wipers. During the installation, I inquired about improving my headlights, and Gilbert was proactive in researching better options for my vehicle. Although the store was temporarily out of stock, Gilbert efficiently arranged for a new set to be delivered within a few hours.He even removed my old headlights in advance to save time during the installation. Gilbert patiently explained the warranty options and differences between the available headlights, ensuring I was well-informed before making a decision. I went there to change my headlight bulbs for my Toyota Camry and Mr. Daniel helped me out from A to Z with his professional manner. He changed my bulbs for me and it worked perfectly. I will come to shop my parts from now on.

I came to O'Reilly after Googling how to replace my headlight bulbs and O'Reilly popped up saying that they will install the bulbs for free if you buy the part from them. So I did. The guys working there were so sweet and patient and helpful. They immediately helped me pick out the right bulb and installed it in just 3 minutes. Such great customer service and such a kind staff! I recommend this spot to all my friends in need of repairs!

It's a pretty big store huge parking lot good customer service huge selection of vehicle parts accessories they even have some motorcycle accessories like filters oil filters some asstetic u can find chain lube etc.

I am a father who lives in Texas. I ve called this O Reilly s in Glendale and spoke to Junior couple months ago and this time Allen today. Both of these men have gone above and beyond to help them me with parts for my daughters car who lives in Los Angeles. Thank you both for helping a father with his daughters car. Today Allen offered to help my daughter install a cabin air filter and an engine air filter. Thank you Allen.

Big thanks to Norma for all of the help and advice this morning. I took a turn too sharply in a parking garage and managed to dent/scratch my right passenger door. She answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction regarding a temporary fix. You da best!

I like this store. First reason for that is, that it s enough big and caring most off the parts that you need. It s not cheap but also not expensive too much, it s kinda moderate. Second the customer service that is very nice and know how to help you. Very nice I liked it

The one and only auto parts store that I trust! I have been a guest of this chain since the early 2000s. And at the Glendale location, they are super helpful and willing to do what they can to get you back on the road safely. One of the team members is even a Honda expert !

This O'Reilly stocks: Yeh, we got it...What you need, and what I might just think I need, resides here. Staff is highly qualified, is there to please U, & always knows exactly where everything is, & checkout is blistering fast light speed.

Great customer service. The two workers that were working that day was very helpful getting me what I needed for my daughter car. Didn't have to find anything they got it for me. Will come back for all my auto needs.

If I could give William and Sergio 10 stars for their incredible service I would! William went above and beyond when my car battery died. Not only did they help pick the best battery for my car, William installed it while Sergio added black screw caps to my license plate. For a girl who doesn t know the first thing about cars, I can t thank these guys enough for making what could have been a huge ordeal super easy, and quite frankly, fun!Thanks guys!!!!

We placed an online order, when we called the rep said it would just be ready when we arrived because it was a quiet day but we were never contacted and told it was fulfilled even though we waited 2 hours. When we showed up, there was one fairly jaded employee on the phone, the store was empty, we waited 5 minutes and when he got off the phone the employee disappeared to the back. Wondering where he went, I found him in the back on his iPhone. He hadn t fulfilled the order because it seemed like news to him that someone was picking up and he retrieved it from the printer in front of us. When he went to grab what we bought, he had grabbed one that had been opened prior and had remnants of a leak over the jug. We had to tell him to get us another one. Finally when he was scanning our product out, the second employee finally emerged who actually had some customer service decency to acknowledge us and wish us a good day. It was a less than stellar experience. We usually go to autoZone and thought this would be better...

They have what you need and if they don't they will order it. They even let you borrow tools while your working on your cars. Most of the parts on my car are guaranteed though O'Reilly. Will definitely tell people about it

Staff is always very helpful and have gone out of their way to get me exactly what I'm looking for. Small parking lot (maybe 25 spaces?) but it's usually not very busy so it works out well. You can sign up for a rewards card which also sends out periodic coupons to you as well.

I had done business here for the last 3 years. I went in to buy spark plugs wires. They wanted $169 (which is way over priced). I called auto zone and got them for $49. I'm never going to O'Reilly's again...I found a cheap set of spark plugs wires for $18 online just to give you an idea of the price range of this item.

Not the biggest O'Reilly store but it had everything I needed. Also the staff were super helpful and courteous. I will definitely be coming back next time I need more auto supplies.

Sergio helped me out with finding a Motor mount and Auto Belt Tensioner for my car .He was very patient and friendly and answered all my questions to his knowledge.Best thing of all my parts have a warranty ..I would recommend highly to my friends and family.
