Very friendly and helpful staff! Was treated with respect. Very happy with our Sales Consultant, Ali and very happy with Matthew in finance. The whole process was very satisfying. Thank you for the discussing the terms we were terms upfront with us. Definitely recommend New Century Honda!

Just purchased a new 24 civic sport! Jayden, Sergio and Joey we re very friendly and helpful. Negotiation was straightforward, no pressure. Jayden made the buying process easy and smooth. Would highly recommend this dealership for a hassle-free experience!

Victor was the person working with us. We went to see used cars. The price were a little higher than expected. He showed us a new civic and explained to us this would be a better price. We went home, thought about it and made sense what he told us. We called him the next day worked with us and helped us get the price we could afford. Victor was very patient and knowledgeable. Answered all of questions. God put him there to cross our path.I just want to say that he was about to leave and stayed behind to help us. We were there for another 30-60 minutes with us explaining features and questions. Never pressured us to get the car, but told us to go home and think about it. Victor and Sergio (financing) made us feel at home. That to me made me feel secure about our purchase. I would like to say thank you to Victor and Sergio. I will come back because of who they are and their professionalism.

Mr.Myung Kim was very helpful to me and me dad. He was very nice and knowledgeable. First time buy a new car and I will highly recommend him. Straight to the point and did not give us the run around which is what we liked. Really nice guy.

Giving this rating at 3 star because Honda did a good job with servicing my van, the employees were very nice and accommodating- there were no complaints there. However, when I got my van back the inside of it was extremely messy! They had to do a bunch of recalls and move things around inside which is understandable, but all of our stuff was left on the car floor (kids jackets, papers, blankets, etc.), the back seats were all folded down, the head rest of one of the seats was left off. One of our car seats that was removed from the seat and was just left in the back. I didn t expect them to install the car seat back but I also didn t expect to receive a messy car!

Super incredible Honda Century dealers!I bought my Honda Hybrid CRV 2024Just in couple hours!Shadi and Jayden sales managers they do professionall and fast. Highly recommend to contact with this two guys. They %100 know what they do. And big respect to Matthew. He is paperwork very fast , by the way he explain all the points of lease contract. Thank you again guys! Highly recommend! 5 stars for sure

Great service experience. I went with Edward Gonzalez, was helpful and great with communication. Also loved the customer service experience with a nice lounge if you want to sit there and shuttle/lyft access to the mall nearby. Will certainly return for next service.

Very smooth transaction, was in and out within 2 hours with a BRAND NEW car!! They worked within the price range I felt comfortable with. Everyone at the dealer made me feel welcome and were very professional. I want to give a shoutout to Daniel Kim, for the purchase of the purchase of the vehicle. Daniel was a professional from beginning to end, and promised a deal I would be comfortable with. Everyone at New Century Honda were a pleasure to work with. I was a first time buyer. My experience was great. You always hear about horror stories at car dealerships and this was not the case at New Century Honda. From the beginning, I was working with ALI. He was wonderful. No pressure, up front, and professional. I was in and out in less than 2 hours driving away in my new car. Ali was helpful in the days leading up to visiting the dealership and even helpful after I purchased my car with a couple follow up questions I had. Overall, everyone was helpful and if I need anything in the future, I m calling Ali.

One of the best services I've had with Honda I would definitely bring my car back for service. Location is super close to work and everyone super friendly and helpful. Multiple horrible experiences later with Honda, I FINALLY had one great experience. Chris pulled some strings and was able to work out a great deal for me when I was ready to walk away.The cherry on top was Matthew in finance. He was fun, quick and thoroughly explained and answered any questions I had.

Got my car serviced there. Oil change, trans fluid and brake fluid. Want pretty well. Lou who was my rep helped me. No problems there. It s as it should be.. take your car in they service it and boom ur out. Lou was very friendly and communicative I ll go back for my next service. And it s not too far from the Glendale galleria. So you can go see a movie or eat if you want while waiting for your vehicle which next time I ll definitely go and do.

People were very friendly and explained things well. my representative, chriss, was very helpful. My only issue was that I was not told beforehand that if there were parts I needed I would be paying for them at that moment, even though they had to be ordered and not come for a few days. I had a very big bill that I just wasn t expecting.

I've gone to different dealerships for service and although this one is a tiny bit out of the way for me, the service, speed, and courtesy they provided has me deciding to come back regularly. Louis was my specialist and was super friendly and approachable and made ne feel welcome to inquire about anything else.

My car salesman Fernando was professional, respectful and not pushy or aggressive. These are important qualities I look for when shopping for a car and trying to make the best decision. By far the best car buying experience I ve had. Out of the 10+ cars I ve bought during my time I can honestly say Faisal Ali has been the most pleasant car salesman I have ever dealt with. Ali was honest about the out the door price and did not try to add any hidden fees once at the dealership. He made the deal quick, smooth and easy. If you re looking for a Honda call or email Ali. Highly recommend.

Overall, the Service Department and Technicians are very helpful. They explain in detail what the process is and what they will be doing or changing in the car. The wait times are always reasonable. They always communicate promptly when the service is complete and vehicle is ready.

I m giving only 3 stars because although I thought the salesperson was great (I actually abandoned another dealership because it felt like I was getting scammed), I felt abandoned after I drove away with my new car. Return phone calls pretty much don t exist, from the sales person to the sales manager and all the way up to the general manager. It s been 2 months and I still haven t gotten my measly touch up paint. And I ordered a lot of add-ons which were fine except for the back seat factory sun screens which were handed to me when I picked up the car (the salesperson wasn t there and delegated the delivery to someone else). The screens never stayed on the window. No one told me until last week that there were clips in the carry case that had to be adhered to the doors. I thought the screens would be installed. I m a little nervous about adhering clips to my leather trim. Anyway, I was an easy sell (I d done my research), paid cash and that was it. It took 2 months for them to inform me about the screens and still no touch up paint.

My car needed an oil change so I called an made an appointment. When the date came I dropped my car during my lunch break. They provided me with a ride to my workplace and when my car was done, Louis texted and called me to let me know. I asked him and he get me another ride to pick up my car. There was a bit of confusion with the address from where I had to be picked up from but Louis took care of it. Him and Jose assisted me and I had a nice experience that day. Keep up the good work.

Brought car in for a recall service. Our attendant, Max, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Service was finished quickly (more quickly than originally quoted) and another simple problem was addressed at no charge.
