All of my experiences have been fantastic. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure I m a happy customer. Finding a talented shop to work on a VW can be difficult. The team here knows exactly how to treat any and every make or model.Very thrilled with their service and kindness and honesty. They have such an unfriendly customer service , they act like they don t need the business . Spoke to a person by the name of Razmik claims to be the manager of the location in Glendale . This was regarding my breaks and he was very rude with a nonchalant attitude. I rather take my business elsewhere .

So, they were once a good store, but have fallen into complete incompetence. One of my run flats kept giving me an error message and required reinflating 3 times in the previous 5 days. Jeff Ryan, the monkey in training I had to deal with, checked it over, claiming it was fine. I insisted that it couldn t possibly be, given the error messages and repeated needs for reinflating. I finally demanded he do whatever test was necessary when the tear or puncture wasn t easily visible. They pulled the tire off, did a leak test and lo and behold, Not 1, not 2 BUT 3 nails were embedded in the tread. This Jeff guy is a 100% liability and should be fired immediately.

First of all, they re open on a Sunday at 8 AM. I came out to a 100% flat tire on Saturday night and found these guys because they were open early on Sunday. They patched my tire quickly. Everyone was really friendly and it only cost 30 bucks. Most importantly, I m grateful they were open early on a Sunday.

Despite walking in on a Sunday with no notice. I received practically immediate service on new tires and breaks. I feel that I received honesty from professionals when asked about a check engine light and was given a suggestion to take the vehicle to the dealer instead. Thank you.

Come in for all your car needs. Some things need to be ordered in advance, but everything is reasonable. It's good to have people who know their stuff well, and not just "working." On top of it, they're all pleasant to talk to like a person.

On Saturday we got a flat tire while taking our dog to Griffith Park. We called Mountain View as they were one of the closest repair shops to the park. After changing our the flat and putting on the spare tire (first time having to do that ourselves!) we cautiously drove over to Mountain View. Greg had been helping us on the phone and when we arrived, saw to us swiftly. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired and we needed a new one. Mountain View did not have our particular tires in stock, and would not be able to order until Monday. He suggested we call one of the other tire places on his recommendation and sure enough, they did have our tires. We honestly would have preferred to give Greg our business, but we also had our dog with us and waiting 3+ days for a new tire wasn't the best decision for us. Greg didn't charge us anything and wished us safe driving on the spare. We will absolutely take our car to Mountain View in the future based on Greg's kindness and honesty.

Sunday morning on 7/17/22 and my run flat tire has pressure reading of only 6 psi, should be 39 psi. The only open tire shop near me was MountainView @Glendale, skeptical but had no choice so I went. I explained to Greg my problem. He explained the price (very reasonable) that I will pay if the tire was patchable. After less an hour waiting, my tire was patched and we were able drive to San Diego with no problems. Excellent tire shop recommended to everyone.

This place has excellent customer service, great prices, and their team is friendly, efficient and professional. They were able to inspect and repair my flat tire within an hour after I dropped off my vehicle. Upon inspecting my flat tire, their mechanic suggested it could be repaired instead of being replaced and this saved me a lot of money. They did an awesome job, and the tire repair worked out well.

I love this establishment. Been taking my cars here my entire life. They are fast and efficient. They will never miss up your rims and all perform their work professional. I would highly recommend. Thanks for your help today, nail went into my tire they fixed it in no time!

Quick, affordable, professional service form friendly and communicative staff. Love the honesty. When I asked about hybrid-specific repairs, they explained what they could do and what they suggest being done by a hybrid shop. Oil changes, tires, alignments, etc., this was my go-to place when I lived in Glendale!

These guys found the issue and fixed it in half a day - two other mechanics had been stumped! Fair prices, fast. They will try to up sell you pretty aggressively, but they do accept No for an answer and they don't push. It's part of the business after all, and they are very professional. After trying out a few auto shops, these guys will be my go-to!

I was in a rush to get my tire patched and the guys there were amazing. I had my spare on and rolled my tire to them. I was quickly helped and even though I told them I could put the tire back on, they took care of it faster than I could have. In the door to out, less than 20 min. Amazing and very friendly.

Very pricey, they would charge you 170 dollars per hour for labor.Hopefully they pay half of that to their employees.

Great help! Called ahead to see if they could help look into a leaking tire. Drove right in they took down my information and in less than an hour I was on my way.. Car feels great! Will be looking into getting tires here thanks to the good service

If Razmik can do this to a 15 year old long customer, imagine what he can do to a new customer??? ... took car for oil change and decided to change two tires and brake, after agreeing on the price he quoted me over the phone!!! Yep, you guested, your Typical bait and switch .... I honestly Never thought it would happen to a Loyal Customer. Very sad. Oh well, you will never see me here again.

Real nice service and fast too! Found a nail in my tire and they accepted me even though i didnt have an appointment! Waited less than an hour and was back on the road!

Appointment for a prepurchase inspection for a used car was very helpful. Car owner tried being pushy and mechanic super politely shut that down which I really appreciate. It gave me a good chuckle too. Thanks guys!
